ABSTRAK  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis apakah Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi dan bantuan pemerintah dapat meningkatkan indeks pembangunan manusia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan melakukan metode uji asumsi klasik sebelum mengumpulkan model penelitian terbaik. Sampel penelitian adalah 15 kabupaten / kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia diperoleh dari Lembaga Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah serta Dana Alokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Hasilnya konsisten dengan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial dapat diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel pendapatan asli daerah dan dana alokasi terhadap peningkatan indeks pertumbuhan manusia.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi, Provinsi Jawa Tengah

SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material  efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue.
Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file.
The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

Communication is a process of transmitting messages from sources to recipients through various channels. While the purpose of human communication is to share experience and knowledge, delivered in the language of signals, words, writing, movement, and broadcasting. The results of the process are created a theory named diffusion of information, also stands for innovation diffusion theory. for some institution, the task is the duty of a Public Relations. In performing its job, as of 2010 the Public Relations motion was increasingly 'supervised' by the constitutional Law No.14 of 2008, as well as Public Relations of Salatiga Local Government. This research was conducted in Public Relations of Salatiga Local Government for two months of observation and interviewing using a qualitative approach especially grounded theory research. Data triangulation was conducted at the Department of Transportation, Communication, Culture, and Tourism (Dishubkombudpar) in Salatiga and interviews with two of the four Chairmen of the Forum of Public Communication Institutions (FLKM) in Salatiga. In addition, the implementation of Law on the Openness of Public Information in Salatiga is not reserve in accordance with the Mayor's Decree No. 950/434/2012 and information management guidelines and documentation for officials at the State Public Agency Central and Regional Level (Issued by the Ministry of Communication and Information Indonesia).

<p>Indonesian capital market through the Indonesia Stock Exchange is an integral part of the global stock exchange activities. The closer the relationship between Indonesian stock exchange and global stock exchanges is represented by the relationship between the stock price index. Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) movement in Indonesia Stock Exchange has decreased for 2 (two) first quarter in 2018. This aim of this study to examine the effect of the global stock price index represented by the Dow Jones index, the Nikkei 225 Index, the Hang Seng Index and rupiah exchange rate against CSPI movement. The observation period uses daily data from 2 January to 31 August 2018. Samples are selected by using judgment sampling method, by taking the stock price index and rupiah exchange rate announced on the same day by all exchanges. There are 145 data samples and was analyzed by using linear regression. The results partially show that Hang Seng index and rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the CSPI, while   Dow Jones index and the Nikkei 225 Index have no significant effect on the CSPI. Simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on the CSPI. The results of goodness of fit model examination show the ability of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is 40.3%, while 59.7% is explained by variables outside the model.<em></em></p>

Abstract Catfish is one of the important strategic commodities in Indonesia which is widely cultivated. Catfish needs continue to increase along with the increasing demand for catfish as foodstuffs such as the need for many lamongan stalls. However, efforts to increase production and development of catfish farming have several obstacles that can reduce production by 50% due to certain diseases. This situation is certainly very detrimental to the catfish in particular and the wider community in general. However, farmers have very low knowledge about the technical maintenance of catfish plants. This situation resulted in farmers being highly dependent on the control of a limited number of plant pests. To overcome this problem, a website-based application was made. To optimize computational resources on mobile devices, we need a Cased Base reasoning method that consists of frame based and rule based representation with rules or rules that are used to determine whether catfish plants contract certain diseases, which types of diseases can be detected in the process this research includes bacterial pustular disease, interchnose disease, mosaic virus disease, collapsing disease, rust disease and blight disease. then analyzed which cased base reasoning is the most optimal. This can be done with a scenario comparing some of the cased base reasoning from the level of accuracy at 87.5%.

Abstract The rapid development of technology, especially the internet which is followed by the movement/mobilization of the community in fulfilling the needs of life and education, as well as public awareness of the needs of village administrative requirements, such as family cards, identity cards, birth certificates, land ownership certificates , data collection of the final voters list and other village administrations, so that the village apparatus must be extra in carrying out data collection on the village in an integrated manner, so that it can be accessed anywhere via an internet connection without returning to their hometown. The village apparatus can classify the conditions of the community with certain categories using this system, such as education and welfare. Villagers who migrate outside the island want to make birth certificates, renew e-ID cards, family cards, etc., do not need to go back to their hometowns, just send physical files and scan files that are expected to the "Village Web Information System" application to request the documents. Furthermore, if there is a presidential election, then the parties registered with DPT can ask information through the info menu facility available in this system, so that election file files can be sent to the address of villagers who migrate outside the island / city to be able to use their voting rights. All village data will be recorded / records related to the current domicile, such as education, employment, birth certificate, e-ID card, ownership of land certificates, payment of land and building taxes, and other village administration completeness

Peranan merek sangat penting terutama dalam persaingan usaha yang sehat oleh karena itu perlindungan terhadap merek diperlukan. Di Indonesia, perlindungan merek akan diperoleh setelah merek didaftarkan. Namun perlindungan hukum terhadap merek terdaftar bukan merupakan jaminan, adakalanya apabila terdapat cukup alasan pendaftaran merek dapat dihapus atau dibatalkan. Salah satu kasus penghapusan merek dari Daftar Umum Merek adalah sengketa merek IKEA yang diputus oleh Mahkamah Agung dengan Putusan No. 264K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2015. Gugatan penghapusan merek IKEA milik INTER IKEA dilakukan oleh perusahaan asal Surabaya PT. Ratania Khatulistiwa. Alasannya bahwa merek IKEA untuk kelas barang 20 dan 21 tidak digunakan selama 3 tahun berturut-turut dalam perdagangan barang dan/atau jasa sejak tanggal pendaftarannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sehingga berproses pada kajian norma dalam hal ini norma dalam hukum merek secara khusus merek terkenal dengan mengkaji tentang penghapusan merek. Dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekalipun merek terkenal dihapuskan dari Daftar Umum Merek, tetapi perlindungan merek terkenal tidak hilang.  
Trademark protection in Indonesia will be obtained after the trademark is registered. However, in some circumstances, legal protection for registered trademarks could be deleted or canceled, such as in the IKEA case. IKEA is a registered trademark base on the Indonesian General Register of Marks. Then, PT. Ratania Equator brought a lawsuit for the removal of IKEA from the registered trademark from the General Register of Marks. The reason is that IKEA, as a trademark for goods in classes 20 and 21, has not been used for 3 consecutive years in the trade in goods and/or services. This article argues that even though a well-known trademark is removed from the General Register of Trademarks, the protection of the well-known trademark has remained.

The objective of the study is to determine the characteristic of moisture sorption isotherm from "gaplek" flour fortified with protein from red bead tree flour using various modeling and being observed from the monolayer moisture content and its absorption types. This research used 5 salt solutions and storage temperature of 298K, 308K, and 318K. The models used were Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET), Guggenheim-Anderson-de Boer (GAB) and Caurie model. The monolayer moisture content was around 5.07 – 8.53% db. kb value of GAB model was around 0.5941-0.6252. c value of GAB model was around 16.0588-23.4111. C value of BET was around 32.7241-306.5000. Whereas the c value in Caurie model was around 1.1419-1.2769. The equilibrium and monolayer moisture content on ‘gaplek" flour fortified with protein from red bead tree flour was decreasing as the temperature going up. GAB constant value indicated that the process of moisture absorption on the "gaplek" flour fortified with protein from red bead tree flour categorized in type II.
