This study analyzes the influence of financial performance indicators—ROA, ROE, NPM, and Working Capital—on stock returns of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019–2023. Using multiple linear regression, the findings indicate that ROA and ROE significantly and positively affect stock returns, while NPM has no significant effect. Conversely, Working Capital shows a negative significant effect.

The Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) has a strategic role in building a positive image of local government agencies. This literature review research aims to analyze the role and strategy of public relations of the Serang City Diskominfo in building an organizational image. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study techniques through the collection and analysis of scientific literature from journals, reference books, and relevant official documents. The study focuses on the concepts of public relations, image management, and communication of government organizations. The results of the study show that the role of public relations of the Serang City Diskominfo includes the functions of internal and external communication, information management, and the formation of public perception. The main strategies used include the development of communication media, periodic publication programs, and persuasive approaches to build public trust. The training "Optimizing Social Media in Supporting Local Social and Cultural Campaigns in Palembang City" was held with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of the community, especially cultural community actors, in utilizing social media as a tool to introduce and preserve Palembang's local culture. The background of this training is driven by the rapid development of digital technology, which opens up great opportunities for the City of Palembang to promote its rich culture and traditions to a global audience. Training activities are carried out in the form of theoretical and practical sessions, which include content creation, interaction strategies with audiences, and selection of the right platform to convey local cultural messages. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of using social media in cultural and social campaigns, as well as practical skills in creating effective content. In conclusion, this training successfully equips participants with the ability to optimize social media in promoting local culture and strengthening Palembang's cultural identity in the digital world.
 

Students need to be equipped with employability, which leads to individual efforts to utilize their knowledge and skills to the fullest to find and maintain employment. One strategy to meet employability standards from companies or recruiters is to increase emotional intelligence. Individuals who have a high level of emotional intelligence will be more confident in displaying their employability. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and employability in students participating in the UNNES PRIGEL MBKM program. The approach used was quantitative correlation and involved 350 students selected through quota sampling. Research data were taken using the employability scale and the Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (SEIS). Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. This study obtained the results of the emotional intelligence and employability correlation test, which resulted in a count value = 0.626 with a significance value of p = 0.001 and p < 0.05. These results indicate a relationship between emotional intelligence and employability in college students.

This aims to analyze and examine laboratory quality management in enhancing student competencies. The research method used is qualitative, specifically a case study approach. The subjects of the study include school principals, laboratory heads, lab technicians, teachers, and students. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation analysis. The instruments utilized in this research are observation sheets, interview guidelines, and field notes. The results from both schools indicated that the planning for laboratory quality management was prepared at the beginning of the new academic year, which included annual and semester programs, equipment procurement, and inventory management. The implementation of laboratory quality management involved conducting practical work as scheduled, with facilities used optimally. Monitoring and evaluation of laboratory quality management included regular assessments through observations and interviews with teachers and students to identify any shortcomings. Follow-up actions for laboratory quality management included corrective actions taken based on evaluation results, such as facility improvements and the addition of equipment. Barriers to laboratory quality management included equipment maintenance. Solutions to overcome these barriers involved facility improvements, equipment additions, additional training for staff, increased involvement of lab technicians, and optimizing funding. It was concluded that the series of laboratory quality management within the PDCA framework functioned effectively, commencing with planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and follow-up. The management of the Biology laboratory can optimize the competencies of students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis and SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran.

Marriage is a sacred relationship that occurs between a man and a woman with the aim of building a prosperous family. However, in reality, family life can face various situations that cause unhappiness and lead to the dissolution of a marriage. One example of divorce is when a husband disappears without a trace, leaving his wife behind. This research aims to explain and examine the supernatural divorce case based on decision number 1301/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Sby and analyze the judge's considerations in making decisions regarding the case. This research uses normative legal methods, with data collection techniques through literature review. The judge's reasons in cases of unseen divorce include the absence of the defendant whose whereabouts have not been identified or who have been declared missing, as well as the existence of documents from the sub-district explaining the ignorance of the position of the party concerned. The trial can be terminated in verstek if the defendant, having been legally summoned by the court, is still absent for no apparent reason..
 

Mathematics is a science that is structured deductively and systematically. Proof in Mathematics is important because it can enable critical thinking logically, and the truth of a hypothesis can be tested.  Mathematical induction is a proof method that has 2 steps, namely basis and induction. With advances in technology today, there are many applications that can make this proof easier, such as Python. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches to prove the effectiveness of using Python compared to manual proof. The results show that Python not only speeds up work but also minimizes errors that could occur if done manually. With this research we recommend further exploitation of mathematical induction in other programming applications.

This study aims to determine: (1) To determine the productivity of hybrid yellow corn farmers in Mrobea Village, Sawerigadi District, West Muna Regency and (2) To determine how much income hybrid yellow corn farmers get in Marobea Village, Sawerigadi District, West Muna Regency. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of hybrid yellow corn farmers in Marobea Village, Sawerigadi District, West Muna Regency is 2,127/kg, which can be said to be quite productive with an average production of 3.128/kg and an average land area of ??1.47/ha. (2) The amount of income is obtained from the difference between total income of Rp14,050,976/ha/planting season with total production costs of Rp4,365,666/ha/planting season, resulting in an income of an average of Rp9,685,310/ha/planting season.

Tobacco cultivation in Tejorejo Village is one of the community's main efforts to improve the village economy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the challenges faced in tobacco cultivation and their impact on the economy of local communities. The challenges found include technical limitations due to climate change which affects the quality and quantity of harvests. Apart from that, fluctuations in tobacco prices on the market which are influenced by external factors such as government policy and global economic conditions also increase the instability of farmers' income. However, tobacco cultivation has a positive impact in encouraging village infrastructure development and attracting investment. Although progress in the tobacco farming sector can encourage rural infrastructure development and attract investment, over-reliance on tobacco as the sole source of income carries major risks, including economic uncertainty and the potential for crop failure which can impact the village economy as a whole.

Mental health has now become a global health problem for every country, where the process of globalization and the rapid progress of information technology has an impact on the social and cultural values ??of society. Clients with mental disorders have several problems, including a self-care deficit. The method used was assessment, implementation and evaluation with a sample size of 5 respondents with the inclusion criteria being clients who experienced self-care deficits. The results showed that all 5 respondents experienced self-care deficits, the actions taken were identifying the client's abilities, teaching the client in personal hygiene and helping the client to carry out personal hygiene. The nurse's task is to be able to provide professional nursing actions in order to reduce problems and achieve targets to increase the client's independence in carrying out self-care, marked by the client being able to fulfill personal hygiene needs independently.
