Wakaf  merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang telah ada sejak berpuluh–puluh tahun oleh masyarakat indonesia yang beragama islam, akan tetapi masih banyak problematik terkait wakaf karna kurangnya pemahaman di masyarakat dan perlindungan hukum yang memadai. salah satu problematika yang terjadi khususnya tentang wakaf salah satunya terjadi dikota pekanbaru yang mana ahli waris wakif menjual tanah yang diwakafkan orangtuanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hukum Islam, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan hukum positif, terhadap isu ini. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif, meliputi kajian tentang hukum Islam serta undang-undang yang relevan. Kesimpulan. Terdapat implikasi hukum dan masih perlunya kesadaran hukum dimasyarakat, serta harmonisasi dan perlindungan hukum terkait wakaf. khususnya yang terjadi di kota pekanbaru.

The purpose of this research is to understand how visual media is used in fourth-grade elementary education, and how visual media affects students' engagement and understanding of learning activities. This research is important as it highlights the benefits of visual learning to enhance knowledge transmission, especially in elementary schools. Data for this descriptive qualitative research was collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. The results show that teachers and fourth-grade students at one elementary school in Padang can help students remember, become more focused, and understand more complex concepts. According to the teacher, the use of visual media makes lessons more engaging and interactive. Thus, visual media is a useful teaching strategy to enhance learning in fourth-grade elementary classrooms. Teachers are encouraged to use more creativity and variety when selecting and creating visual materials that are appropriate for the curriculum and the needs of the students.

Food hygiene and sanitation are crucial in the culinary industry to prevent contamination and protect consumer health. However, foodborne diseases remain a global issue due to poor food handling practices. Traditional lecture methods are often ineffective in improving students' practical skills related to food safety. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Role-Playing Cards as an interactive learning tool. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test was conducted on 70 culinary students enrolled in a food hygiene and sanitation course. Participants were divided into two groups: Cross-Contamination and Foodborne Illness. The findings showed a significant improvement in understanding, with post-test scores increasing from 58.2 to 87.6 (p < 0.001) and from 60.4 to 89.2 (p < 0.001). Additionally, 99% of students found the method relevant, and 97% considered Role-Playing Cards engaging and easy to apply. In conclusion, this method effectively enhances students' understanding, promotes critical thinking, and provides a more interactive learning experience in food safety education.

This research is a study in the field of Public Administration aimed at describing community empowerment management through the Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) in the development of Kebon Winduaji Coffee in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency in 2020. The research method employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research targets were stakeholders involved in community empowerment activities through the PHP2D program. The selection of informants in this study used purposive sampling technique. Data sources for the research utilized both primary and secondary data. This research focused on aspects including available strengths and opportunities, while simultaneously minimizing weaknesses and threats faced in the development of Kebon Winduaji Coffee. Data analysis used an interactive model with descriptive design. The research findings indicate that successful community empowerment through local products requires a balance between two important elements: preserving local culture and traditions, and adapting to contemporary market demands. The long-term success of community empowerment programs depends not only on the availability of funding and support from various parties. More importantly, it is the ability to build a robust system that can withstand various external changes, while maintaining the distinctive characteristics and authenticity of local products as a sustainable competitive advantage.

This research aims to investigate the legal liability of OKKO Bandung bakery regarding product safety compliance under Indonesia's Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999, particularly following a BPOM investigation that identified unauthorized food additives in their bread products. The urgency of this study stems from increasing violations of consumer rights in the food industry, where producers fail to meet safety standards, potentially endangering public health. This research employs a comprehensive qualitative methodology, combining normative legal analysis with empirical fieldwork through structured interviews and systematic observations. The study reveals that producers bear significant legal obligations to ensure product safety, provide transparent product information, and offer appropriate compensation for damages. This research contributes new insights through its unique combined normative-empirical approach, analyzing actual court precedents demonstrating implementation gaps between legal theory and enforcement reality. The study proposes specific regulatory reforms, including mandatory third-party ingredient verification, enhanced supply chain transparency, and strengthened inter-agency coordination to effectively safeguard public health and consumer interests.

Youth is the driving force of all civilizations born in the culture of society. The state of maturity affects the mindset and behavior. Sensitivity is very high in sniffing out various problems of the surrounding reality. The effectiveness of this sense is what drives the sensitivity to make changes to overcome various conditions. Based on this phenomenon, researchers use Benedict Anderson's Imagined Communities as a tool for analysis. Anderson said that collective imagination or imagination will bring into a shared awareness. In addition, youth are the driving force, because they have the opportunity to change the conditions of their society. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with the analysis that seeks to describe and explain the reality that exists within a scope of society.

Poverty is a multidimensional problem that is not only related to economic aspects, but also social, cultural, and political, which affects the welfare of poor families. The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Makassar City is designed as a conditional social assistance program that aims to improve the welfare of poor families through the provision of financial assistance and increased access to basic services. This study aims to explore the role of social companions in building trust, factors that affect the participation of poor families, and obstacles in the implementation of PKH. The method used was descriptive qualitative with subjects of 10 beneficiary families and 3 social companions, data was collected through semi-structured interviews and participatory observations, then analyzed thematically using an inductive approach. The results of the study show that social companions play a crucial role as communication mediators who build trust through an empathetic and familial approach, which strengthens the sense of belonging to the program. Family participation is influenced by social capital, local cultural norms, education levels, as well as bureaucratic constraints and access to services. Barriers such as social stigma, complicated bureaucracy, and limited companion training hinder the effectiveness of the program. Habermas's theory of communicative action and Durkheim's social solidarity support the finding that open dialogue and harmonious relationships between companions and families are key to successful social empowerment. It was concluded that strengthening the capacity of companions, simplifying bureaucracy, and increasing participatory dialogue spaces are needed to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of PKH in Makassar.

This research delves into the significance of Islamic business ethics in cultivating consumer trust within the contemporary business landscape. Emphasizing principles like honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and transparency rooted in sharia law, Islamic business ethics aims to foster a just and sustainable economic framework. Through a descriptive qualitative analysis drawing on a literature review, the study highlights how adhering to Islamic values such as tawhid, knowledge, justice, responsibility, freedom, benevolence, and the distinction between halal and haram can curb fraudulent behaviors and enhance consumer loyalty. Findings demonstrate that companies embracing Islamic business ethics not only steer clear of legal infractions and reputational harm but also bolster consumer relationships based on trust and continued satisfaction. Meskipun pengakuan terhadap agroforestri tradisional  sebagai strategi pengelolaan lahan berkelanjutan semakin meningkat, penelitian yang mengintegrasikan analisis keanekaragaman tanaman dengan persepsi lokal untuk memahami ketahanan ekologi-ekonomi masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara keanekaragaman tanaman dalam sistem agroforestri dan kontribusinya terhadap stabilitas ekosistem serta ketahanan ekonomi komunitas lokal di Desa Dulamayo Selatan, sekitar Hutan Pendidikan Universitas Gorontalo, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, kami menggabungkan analisis vegetasi kuantitatif melalui 9 plot dinamis (72 sub-plot) dengan survei sosial yang melibatkan 60 rumah tangga dan wawancara mendalam dengan 5 informan kunci, dengan penilaian menggunakan skala Likert (1-5). Analisis Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) menunjukkan dominasi spesies serbaguna, dengan Arenga pinnata (INP=113,72), Lansium parasiticum (INP=68,8), dan Aleurites moluccanus (INP=48,45) menjadi komponen kunci dalam sistem agroforestri lokal. Komunitas lokal menilai tinggi jasa ekosistem dari sistem agroforestri, khususnya penyediaan air bersih (4,4/5) dan mitigasi bencana alam (4,2/5). Analisis regresi menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kesadaran lingkungan dan manfaat ekonomi (R²=0,72), mengindikasikan bahwa kesadaran ekologis dan keuntungan ekonomi dapat bersinergi dalam pengelolaan agroforestri. Preferensi terhadap spesies serbaguna mencerminkan strategi adaptif untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari sumber daya lahan yang terbatas, sambil menjaga keanekaragaman hayati dan fungsi ekosistem. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mengintegrasikan kesadaran ekologis ke dalam program pengembangan agroforestri dan menyoroti potensi diversifikasi spesies untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekologi sekaligus stabilitas ekonomi pada komunitas yang bergantung pada hutan.

 

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technology has opened new opportunities for developing intelligent communication systems through chatbots. This study explores how the integration of n8n, a fair-code workflow automation tool, with AI can create autonomous chatbots that not only interact automatically with users but also analyze and report conversation outcomes in a structured manner. We propose a methodology that combines natural language processing (NLP) with automated workflows to build a chatbot capable of storing user interaction data, processing it into insights, and generating analytical reports that support service evaluation and business decision-making. This approach not only enhances user service efficiency but also adds analytical capabilities that would typically require separate manual processes. The findings of this study indicate that such a solution is highly applicable in areas such as customer service, online education, and internal system analysis
