This study aims to investigate and design a content marketing strategy to enhance user awareness of the referral feature in the Flip application. In addressing the lack of knowledge and utilization of the referral feature, the focus of this research is to understand how digital content marketing can strengthen customer awareness. The analysis explores the barriers to the adoption of this feature, including insufficient emphasis, inadequate information, and uncertainty about its benefits. Through a content marketing-focused approach, the proposed strategy includes optimizing the website and application to clearly illustrate the referral feature, leveraging email marketing campaigns to provide user guides, and utilizing social media and educational content to explain the concrete benefits of using the referral feature. Additionally, the approach includes data analysis to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented content strategy. It is expected that by applying a targeted and measurable content marketing strategy, the Flip application can overcome awareness challenges, increase user participation, and achieve significant growth in the adoption of the referral feature. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the critical role content marketing plays in raising awareness and user engagement with key features in applications.

This research aims to design a closed fish smoking device using coconut fiber as an energy source to smoke cursed fish or snakehead fish, which is different from traditional smoking equipment. This research was carried out in the tool making stage and the tool testing stage. This fish smoking tool modification is designed from an iron, aluminum frame and stainless steel rack. The open process of smoking fish at home has disadvantages such as unknown temperature and smoke, resulting in uneven maturity levels and longer smoking times. The research method was carried out by making tools and testing the tools. The time required for the process of smoking fish using this modified tool is around 50 to 60 minutes with the fuel amount being 2 kg of coconut husks and coconut shells with 150 ml of kerosene. This smoking tool is more efficient in carrying out smoking because the smoke is trapped in the drum tube, there is only one chimney so that the smoke is more easily absorbed by the fish and has a more distinctive characteristic in smoking.

Innovation communication is a way of conveying the discovery of new ideas to society so that social change occurs. A new innovation that is a solution to Jasa Raharja services which is caused by the high number of accidents in Pekanbaru City. In-person support services take a lot of time and take a long time, online updates make it easier for users of these support services. This research aims to analyze the communication innovation of raharja services in implementing online compensation services for accident victims in Pekanbaru city. This research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using interviews and analyzing the media used in the innovation diffusion process. As for determining research subjects, a purposive technique was used with five informants, then the data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research uses Rogers and Shoemaker's theory of diffusion of innovation. This theory examines messages in the form of new ideas or thoughts, which cause social change.From the research results, this innovation communication has 4 stages, namely. In this research it can be concluded based on the results of the analysis using Roger's theory which has 4 points, This innovation distribution explains that the involvement of communicators provides information in the form of socialization in the form of a content that states information about how to claim or submit compensation from Jasa Raharja. A communicator does not only work alone, this communicator is the Head of Public Relations, Jasa Raharja, who works together with the compensation service staff to collaborate with the community to make it easier and more affordable. With new innovations, since 2009, compensation services for accident victims have gone from conventional forms to online services. This communication channel uses social media, namely in the form of Instagram and Tik Tok, then uses print media, television media and radio media. By implementing the Innovation Division, it has made progress, but of course there are still new innovations, of course this is influenced by factors that hinder the establishment of this innovation, one of which is awareness. The awareness of users or local people who use vehicles in traffic, whether land, sea or air, of course they do not have awareness.

This research investigates the transfer of the district court’s jurisdiction in the adjudication of trade secret cases to commercial courts. The study aims to comprehend the district courts' jurisdiction in resolving trade secret disputes and the competence of commercial courts if the authority to adjudicate trade secret disputes is granted. The necessity for this research arises from the dearth of efficacious protection of trade secrets in the litigation context. The protracted duration and intricate process inherent to the current system have the potential to impede the advancement of the Indonesian economic industry, as rights holders may be dissuaded from pursuing their cases in the district court. This research employs a normative juridical approach, with a particular emphasis on the analysis of juridical norms and positive legal rules. This research builds upon previous studies that have examined the settlement of trade secret disputes in general in court and through alternative non-litigation channels. It delves deeper into the authority of the district court, comparing it with that of the United States and the Netherlands, and analyses trade secret cases that have been handled by the district court. This research indicates that the authority of the district court in trying trade secret cases requires expansion, particularly concerning closed trials. Furthermore, it can be posited that the commercial court possesses greater competence than the district court in hearing trade secret disputes, particularly in terms of more effective legal representation and more qualified judicial expertise. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemindahan wewenang pengadilan negeri dalam mengadili perkara rahasia dagang kepada pengadilan niaga. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna memahami kewenangan pengadilan negeri dalam mengadili sengketa rahasia dagang, serta guna memahami kompetensi pengadilan niaga jika wewenang mengadili sengketa rahasia dagang diberikan. Adapun urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya perlindungan rahasia dagang dalam penyelesaian sengketa di jalur pengadilan karena durasi yang terlalu lama dan proses yang rumit, yang tentunya akan berdampak pada kemajuan industri ekonomi Indonesia karena tidak didapatnya kepercayaan para pemilik hak untuk menyelesaikan perkaranya di pengadilan negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif yang berfokus untuk analisis menggunakan norma yuridis dan kaidah hukum positif. Penelitian ini melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya, yang hanya meninjau terkait penyelesaian sengketa rahasia dagang secara umum di pengadilan dan melalui jalur alternatif non-litigasi, dengan menganalisis lebih dalam terkait kewenangan dari pengadilan negeri, membandingkannya dengan negara Amerika dan Belanda, serta menganalisis perkara rahasia dagang yang pernah ditangani pengadilan negeri. Melalui penelitian ini, dapat dinyatakan bahwa kewenangan pengadilan negeri dalam mengadili perkara rahasia dagang perlu diperluas, terutama terkait persidangan tertutup, serta dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengadilan niaga memiliki kompetensi lebih baik daripada pengadilan negeri jika wewenang mengadili sengketa rahasia dagang diberikan, baik dari segi beracara yang lebih efektif dan kompetensi hakim yang lebih mumpuni. 

This study examines the complex consequences of industrial area development on both the national and regional economies of Indonesia, with a specific focus on the interaction between these two domains. This research employs a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

Pendidikan Kesehatan dengan menggunakan video memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar dalam perubahan perilaku pasien sehingga akan lebih cepat mengerti, dan mengingat penyajian informasi atau Pendidikan Kesehatan dengan menggunakan video akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pasien selain itu manfaat lainnya memberikan stimulus pada pendengaran dan penglihatan. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Pra Experimen Pre test Post test One Design Group. Bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan menggunakan video edukasi terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi fraktur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien yang akan dilakukan tindakan operasi fraktur di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang dengan sampel sejumlah 23 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Hasil Proses intervensi menggunakan video tentang edukasi pasien pre operasi fraktur untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Pada kelompok intervensi sebelum diberikan Pendidikan kesehatan video edukasi 39,1% menunjukan tingkat kecemasan sedang, dan sesudah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan menggunakan video edukasi menunjukan Sebagian besar pada tingkat kecemasan ringan yaitu sebanyak 9 orang (39,1%). Hasil Analisis dengan uji marginal homogeneity didapatkan hasil p value 0,001. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan dengan media video edukasi terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi fraktur.
 

Pentingnya kedisiplinan pada Kapal Crest Spartan 8 khususnya pada kedisiplinan Jaga Mesin dikarenakan sering terjadi keterlambatan serah terima jaga di kamar mesin, contohnya pada saat jaga malam sering anak buah kapal (ABK) yang mau jaga lambat turun di kamar mesin. Jadi harus difokuskan perhatian kedisiplinan kepada ABK agar supaya ABK tidak lagi lambat waktu tukar jam jaga. Tujuan untuk melaksanakan kedisiplinan secara rutinitas khususnya pada jaga mesin adalah untuk memperlancar proses operasional kapal, dan seorang Chief Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk me manage kru nya dalam melakukan kedisiplinan jaga. Agar semuanya berjalan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Sumber data diperoleh secara langsung di atas kapal dan dari buku-buku referensi yang berkaitan dengan judul. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini agar para ABK mesin dapat lebih fokus dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas jaganya. Penyebab terjadinya ketidakdisiplinan ABK di kapal MV. Crest Spartan 8 khususnya ABK mesin adalah kurangnya pengawasan dari kapten dan Kepala Kamar Mesin terhadap ABK dek dan mesin yang melaksanakan dinas jaga, dan atasan juga kurang tegas dalam memberikan teguran pada ABK yang pulang terlambat saat melakukan aktivitas di darat (pesiar) terlebih lagi ABK yang pulang pesiar dalam kondisi kurang fit.

Hypotension in the elderly is a common condition and requires special attention in health management. This community service program aims to improve patient understanding of hypotension management through education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, and evaluation of patient understanding before and after education. The results showed an increase in patient understanding from 55% before education to 85% after education. In addition, there was a decrease in complaints of dizziness from 80% to 40% after the intervention. These findings indicate that health education plays an important role in increasing patient awareness and readiness in managing hypotension. This program is recommended to be implemented widely to improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
