This community service project aims to design the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) at the At-Taqwa Mosque, Kebon Batur Village, Demak, to provide facilities that support religious education for local children. The At-Taqwa Mosque was chosen as the location because it plays an important role in religious development in the area, but currently still has limited facilities to support adequate TPQ activities. Through a participatory approach involving the local community, discussions, field observations, and designs based on educational building standards were carried out. The result of this activity is a safe, functional, and environmentally friendly TPQ design, which is expected to be a guideline for the development of sustainable religious education facilities.

Abstract
Every new policy by Indonesian government in National Examination (NE) implementation always obtains different respond from public. Since the implementation, NE system already experienced many changes, but in recent years this system receives serious critiques. As a result, government then abolished this system as graduation determinant in 2014. This research analyzes public opinion, in the form of positive and negative sentiment toward NE policy, and factors that drive the opinions. Data in this research obtained from online news media from 2012 to 2015. The result shows that public sentiment fluctuating from year to year and depends on three important factors, i.e. political pressure, extreme events, and media coverage.

Individuals entering the world of work will make various plans for their career planning process. Throughout their careers, individuals face challenges in adapting to their career task and responsibilities. This is known as career adaptability. This study aims to find out if there is a relationship between social support and career adaptability. This study used a quantitative approach with a simple correlational design. The population in this study were early career employees working in Salatiga City and the sample size was 52 participants. Data were collected using a combined technique of purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The scales used were the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support (? = 0.935) with 12 items and the Career Adaptability Scale (? = 0.920) with 22 items. Spearman's Rho correlation test showed that the value of r = 0.443 ; p < 0.05. It can be interpreted that social support is positively and significantly related to career adaptability in early career employees. This research is expecte to provide additional information for further research and may help companies to increase the career adaptability of their eemployees by providing social support.

<p><strong>Abstract. </strong>Every company strives to increase efficiency and effectiveness to adapt to competitive developments. One of the efforts made is to prepare employees to compete at work. Career adaptability is necessary for employees to support effective performance, especially for early career employees. Therefore, early career employees need good self-efficacy to support career adaptability. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career adaptability in early-career employees at PT. XYZ. The method used is quantitative with a simple correlational design. Data collection used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique, carried out using a Google form distributed to all PT. XYZ. The research scale consists of the General Self-Efficacy Scale (? =0.932) and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (?= 0.969). The Spearman Rho correlation test obtained a coefficient value of 0.841 with p(Sig.) = 0.000 (p&lt;0.01) shows that self-efficacy positively relates to career adaptability in early-career employees. Research on self-efficacy and career adaptability in early career employees is expected to provide important information that can be used to improve employee development practices, organizational policies, and future academic literature.</p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Self-efficacy; Career Adaptability; Early Career</em>

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara neurosains dan pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Neurosains, sebagai cabang ilmu yang mempelajari sistem saraf dan otak, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang proses kognitif dan emosional yang mendasari pembelajaran. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip neurosains dalam evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran dengan lebih memahami bagaimana siswa memproses informasi, mengingat, dan memotivasi diri dalam konteks religius. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana pendekatan berbasis neurosains dapat diterapkan dalam perancangan instrumen evaluasi yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan individu siswa, mempertimbangkan aspek kognitif, emosional, dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi neurosains dalam evaluasi PAI tidak hanya membantu dalam pengukuran capaian akademik siswa secara lebih komprehensif, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan karakter dan pemahaman spiritual yang lebih mendalam. Dengan demikian, pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis neurosains menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama yang adaptif dan holistik.
