In the digital era, the advancement of information technology is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency in retail businesses. This study aims to design and develop a sales and inventory information system with a shelf mapping feature for Toserba Decky, which faces challenges in managing stock and manual transactions. The methodology employed is the Waterfall approach, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. Data was collected through direct observation, literature review, and analysis of the store's shelf layout. The findings indicate that the developed system can improve data accuracy, reduce recording errors, and expedite product searching. The implications of this research suggest that an effective information system in managing transactions and inventory can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study recommends regular system updates and technical support to ensure optimal system performance and security.
 
 

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a structured physical exercise program in improving heart health in adolescents. The exercise program included aerobic activities and cardiovascular endurance training for 8 weeks. The results showed a significant increase in heart capacity and stamina of participants, as well as a decrease in blood cholesterol levels in adolescents who participated in the program.

This study examines the multifaceted impact of financial inclusion on industrial societies, focusing on its role in economic growth, social equity, digital transformation, and industrial development. Using a mixed-method approach combining systematic literature review and case studies from five industrial countries (Germany, South Korea, the United States, China, and Brazil), we analyze the mechanisms through which financial inclusion influences societal outcomes. Our findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly contributes to economic growth, with a 10% increase in inclusion indicators associated with a 0.2-0.7% rise in GDP growth rates. Moreover, we identify synergistic effects between financial inclusion and digital transformation, notably in mobile banking adoption. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including urban-rural divides and gender disparities in financial access. Cross-cutting themes emerge, emphasizing the importance of integrated policy approaches, regulatory innovation, and public-private partnerships in advancing financial inclusion. These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and financial institutions in designing effective strategies to leverage financial inclusion for sustainable and equitable economic development in industrial contexts.

The aim of this study is to examine how geographical location affects the credit risk faced by savings and loan cooperatives. Using a quantitative approach, this research will develop a credit risk model that considers geographical variables,measured by the Human Development Index (HDI). The initial stage of the research involves classifying the credit dataset according to the categoriesdetermined by Bank Indonesia. The data cleansing process resulted in attributes such as credit ceiling, HDI, and credit category. Analysis was conducted using Chi-Square, and Logistic Regression methods. The Chi-Square analysis results showed  statistically significant relationship between credit ceiling, HDI, and credit category (p-value < 0.05). The Logistic Regression models demonstrated high accuracy in classifying the data, with Logistic Regression achieving 89.71%. In conclusion, credit ceiling and HDI have a significant influence on credit category, with the Logistic Regression model data classification. This study provides valuableinsights into how credit ceiling and HDI influence credit categories, which can be used to make better decisions related to public policy, developmentplanning, and social interventions

This study aims to assess the role of physical education in improving physical fitness of students at the junior high school level. Data were obtained through physical fitness tests before and after the physical education program. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' physical fitness after participating in a structured physical education program.

Digitalisasi rekam medis merupakan salah satu bentuk pendukung pengenalan rekam medis elektronik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sudah terlaksana atau belumnya kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen dan faktor penghambat dalam proses tersebut. digitalisasi pemindaian file rekam medis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas rekam medis bagian perakitan yang merangkap sebagai petugas pemilahan di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan fokus penelitiannya adalah proses digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen belum terlaksana sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) pemusnahan berkas rekam medis yaitu pada tahap “scanning”. dilakukan terhadap BRM yang memuat hal-hal penting untuk kepentingan jangka panjang”. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan mengatur alur pemusnahan rekam medis terutama pada tahap penyortiran sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) yang ada, menambah sumber daya manusia, menyediakan peralatan yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian. Peneliti menyarankan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif.

Non-bank Islamic financing has a strategic role in supporting financial inclusion and improving the welfare of the Indonesian people. This study analyzes the challenges and opportunities of non-bank Islamic financing, focusing on Islamic cooperatives, Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT), and Islamic fintech platforms. A descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study is used to explore the historical dimensions, structural challenges, strategic opportunities, and socio-economic impacts of this sector. The results show that this sector faces major obstacles, such as low Islamic financial literacy (below 10%), limited regulations, and lack of technological adaptation. However, significant opportunities arise from the development of financial technology, government policy support, and increasing global awareness of sustainable finance. Islamic principles, such as profit sharing and social justice, are advantages that can empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and remote communities. This study recommends strategies to overcome the challenges, including increasing financial literacy through digital education, strengthening innovative regulations, and utilizing Islamic-based technology. Cross-sector collaboration and human resource development are also key elements to support the growth of this sector. The contribution of the research lies in a holistic analytical framework to understand the dynamics of non-bank Islamic financing, as well as strategic recommendations to optimize its potential. Thus, this sector is expected to be a driving force for inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

A bakery is a business operating in the food sector that sells various kinds of bread and cake products and sometimes they sell drinks, food and products related to the cake and bread industry. Data collection for all aspects of previous sales uses memory and by recording it in books or on paper. This journal was written using a distributed system method. Due to the ineffectiveness of existing data collection, to prevent errors in information collection, this system was created to be a solution to this problem. With the aim of increasing effectiveness, this system was created.

The quality of infant rest can be defined as a specific physiological state occurring when the child is at rest. Infants who receive adequate rest without frequent waking tend to be healthier and less irritable the next day. The quality of infant rest can be assessed by the duration of rest and any discomfort experienced during or after rest. According to WHO data from 2012, approximately 33% of infants experience sleep problems. This study aimed to investigate the effect of baby massage and spa frequency on sleep quality in infants aged 3-6 months. Using a quantitative approach, the study sampled 40 mothers and their infants at the City Health Center. The results showed a correlation between baby spa frequency and sleep quality. The study recommends conducting baby spa training and suggests future research explore the combination of massage with other interventions like music or aromatherapy to enhance sleep quality. This research aims to provide insights into the benefits of baby spa and massage for infant sleep quality and to recommend these interventions as part of routine care programs in health facilities

The increase in ornamental fish farming in Indonesia has increased significantly during the 2017-2019 period. This improvement process is certainly faced with various challenges such as disease, which is caused by ectoparasites, one of which is Myxobolus sp. This parasite can infect the skin and gills of fish, causing significant financial losses. This study aims to determine the prevalence and intensity of Myxobolus sp parasites in freshwater ornamental fish at the Surabaya I Fish Quarantine Center for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products (BKIPM), which was conducted on June 19 - August 18, 2023. The tools and materials used include fish samples, distilled water, 70% alcohol, giemsa dye, swallow and tissue, tray, binocular microscope, computer, dissecting set, object glass, cover glass, dropper pipette, ruler, gloves, beaker glass, workbook, method, and stationery. Native and staining methods were used to examine parasites, while prevalence and intensity were calculated using Kabata's (1985) formula. The results showed that comet fish and koi fish were infected with Myxobolus sp in their gills. The intensity of Myxobolus sp infection in koi fish was classified as severe, while in comet fish it was classified as very severe. The prevalence of Myxobolus sp parasites found in koi fish was 2.32% and in comet fish was 4.20%, both categorized as moderate infection.
