This study focuses on the role of digital platforms in increasing the competitiveness of Wardah cosmetic products through digital marketing. With the rapid growth of the beauty industry in Indonesia, Wardah, as a halal cosmetic brand founded in 1995, emphasizes products that are in line with Islamic principles. Through creative marketing strategies and the use of social media, Wardah is able to reach a wider audience, especially among the younger generation. This study also highlights the quality of Wardah products used as halal labels, and prices on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This analysis shows that effective digital marketing can attract consumer interest and strengthen Wardah's position in the market. And it is hoped that the results of this study can provide guidance for the development of more optimal marketing strategies in the cosmetics industry.

This study aims to explore the linkages between Sharia Financial Institutions (SHIs) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving financial inclusion in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature review, this study found that LKS plays a vital role in offering financing based on sharia principles that are suitable for the nature of MSMEs. In addition, LKS also provides financial training, business guidance, and management and spiritual support. The approach of digitalization, utilization of Islamic social funds, and creation of local partnerships has proven successful in reaching MSMEs that are not yet connected to formal financial institutions. However, challenges such as low understanding of Islamic finance and the limited network of LKS are still obstacles in maximizing this synergy. Therefore, cooperation between the government, LKS, and MSME players is essential to build an inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem.Keywords:  financial inclusion, Islamic financial institutions, Islamic financing, MSMEs

This study aims to develop the Sido Makmur Village information website to improve the quality of public services, expand access to information, and encourage community participation in village development. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and inductive conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of the village website had a positive impact on administrative service efficiency, faster information delivery, and increased citizen engagement, particularly among the younger generation. The website also served as a strategic platform for documenting activities, presenting financial reports, and promoting village potential more widely. Despite challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and technical capacity of human resources, the desa-sidomakmur.com website proved to be an innovative solution in strengthening transparent and participatory village governance based on information technology.

The rapid advancement of information technology demands that the younger generation possess adequate digital literacy from an early age. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a community service activity focused on educating junior high school students at SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Purwokerto about computer systems and computer networks. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, as well as pre-tests and post-tests. The activity involved students from classes 9A, 9B, and 9C, who participated in interactive learning sessions covering basic materials on computer systems, computer networks, and digital safety. The results indicate an increase in students' understanding of information technology concepts, as reflected by improved comprehension scores and positive responses toward the program. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm, actively engaged in discussions, and were able to explain the material presented. These findings suggest that an educational approach based on hands-on practice is effective in enhancing digital literacy among students. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of continuous technology education at the basic education level to prepare the younger generation for the challenges of the digital era and to encourage their active contribution to a technology-based society.

This study investigates the impact of interest rate effectiveness, inflation, and exchange rates on economic growth in Indonesia between 2014 and 2023. Using a simultaneous equation model and the Two-Stage Least Squares (TSLS) estimation technique, the research analyzes the interrelationships among key macroeconomic indicators. The results show that exports and investment significantly influence GDP, whereas the exchange rate and money supply have no notable effect. Furthermore, GDP growth is identified as a significant determinant of investment, while interest rates and inflation are found to be statistically insignificant. The diagnostic tests confirm that the regression model satisfies the classical assumptions of normality and absence of autocorrelation. These findings highlight the importance of promoting exports and enhancing investment to support Indonesia’s sustainable economic development. Policymakers are encouraged to focus on trade performance and investment climate, as these factors have a stronger direct impact on growth compared to inflation and interest rates during the observed period.

This study examines the impact of the digital E-Performance Attendance System, also called Aku Hadir Application, and additional income for civil servants on employee performance at the Karanganyar Regency Public Works Agency, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In reaction to the government's efforts to improve governance through performance-based payments, this study examines the impact of implementing an ERP-based attendance and appraisal system on worker satisfaction and productivity. By adopting a quantitative explanatory method, data was collected from 50 civil servants with the help of a structured questionnaire and then analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that the E-Performance system has a positive effect on performance and job satisfaction, where job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship. In contrast, additional income has no significant direct or indirect impact on performance. The results emphasize the important role of open digital performance monitoring and job satisfaction in improving the productivity of civil servants, with important implications for policy makers to better manage government human resources.

An This study aims to analyze the advertisement of Mie Sedaap Tasty Beef Yakiniku reviewed from the perspective of Indonesian Advertising Ethics. Instant food advertisements are often packaged creatively and persuasively, but often violate advertising norms and ethics. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method. The results of the study indicate that several elements in this advertisement violate the principles of honesty and social responsibility as stated in the Indonesian Advertising Ethics, especially in terms of taste claims, visualization of ingredients, and excessive depictions of deliciousness. This study recommends that advertisers pay more attention to ethical standards so as not to mislead consumers.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the achievement of the Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) value of the Work Unit in the Medan II KPPN Work Area. The Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) is an indicator set by the Ministry of Finance as BUN which is used as a measure and reflects the performance of the work unit on the quality of budget planning, the quality of budget implementation and the quality of budget implementation results. This study aims to determine what factors influence the achievement of the IKPA value in the work unit at the Medan II KPPN. This research method uses a quantitative approach with primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to employees who play a role in the achievement of the Satker IKPA, namely PPK, PPSPM, Treasurer, Budget Operator and Commitment/Payment Operator. The study population consisted of 170 Work Units, while the sample of this study was 200 respondents conducted in 40 Work Units in the Medan II KPPN work area with the criteria of Work Units that obtained IKPA value achievements in the sufficient and less categories for the 2022 to 2024 budget years. Hypothesis testing used analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results of the study showed that transparency, organizational commitment, human resource competence, government regulations and coordination had a positive and significant effect on the achievement of IKPA values. This finding confirms the importance of transparency in state financial management accompanied by organizational commitment, increasing human resource competence, compliance with government regulations and increasing coordination between Work Units and Medan II KPPN which play a role in increasing the achievement of IKPA values ??of Work Units

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy, but many MSMEs still have difficulty using technology and transforming into sharia-based businesses. This study aims to analyze how technological innovation, especially e-commerce, can help MSMEs adapt to sharia business principles. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this study examines the literature on sharia e-commerce, digital innovation, and the development of MSMEs in the digital era. The results show that e-commerce has great potential to expand the market, increase efficiency, and support sharia transactions such as interest-free financing. In addition, cooperation between digital platforms and sharia financial institutions can strengthen the halal economy. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, lack of infrastructure, and competition from large companies still exist. This article discusses the role of Kyai Arsantaka, who is considered one of the key figures in the formation of Purbalingga, a region in Central Java. As a revered historical figure, Kyai Arsantaka made significant contributions to the spread of Islamic teachings, as well as in establishing the social and cultural foundations of Purbalingga. Beyond his religious endeavors, his contributions can also be seen in infrastructure development, the strengthening of local traditions, and fostering harmonious social relationships within the community. This article explores the enduring legacy of Kyai Arsantaka spiritually, socially, and culturally which continues to be felt to this day. With a historical and anthropological approach, it provides an in-depth analysis of how the values championed by Kyai Arsantaka remain relevant and serve as guiding principles in the lives of the people of Purbalingga today.
