Crude Palm Oil (CPO) contains ?-carotene as source of pro-vitamin A. Alternative adsorbent that can be used to adsorb ?-carotene is Palm Oil Fly Ash (POFA). This study aims to determine the ability of POFA activated with H3PO4 and Cu/Zn impregnation to adsorb ?-carotene from CPO to obtain characteristics data of modified POFA and its ability to adsorb ?-carotene. The main materials used were CPO and POFA. The parameters observed were the characterization and performance test of 9% H3PO4-activated POFA produced at various heating times for 90, 150, and 210 minutes with Cu/Zn impregnation. BET analysis showed the POFA with heating time of 90 minutes had the largest surface area of 19.4785 m2/g, XRD showed the presence of CuO, ZnO, quartz, and SiO2 diffraction patterns, FTIR showed that the POFA contained O-H groups, O-H, Si-H, Al-O, asymetric Si-O, and Si-O-Si bending vibrations, and SEM-EDX results showed that POFA has hollow pores and a rough spherical surface. Based on the results of UV-Vis Spectrophotometry analysis, the most optimal result was obtained in the ?-carotene adsorption process with POFA-modified 2 variations of activation heating time for 150 minutes, which succeeded in adsorbing 86% of ?-carotene.

Correspondence is one of the most important formal communication media in an organization because it functions to convey information clearly, systematically, and well-documented so as to support smooth communication between departments. This study aims to determine the role of correspondence in improving the effectiveness of organizational communication, as well as identifying challenges and solutions applied in its management. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies in an organization. The results of the study indicate that correspondence is effective as a formal communication tool that supports coordination between departments, although there are several obstacles such as late delivery and incorrect letter formats. Solutions such as administrative training, use of electronic filing systems, letter writing guidelines, and supervision have been proven to help improve the quality of correspondence. With good management, correspondence contributes significantly to improving the effectiveness of organizational communication as a whole.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of language learning, particularly in the post-pandemic era where self-directed learning through mobile applications and online platforms is increasingly common. This study explores the effectiveness of two popular digital tools LuvLingua and YouTube in supporting independent Japanese language learning among Indonesian university students. LuvLingua offers a structured, gamified approach suitable for beginners, while YouTube provides authentic and contextual exposure through real-life content. Using a descriptive quantitative method, this research involved twelve students from non-language majors who actively use both platforms to study Japanese. The findings reveal that each platform has distinct advantages: LuvLingua excels in foundational vocabulary and pronunciation, whereas YouTube significantly enhances listening skills and cultural understanding. The combination of both platforms yields optimal learning outcomes, although success heavily depends on learners’ motivation, discipline, and time management. This study contributes to the growing body of research on technology-assisted language learning and provides practical recommendations for learners, educators, and content developers.

Correspondence administration activities play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the school. At UPT SMP Negeri 27 Medan, manual management of correspondence previously caused various obstacles such as delays in letter distribution and difficulties in tracking archives. Therefore, a more effective and efficient correspondence management system is needed. This study aims to describe the implementation of a correspondence management system in improving administrative performance at UPT SMP Negeri 27 Medan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the process of receiving and recording incoming letters has been running according to procedures and facilitates information management. The disposition of letters is carried out systematically and on target by the school leadership. The preparation and recording of outgoing letters is carried out by paying attention to good administrative rules. In addition, archiving, maintenance, and destruction of archives have begun to be carried out digitally, thereby increasing the efficiency and speed of administrative services.

E-wallet users as digital wallets are the choice of the people of Medan City, especially the OVO e-wallet for online system payments in transactions. It is suspected that the increase in the use of the OVO e-wallet is due to online promotion factors and perceived ease of use. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online promotion and perceived ease of use on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet in the community. The research method is quantitative and associative. The population is the people of Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, totaling 140,138 people and the number of samples is 100 people. The research data comes from primary data and the data collection process uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique using statistical models consists of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software version 25. The results of the study that partially there is an influence of online promotion and perceived ease of use on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet with each t-count value (7.578 and 2.110) greater than t-table (1.660) and a significance level (0.000 and 0.037) less than 0.05. From the F test, it was obtained that Fcount> Ftable (64.079> 3.090) with a significance level (0.000 <0.05), so the hypothesis is accepted, simultaneously online promotion and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet. The R Square value is 0.569 which means that 56.9% of the variation of independent variables (online promotion and perceived ease) can explain the decision to use the OVO e-wallet and the remaining 431% is influenced by other variables.

The farmer's chicken supply chain is a complex system that involves various stages starting from selecting chicken seeds, rearing, feeding, health management, to distribution of the final product to the market. Distribution Channels are closely related to the Supply Chain process, both of which are important in a business, both large and small businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the Broiler Chicken Supply Chain at Kemiri Village Broiler Farms, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The research method used is observation, interviews and documentation. This broiler farm is under contract with PT. Bintang Tama to supply feed, vitamin medicine, chicken seeds, and also chicken brokers/collectors. Chicken seeds come from PT.Bintang Tama Sentosa after which the chickens are bred for 28 days to 35 days according to the contract with the broker/collector, in 1 harvest/livestock from 3000 seedlings to harvest, the estimated death is 200 deaths, this process cannot be separated from the control carried out by the livestock manager. Chicken farming here is managed well, starting with providing different feeds. Meat chicken seeds are fed with the types of feed, namely pre starter, starter, and finisher, this feed is given at 3 different/not the same age periods for the chickens in 1 harvest. The research in this journal article aims to determine the application of letter management standards in increasing the effectiveness of letter management. Therefore, it is necessary to manage letters well and correctly so that the letters can be well organized and the process of returning letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that effective mail management can be carried out by the relevant staff in managing mail, both for incoming and outgoing mail. So, in researching this journal article, it can be seen that the application of letter management standards in increasing management effectiveness, that the management of incoming mail is divided into six stages which are important to know, namely: receiving letters, sorting letters, directing letters, recording letters, distributing letters and storing letters. Meanwhile, for managing outgoing letters, there are also six stages which include: creating a letter concept, typing, editing, affixing a letter address, folding and enclosing the letter and distributing the letter. The implementation of management has gone quite well, and currently the system is being transferred to an electronic system.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Sungai Jambat Kec.Sadu. dan pemahaman akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Sungai Jambar Kec. Sadu. Secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Sungai Jambat Kec. Sadu. Uji determinasi pada output model summary dari analisis regresi linier berganda tepatnya pada kolom adjusted R2 yaitu sebesar sebesar 0,123. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mempengaruhi variable dependen sebesar 12,3% Sedangkan sisanya 87,7% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak   diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dapat memberi pengetahuan tentang hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan kepada pembaca sebagai referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Knowledge is the result of knowing, and this happens after people sense a certain object. Sensing occurs through the human senses, namely the senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Most of human knowledge is obtained through the eyes and ears. Vaccines are one of the most effective and economical ways to prevent infectious diseases, making the development of vaccines to attenuate coronavirus infections very necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge with community compliance in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. This type of research uses analytic observational, with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 115 people used the accidental sampling technique, in which the researcher used an instrument in the form of an online questionnaire via a google form and distributed via whatsapp, instagram, and zendly applications to the community in RT-III Binanga environment. The results of the study using the Chi-Squar test showed a p-value = 0.027, which means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and community compliance in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
