Entrepreneurship training is an important strategy in the economic empowerment of village communities, especially for the youth of Karang Taruna and PKK members who have a strategic role in local development. In Kaladawa Village, local potentials such as agricultural products, processed food, and handicrafts actually have a fairly high economic value. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to low knowledge, skills, and access to information and technology that supports entrepreneurship. Lack of understanding of business planning, digital marketing, and financial management is often the main obstacle that hinders village communities from starting and developing businesses independently. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and economic independence of the residents of Kaladawa Village through practice-based entrepreneurship training. The training is comprehensively arranged, combining interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simple business simulations so that participants are able to understand in theory and practice. The training material includes basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identification and analysis of local potential-based business opportunities, preparation of business plans, digital marketing strategies using social media, and financial management of micro businesses. Not only technical skills, this training also equips participants with soft skills such as business communication skills, teamwork, and creative and innovative thinking. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of entrepreneurship and readiness to start a business independently. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a spike in comprehension scores, while the business plan products developed by participants showed creativity and the use of local potential that had not been previously worked on. Some participants have even formed community-based small business groups. This training also succeeded in forming an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial mindset and building a social network that supports business collaboration.

Ltd. dari Jepang, berkonsentrasi pada pembuatan dan pemasaran minuman susu fermentasi Yakult yang membantu kesehatan pencernaan. Untuk memenuhi permintaan yang meningkat di seluruh Indonesia, pabrik Yakult sekarang berlokasi di Sukabumi dan Mojokerto, yang awalnya berlokasi di Jakarta. Perusahaan menganut “Shirotaisme,” prinsip kesehatan yang menekankan penggunaan probiotik untuk mencegah penyakit. Bakteri L. casei Shirota strain dari Yakult telah ditunjukkan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan pencernaan dengan menyeimbangkan flora usus dan mengurangi bakteri jahat. Melalui sosialisasi dan kunjungan langsung ke fasilitas produksi, upaya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan generasi muda tentang manfaat bakteri. Proses kegiatan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, demonstrasi, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat terlibat dan lebih memahami pentingnya bakteri baik untuk kesehatan pencernaan. Diharapkan informasi ini akan mendorong orang untuk menerapkan gaya hidup sehat dan mengonsumsi Yakult setiap hari.

The growth of the coffee shop business in Indonesia has increased very rapidly. The growth of the coffee shop business does not only occur in big cities, but has also penetrated into small cities, one of which is Serang City. The proliferation of coffee shops in Serang City requires business people to implement effective marketing communications to achieve business goals. This research analyzes the marketing communication strategies implemented by three coffee shops in Serang City, namely Kalanoia Coffee, Aish Coffee Serang City, in attracting consumer buying interest. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed with the 7P Marketing Mix concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence). The results showed that the three coffee shops carried out marketing communication strategies in attracting consumer buying interest. The strategy is carried out through social media as a promotional medium, providing various promo programs to attract buying interest, and collaboration with influencers to expand market reach. Although each applies a different approach according to their characteristics and target market. All three have their own uniqueness that can differentiate them from competitors.

This research aims to describe and determine the level of self-concept among junior high school students at Santo Aloysius Turi Yogyakarta who live in dormitories, viewed from the perspective of their biological family conditions.The research subjects were junior high school students at Santo Aloysius Turi who live in dormitories. They numbered 68 students, consisting of 39 male students and 29 female students. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection in this study used a self-concept questionnaire for junior high school students at Santo Aloysius Turi Yogyakarta who live in dormitories, viewed from the perspective of their Biological Family Conditions, containing 96 items. The questionnaire was structured using aspects of self-concept according to Burn (1993). The reliability of the questionnaire was tested using the Cronbach's Alpha (?) approach, with a resulting coefficient value of 0.917. The number of valid items was 70. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with categorizations of very good, good, average, poor, and very poor.The research results show that most junior high school students at Santo Aloysius Turi who live in dormitories have self-concepts as follows: (1) 16 students have very high self-concept (23.5%). (2) 27 students (39.7%) have high self-concept. (3) 23 students (33.8%) fall into the average self-concept category. (4) 2 students (3%) have low self-concept, and there are no students (0%) who have very low self-concept.

Empowerment is basically a process that is run with the full awareness and preparation of the parties to increase the capacity and capability of the community in developing and helping themselves to the good state. Target awareness here is a small business, because most of them can not empower their business due to the difficulty of obtaining additional capital. BMT Maunah Tegal is one of the institutions supporting economic activity is shown to support the community and small businesses by presenting a variety of financing, one of which is murabahah. The purpose of this study was to describe the Murabaha financing and small business pemberdyaan performed at Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal and determine the effect of Murabaha financing to small business empowerment.  The method used in this study is a quantitative method, technique of data collection through questionnaires addressed to the respondent customers Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal, and to study the documentation. Samples from the Baitul Mall Customer wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal by 69 respondents.  Based on the survey results revealed that with df = ttable n-2, 69-2 = 67 finished ttable test of df 67 is 67 = 2292. T say if the significant value of t <t table so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, whereas if t count> t table then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the value of t (4364) and ttable of attachment (2292) then t count> t table so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus meaning that the granting murabaha financing has significant influence to empower small businesses.

BUMDES is a legal entity established by the village and/or together with the village to manage the business, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or provide other types of businesses for the greater welfare of the village community. So BUMDES itself is an economic activity that is managed independently by villagers. The Community Empowerment (PKM) activity carried out in Kaladawa Village is a creative economy training for youth organizations, aiming to apply a creative economy model so that youth youth organizations in Kaladawa village to create productive and creative people. This activity was held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, attended by 30 (thirty) participants consisting of the Village Head and his apparatus, Bumdes, Youth Organisation Youth and PKK women.

The stock exchange is the market where trading in stocks, bonds and other financial instruments takes place. The stock exchange is a place where companies can issue shares to obtain funds from investors, and investors can buy shares as a form of company ownership and benefit from changes in share prices. This study aims to measure how significant the influence of Profitability, Leverage and productivity is in determining bond ratings in manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that issues bonds and is rated by PEFINDO (Indonesian Rating Agency), uses the rupiah currency in presenting the company's financial statements, and publishes complete audited financial statements. The data source used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the bond rating database accessed from PTPEFINDO (www.pefindo.com). The conclusion of this study is that profitability has a positive effect on bond ratings, leverage has a negative effect on bond ratings and productivity has no effect on bond ratings.

The Covid-19 pandemic is very dangerous and has resulted in many activities being delayed and causing new regulations to prevent it. The Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on air transportation modes, especially for Avsec (Aviation Security) officers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work environment and discipline had an effect on the performance of Avsec officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. Using the quantitative method a sample of 80 Avsec officers. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, which were then processed through SPSS version 25. As a result of the study, there was a significant simultaneously and partially significant effect on the performance of Avsec officers with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a significant value of work environment variable 0, 00 < 0.05 means that the work environment partially affects the performance of Avsec officers, while the discipline variable has a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05, which means that the discipline variable affects the performance of Avsec officers. The effect of work environment and discipline on Avsec (Aviation Security) officers is 69.1% while the remaining 30.9% is influenced by other variables.

Komodo Labuan bajo Airport is one of the companies that offers services in the field of aviation that will use air transportation services,.Before boarding the avsec officer will check the completeness of the trip before entering the area within the airport (check in ).in handling the avsec officer,of course there are several things which is an advantage for the company and Avsec officers,such as in terms of service,for service users so that the output obtained by the company will also be better.knowing the obstacles faced in the service of the airport operator unit during the pandemic.
          The study use a qualitative method.the data sources used are primary data and secondary data.the method or documentation technique used in this study is to obtain interview and observation data based on the results of research that has been carried out.The results of the study show that (1) the optimization of the Airport Operator unit service includes ensuring that passengers meet flight requirements during the covid 19 pandemic.(2) The problem is that many Avsec officers do not comply with health protocols such as crowding,not wearing masks,not keeping their distance,even playing with cellphones while checking passengers,and it happened that one of the passenggers did not meet one flight requirement.however,it is allowed to enter or travel.

The world of aviation is currently experiencing a fairly rapid development with the large number of requests for passengers to travel for vacation or business purposes. With this request, Sriwijaya Air always provides the best service, including handling delays / delays 1) To find out what obstacles are faced by Sriwijaya Air Airlines in dealing with passengers who experience flight delays (delay) at Pontianak Supadio International Airport 2) To knowing how to handle passengers who experience flight delays on Sriwijaya Air at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. 3) To find out how Sriwijaya Air is responsible for passengers who experience flight delays that occur on Sriwijaya Air Airlines at Supadio Pontianak International Airport.
 The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection methods carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were made at Pontianak Supadio International Airport in September. Meanwhile, direct interviews were conducted with Sriwijaya Air airline officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport.
 The results of this study indicate that 1) that Sriwijaya Air airline officers are still experiencing problems, both problems when coordinating between divisions and obstacles in dealing with passengers during delays, 2) In this case Sriwijaya Air airline follows the procedures in handling it. Prior to providing compensation to passengers, Sriwijaya Air also provided information/announcements manually or through the AOCC, served passengers with a friendly and smiling face, and provided compensation in accordance with flight delays, 3) Sriwijaya Air airline is responsible for the airline a number of compensations. the loss stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations for the loss suffered by the passenger, but it is still possible for the passenger to obtain greater compensation by proving that the airline made a deliberate mistake.
