Abstrak:
The objective of this mentoring activity is to increase the capacity of swimming pool managers, particularly in strengthening management and sustainable management strategies. With this increased capacity, it is hoped that Tirta Arum Swimming Pool can develop into a valuable village asset, both economically and socially. The swimming pool will not only provide a source of income for the village but also serve as a means of recreation, education, and social interaction for the surrounding community. The method used in this mentoring activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), an approach that emphasizes active community participation in every stage of the planning process, decision-making, and program implementation. PRA enables village communities, including Tirta Arum Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) managers, to analyze their environmental conditions, identify problems, and design contextual and sustainable solutions. This approach is implemented through structured mentoring, education, and training activities. Direct community involvement aims to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility for swimming pool management. In addition, with training tailored to local needs, managers are expected to be able to apply effective management principles, from planning and financial management to customer service and promotional strategies. Thus, the results of this activity are not only temporary improvements, but also long-term empowerment that contributes to the independence and business aspirations of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). Through the PRA method, this activity not only provides an immediate solution to swimming pool management problems but also increases the independence of the community and managers in developing and operating the business sustainably. This increased community participation is expected to foster a sense of ownership (a sense of belonging) towards the swimming pool as a shared property.

The high bounce rate of the SOCO by Sociolla app, reaching 57.8%, and the decline in user engagement indicate a serious challenge in maintaining consumer loyalty amidst highly dynamic digital platform competition. In an era when consumers have many alternatives and high expectations for digital experiences, building meaningful relationships through brand experience is crucial. Brand experience encompasses not only functional interactions but also emotional and sensory dimensions that shape consumer perceptions of service value and quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty by including perceived quality and brand trust as mediating variables. A quantitative approach was used through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method on 430 active SOCO app users. The results showed that brand experience significantly influences brand loyalty directly (t=2.195, p=0.014) and also indirectly through perceived quality (t=2.457, p=0.007) and brand trust (t=5.563, p=0.000). Overall, this model explains 62.7% of the variance in brand loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of experiential marketing strategies in increasing customer satisfaction, building trust, and maintaining long-term loyalty. A strong brand experience can create deep emotional connections, strengthen perceptions of service quality, and foster brand trust, particularly in the digital beauty sector, which relies heavily on image and user convenience. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of brand loyalty models in the digital environment. Practically, the results of this study provide guidance for digital beauty app managers like SOCO to design more immersive, personalized, and consistent user experience strategies to increase customer retention and strengthen their competitive position.

Abstrak:
This research aims to reveal the moral values contained in the play RT 0 RW 0 by Iwan Simatupang using a moral approach. This drama describes the social life of marginalized communities who are full of limitations but still show an unyielding spirit. The method used is descriptive with data analysis techniques in the form of observation of the script text and identification of dialog quotes that contain moral values. The results showed that moral values in the script are divided into three aspects, namely individual moral values, social moral values, and religious moral values. Eight quotations with moral values were found: three individual values, four social values, and two religious values. Social moral value is the most dominant aspect, reflecting the importance of solidarity, compassion, and care among others in the social life of the lower-class community. This research shows that literary works, especially drama, can be an effective means of conveying moral messages to readers and audiences.

Abstrak:
This study aims to create and develop a product in the form of a differentiation-based inquiry learning method on the subject of economic problems in the accounting expertise program at SMK. The purpose of differentiation learning is to provide a learning experience that is in accordance with the level of readiness, interests, and individual learning styles of students. This study adopts the Research and Development (RnD) approach that adopts the 4D (Four-D) development procedure. The data used is factual data that has been implemented so far. This study did not use a trial but FGD ( Focus Group Discussion) by expert practitioners and academics . In addition, this study was also conducted to determine the activeness of students in differentiation learning in economics learning at SMK. This study was conducted at SMK Kudus Regency, namely SMK N 1 Kudus and SMK PGRI 1 Kudus. The results of this study are in the form of a differentiation-based inquiry learning method , the product is equipped with (1) Differentiation-based inquiry learning method; (2) Differentiation-based inquiry learning method guide; (3) Teaching Guide for differentiation-based inquiry learning economics learning that has been developed has been valid (qualified) to be used as a teaching guide for class XI economics learning in the accounting expertise program at SMK. The characteristics of the method developed are inquiry learning methods based on differentiation of economic problem topics. The products developed are teaching guides and design of inquiry learning methods based on differentiation. The results of the FGD showed that an average of 93% was obtained which was categorized as "very feasible" for the final model. The suggestion of this research is to apply the differentiation-based inquiry learning method to the results of this research for teachers to be able to use this method, they must pay attention to the characteristics of each student, class characteristics, facilities, etc. So that the differentiation-based inquiry learning method can be used effectively.

Abstrak:
Mangrove ecosystems play a vital role in maintaining coastal environmental balance, providing habitats for various species, and supporting local livelihoods. In Gorontalo Province, the utilization of mangrove ecosystems faces significant challenges between conservation and sustainable exploitation. This study aims to review scientific literature discussing the use, degradation, and conservation efforts of mangroves in the region. The research method employed is a literature review analyzing 10 primary sources, including journals and books published within the last decade. The findings indicate that mangrove degradation in Gorontalo is caused by land conversion, overexploitation of resources, and weak local governance and regulations. On the other hand, there are promising initiatives such as ecotourism development and community-based management approaches that show potential for ensuring ecosystem sustainability. This study concludes that mangrove management strategies in Gorontalo must strengthen community participation, cross-sector integration, and adaptive policy approaches based on local conditions. Recommendations include improving institutional capacity and developing holistic policies that balance ecological and economic aspects.

SMK Kristen Surakarta menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan memperkuat citra sekolah akibat persaingan ketat dengan SMK lain serta persepsi negatif masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan strategi penguatan branding melalui sosialisasi literasi digital dan pelatihan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman digital siswa serta kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan VR sebagai media promosi sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi dengan pretest serta posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap literasi digital sebesar 92%, integrasi VR dalam promosi sebesar 94%, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis sebesar 96%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi VR, yang diharapkan berdampak pada citra positif dan daya tarik SMK Kristen Surakarta di masyarakat.

Abstrak:
The buffer zone of BJ. Habibie Grand Forest Park (Tahura) in Bihe Village, Asparaga District, plays a strategic role in balancing environmental conservation and community agricultural activities. However, the widespread practice of monoculture corn farming and land clearing through burning threatens ecosystem sustainability and accelerates environmental degradation. This study aims to analyze farmers’ perceptions of buffer zone management and to identify the challenges and potential for transitioning to sustainable agricultural systems. A descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach was used through field observations, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most farmers possess basic awareness of the importance of conservation areas, but there are notable knowledge gaps regarding regulations and environmentally friendly practices. Although some farmers acknowledge the negative impacts of land burning and monoculture, economic limitations, inherited customs, and lack of technological support remain significant obstacles. Nevertheless, respondents expressed a high willingness to change their farming practices if provided with training and incentives. This study recommends a participatory strategy involving government bodies, conservation institutions, and academics to build farmers’ capacity and promote the adoption of sustainable agricultural technologies. A collaborative approach that considers the socio-economic realities of local communities is essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of the BJ. Habibie buffer zone without compromising farmers’ welfare.

This research was conducted at PT. Mega Prakarsa Engineering Indonesia involving 153 respondents as customer representatives. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of mediation of customer satisfaction on the influence of service quality and social media marketing on customer loyalty. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Social media marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Social media marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstrak:
Purpose: To evaluate the governance of the LaporGub Central Java service portal information system using the COBIT 2019 framework to obtain a comprehensive overview of the implemented capability levels.
Methods: This study employs a qualitative method using the COBIT 2019 framework to assess capability levels, which is further combined with CMMI to provide improvement recommendations. The method produces valid and accurate results as respondents are selected using the RACI model, and the assessment is conducted at the subdomain level. Consequently, each domain yields valid outcomes, enabling precise and well-targeted recommendations.
Results: This study successfully determined the level of LaporGub service capability using COBIT 2019 and showed that most domains have achieved, and in some cases even exceeded, the set targets. However, several areas still require improvement, especially in services security and business process control, as well as problem management. These findings indicate that the Central Java Provincial Communication and Information Office has a strong foundation in operational management and service sustainability. With proper improvements in IT governance, LaporGub is expected to serve as a model for adaptive and accountable digital public services that can be replicated in other regions across Indonesia.
Novelty: This study introduces innovation by integrating COBIT 2019 with CMMI, an uncommon combination in capability level assessments within government institutions. Innovative techniques such as text development, respondent questionnaires based on the RACI model, and interviews are used to avoid redundancy in the research findings. By utilizing questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews, this approach enhances the validity of the study results.

Abstrak:
Economic growth in ASEAN countries in recent decades has attracted the attention of many parties, both academics and practitioners. This study evaluates the various factors contributing to ASEAN countries' economic growth. The factors analyzed include human development index, exports, foreign investment, exchange rates, population, and dummy variables (before and after) the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with the object of research, namely ASEAN countries, from 2018 to 2022. Data sources from the World Bank, the National Statistics Bureau, and other credible sources. Based on the results of the analysis, the human development index and foreign investment have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. In contrast, exports, exchange rates, population, and dummy variables positively and insignificantly impact economic growth. Suggestions that can be given are that each country must pay attention, especially to policies on exports, which include duties, excise, and taxes. In addition, a large quantity of population does not guarantee the success of a nation, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the quality side as well, this can be done by paying attention to the education side which correlates with the demand for labor, so that there is no imbalance between demand and supply of labor.
