Abstrak:
Quality education can be achieved with the means to carry out learning. One of the facilities used is to use learning aids or learning media. Learning media is an integral part of the learning process in the classroom. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri which is located at Jl Bahari No. 345 Weleri sub-district, Kendal district, in delivering basic electricity and electronics lessons about passive and active components at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri currently still uses a system like schools in general, namely the teacher conveys material in front of the class by means of a blackboard with chalk or markers to provide examples or illustrations to students.
This is evident from the minimal percentage of the average value in basic electricity and electronics lessons about passive and active components decreasing due to many obstacles in their learning, students find it difficult to remember in lessons, in delivering information that has been used so far, problems have been found, namely by using a system that conventional in the delivery of material. Students are less interested and motivated to follow the teacher's explanation. By using a multimedia system is expected as a good solution to be able to resolve or overcome existing problems

<p class="IndexTerms">Along with the development of the times the need for electrical energy is increasing. PT. PLN (Persero) as a company that supplies electrical energy must be able to meet the needs of electrical energy to run a business to supply electric power in an even amount to meet the needs of the household, industrial, social and business sectors.. The purpose of this research to determine how much the growth of electrical loads in 2020 to 2025 at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Juwana. To find out the amount of increase in electrical energy required. Electrical data used data for 8 years, from 2012 to 2019. The results of this study are in the form of an estimate of the use and need for load electrical energy load for the next 5 years, from 2020 to 2025, the data used are the number of subscribers, connected power, and the amount of energy using a simulated neural network with the method (radial basis function). the results of this study an increase per year an average of 1% per year. in 2019 the value is 1.07%, in 2020 it is 1.10%, 2021 is 1.21%, for 2022 it is 1.27%, 2023 is 1.28%, 2024 is 1.17% and 2025 is 1.31 %.</p>

Abstrak:
WLAN is a wireless telecommunications network in the process of distributing data or information. This network is easier and economical to build because without having to do the design of cable lines and no need for cables as devices. In the main building of the Faculty of Industrial Technology UNISSULA already has a WLAN network, but there are blankspots in several areas. The layout and number of Access Points (AP) greatly affect the quality of the WLAN signal, besides the number of users. Optimization is done by comparing the number of AP exiting with the number of APs based on the coverage area and number of users. The parameters used for network quality are signal strength more than -75 dBm and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) of more than 25 dB. Retrieval of existing network quality data with walktest method using the Ekahau Site Survey software. The quality of signal strength and SNR based on the coverage area is calculated using the COST 231 Multiwall method, while those based on the number of users are calculated using the ratio of Airtime per Device (APD) to Number of Device (NoD). The next step, simulating the AP layout using the Ekahau Site Survey software. The research concluded that each floor only requires 2 pieces AP. The percentage value of signal strength> -75 dBm after optimization is 86%, 89.8%, and 87.4% for floors 1, 2, and 3 respectively. While the SNR percentage values> 25 dB after optimization are 81.1%, 86.3%, and 84.5% for floors 1, 2, and 3 respectively.<p class="Abstract"> </p>

Abstrak:
Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) ditemukan hampir di seluruh belahan dunia terutama di negara-negara tropik dan subtropik. Masalah Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Indonesia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang cenderung meningkat jumlah penderita serta semakin luas penyebarannya sejalan dengan meningkatnya mobilitas dan kepadatan penduduk. Metode yang digunakan pada penyuluhan ini yaitu metode ceramah dengan media yang telah disediakan yaitu leaflet yang akan kami bagikan kepada peserta penyuluhan. Untuk melihat pemahaman peserta terkait tema yang kami bawakan kelak maka kami akan memberikan kuesioner sebelum penyuluhan (pre) dan sesudah penyuluhan (post). Dari hasil kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil pengetahuan dan sikap menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dimana untuk pengetahuan ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan sedangkan sikapnya tidak ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The population of this research is the employees of CV. Indonesia Live Sragen with the number of respondents as many as 50 Data analysis using multivariate regression. The results show that organizational commitment and organizational culture have positive effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, where as the Job Satisfaction variable has no effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. This desire arises because this company has difficulties in processing Presence information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and makes it difficult when the company management intends to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. Presence Process that already exists in the Study of PT. Blue Semesta Abadi Semarang can be said that there are still shortcomings because everything is still done manuallyThe use of the Fingerprint method in this employee Presence system application will also make this Presence system more effective and efficient because each employee will only paste one of the employee's fingerprints on the available Fingerprint device where the calculation of the employee's attendance and exit hours will be entered in the database. , then the result of inputting the employee identification number will be the reference for the employee's arrival time.

Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

<p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain adalah untuk memanfaatkan tanah urug<em> limestone</em> sebagai pengganti agregat beton, untuk menghitung kuat tekan beton yang dihasilkan dari pembuatan beton dengan agregat tanah urug<em> limestone</em> dan mengetahui lebih optimal mana pemakaian beton dengan agregat tanah urug<em> limestone </em>dengan beton konfensional</p><p> Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari literature-literatur baik buku maupun jurnal dan penelitian-penilitian terdahulu. Selain data sekunder juga menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan melakukan pengujian bahan dan pembuatan benda uji di laboratorium teknik sipil dan kemudian menganalisis hasil pengujian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah peralatan-perltan untuk pengujian bahan di laboratorium mekanika tanah dan laboratorium beton, untuk menghitung dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus baku untuk setiap jenis pengujian bahan yaitu dengan menguji kadar air, kadar lumpur, kadar organik, uji berat jenis dan uji saringan. Pengujian benda uji dilakukan dengan 3 waktu yaitu pada beton dengan usia 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari.</p><p> Dari hasil Analisa penggunaan tanah urug limestone sebagai pengganti agregat beton cukup optimal dengan hasil uji kuat tekan umur 28 hari sebesar 14,181 kg/m3 dan kuat tekan yang berumur 24 hari sebesar 12,009 kg/m3. Di lihat dari hasil uji tersebut beton Limestone masih belum layak untuk di gunakan untuk struktur namun beton ini setara Beton K175. Beton Mutu K175 merupakan salah satu jenis beton standar pembangunan di Indonesia, dimana beton jenis ini cocok untuk digunakan sebagai pondasi bangunan. Mutu k175 sendiri dinilai mampu menahan beban sebanyak 14,5 Mpa, tentunya kapasitas tersebut beton ini mampu menahan bangunan bertingkat sekalipun. Sedangkan perbandingan hasil uji kuat tekan beton normal dengan beton Limestone lebih optimal beton normal dengan hasil uji diperoleh 33,5 kg/m3 untuk beton norma dan 14,181 kg/m3 untuk beton Limestone.</p>

Pada Maret 2020 wabah virus corona menginfeksi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Penyebaran virus ini dinyatakan sebagai wabah pandemi. Masalah barupun bermunculan, mulai masalah ekonomi, sosial sampai Pendidikan. Secara serempak lembaga pendidikan memilih pembelajaran daring. Mini Riset ini bertujuan meneliti tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kompetensi guru di masa pandemi, yang difokuskan pada aspek tuntutan digitalisasi dalam dunia pendidikan, Ulasan akan difokuskan kepada bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi di Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School Sukabumi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data secara induktif / kualitatif
Semenjak surat edaran kemetrian mengenai pembelajaran masa pandemi diterima, Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School langsung menentukan strategi. Diantaranya dengan mengadakan pelatihan diawal pembelajaran mengenai teknologi, ini membuktikan bahwa Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School terus fokus dalam mengembangkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru dimasa pandemi ini, diantaranya: (1) Kompetensi penguasaan literasi dan IPTEK (2) Kompetensi keterampilan pengelolaan kelas (3) Kompetensi komunikasi dan social.
Adanya kebijakan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh sekolah karena wabah covid, perlu diimbangi peran guru yang lebih mendalam. Kompetensi guru dituntut sebagai bentuk profesionalitas. Namun menjadi masalah manakala guru kurang memiliki kompetensi. Maka diperlukan pemberdayaan guru dengan mengembangkan empat kompetensi utama yang telah ada untuk menghadapai pembelajaran melalui daring saat ini. Dengan pengembangan kompetensi tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir masalah yang ada, sehingga proses belajar lebih baik.
