The digital era has compelled MSME actors to adapt, not only in marketing and operational aspects but also in financial management. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management on the performance of MSMEs in the digital era. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 MSME actors in West Nusa Tenggara Province who have utilized digital applications for financial record-keeping. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that sound financial management significantly affects MSME performance, with record-keeping and budget planning being the most dominant indicators.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. Among its important roles is being able to absorb labor and encourage economic growth. The development of social media in Indonesia has shown very rapid growth in recent years. Due to the important role of MSMEs and the rapid development of social media, MSME players feel the need to utilize social media for digital marketing activities. Activities are carried out by providing understanding and training on the use of social media. From the activities that have been carried out, it shows that there is an understanding of social media and its use in the hope of attracting potential buyers which will have an impact on increasing the sales turnover of MSMEs.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, workload and compensation on employee loyalty at PT Mega Baja Pemalang. Researchers used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaire forms via Google Form to employees at PT Mega Baja Pemalang. The population in this study were employees of PT Mgea Baja Pemalang. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling using saturated samples (census). The analytical tool used in this research uses SPSS. The results of this research are that the work environment has no effect on employee loyalty, workload has no effect on employee loyalty, and compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

This research was conducted to determine the role of talent management and performance allowances in improving employee performance through organizational commitment at the Central Java Province Department of Industry and Trade. The research method uses quantitative research. The sample taken was 182 employees. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with calculations using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The research results concluded that talent management variables have a role in improving employee performance and organizational commitment, performance allowances play a role in increasing organizational commitment but do not play a role in improving employee performance, organizational commitment plays a role in improving employee performance.

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan sangat bergantung pada transportasi kapal laut untuk menghubungkan antar pulau. Pada proses perencanaan konstruksi kapal, pemilihan material lambung yang terbaik sangat penting untuk menghadapi masalah korosi. Paduan aluminium dikenal memiliki ketahanan korosi yang baik, sehingga sering dipilih untuk aplikasi di lingkungan korosif, seperti laut. Paduan seri 5xxx, khususnya Aluminium 5083 dan 5052, umum digunakan dalam industri pembuatan kapal karena karakteristik mekanis dan ketahanan korosinya. Lingkungan laut yang agresif dapat mempercepat laju korosi, mengancam integritas struktural lambung kapal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan pemahaman komparatif tentang perilaku kedua paduan ini dalam kondisi korosif seperti air laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan laju korosi aluminium 5083 dan 5052 dalam media air laut, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi korosi serta implikasinya terhadap pemilihan material lambung kapal dengan metode kehilangan berat (Weight Loss) sesuai dengan ketentuan dari ASTM G31-72. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pengujian perendaman kedua jenis aluminium dalam air laut selama beberapa periode waktu (168 hingga 720 jam). Penelitian ini membandingkan laju korosi aluminium 5083 dan 5052 dalam media air laut selama periode waktu tertentu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aluminium 5083 memiliki laju korosi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan aluminium 5052 pada semua durasi perendaman. Analisis struktur mikro juga menunjukkan distribusi partikel magnesium yang lebih merata pada aluminium 5083, yang memberikan ketahanan korosi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan aluminium 5083 memiliki ketahanan korosi yang lebih baik dibandingkan aluminium 5052 dalam media air laut, dengan laju korosi yang lebih rendah dan distribusi partikel magnesium yang lebih merata.

Through the Governance Network, the government has a great possibility to reach problems more closely by utilizing the advantages of the network and developing innovative ideas to overcome public problems and improve the quality of services and public policies. One of the problems is the food security policy. This study uses the concept of Social Network Theory (Klijn & Koppenjan) which looks at the structure in the policy implementation network, namely the aspects of contact, trust, information sharing, and resource exchange as well as how to coordinate between actors in the food security policy implementation network in West Papua Province. The results of the study show that the relationship and participation of actors in the network have not run optimally. This can be seen from the structure in the network which includes trust, information sharing, and resource exchange has not been optimal. Meanwhile, contact from the structure in the network has been carried out well, with the formation of policy tools. Coordination in the food security policy implementation network uses the type of mutual adjustment coordination. The implementation of the Food Security Policy in the Perspective of the Governance Network has not been effective.

The human resources aspect is the most important thing for companies, especially to achieve organizational goals, because the success or failure of an organization is greatly influenced by human factors as people who carry out the work. One of the targets of human resource management in the organizational management function concerns employee performance issues. Employees at the Sewing Department PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali has an unstable level of performance, which can affect the achievement of company goals. This research aims to explain the factors that can influence a person's performance, such as leadership style, work culture and physical work environment which can influence employee performance. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Pan Brothers, Tbk Boyolali.

Background: The major impact of burnout on overseas workers, such as inadequate physical and psychological working conditions, has been proven to be associated with adverse health outcomes among workers, including the emergence of various diseases, increased stress levels, reduced concentration which can lead to the occurrence of work accidents which end in decreased productivity. This impact is a small part of the concept of Occupational Diseases (PAK) which is one of the pillars of Occupational Health and Safety. Objective: to find out the factors that cause burnout in offshore workers. Method: This research is an observational analysis research with a cross-sectional approach, where the researchers only observed offshore workers on the Belait CSS-1 ship. Samples were selected using a non-probability purposive sampling technique to obtain 80 samples. Results: There is a relationship between age (p = 0.021), education (p = 0.000), marital status (p = 0.021), length of service (p = 0.038), type of work (p = 0.000), work stress (p = 0.000 ), and workload (p = 0.003) with burnout in offshore workers. Conclusion: There are various factors that can influence burnout in offshore workers such as age, education, type of work, work stress and length of service..

Insomnia affects 30-50% of the adult population in the United States, with 5-15% experiencing chronic symptoms. Insomnia is characterized by dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of sleep, insomnia presents challenges such as difficulty initiating, maintaining, and waking early, and is common in older adults. The Hana Nursing Home hosted this activity, with 61 participants in attendance. In this activity, there were 9 elderly people with mild and moderate insomnia respectively (14.75%) and 5 people (8.2%). Therefore, comprehensive clinical evaluation in the form of education and early detection is essential for effective clinical management of insomnia.

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and collects data through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that in the Lapor Pak program, the Kiki Saputri Roasting Anies Baswedan episode, there are 4 segments. In segment 4 there are 4 scenes that have the potential to violate P3SPS. According to the researchers, the results of the analysis were no problem because the scene was not slanderous, inflammatory, misleading or lying, the sentences uttered by Kiki were in accordance with the data and the nature of the questions was made with the concept of roasting. In analyzing each broadcast, researchers observed the scenes of each segment and each minute of the video, then looked closely at all the scenes in the video. Then, after researchers watched the video, they found no violations listed in accordance with the P3SPS article. This research illustrates how Trans7 succeeded in creating creative programs that did not violate broadcasting regulations.
