This article explains the thematic community service program which is a form of activity that provides learning experiences for each student to be able to adapt to the community environment with all the problems that occur. I am one of the KKN students located in Jattinangor sub-district, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Young entrepreneur skills development program aimed at improving abilities in managing business finances. This program uses an intensive workshop approach and personal assistance in preparing a business plan. This training method is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of business financial management and skills in designing effective business plans. Through a series of training and mentoring sessions, entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to understand the basic concepts of business finance, identify business financial needs, and formulate strategies to achieve financial goals. Program evaluations show significant improvements in business financial understanding and skills as well as success in designing realistic and targeted business plans. With workshops and mentoring, it is hoped that you can improve your skills in starting a business or running a business.

The aims of this research are to help students new to English phonology understand its fundamentals. The study employs a literature review methodology to explore the field of English phonology. It addresses key topics for beginners, including the basic units of sound (phonemes) and their variations (allophones). The research also discusses vowel and consonant reduction, which impacts the pronunciation of certain sounds. Finally, it provides an overview of how consonant and vowel sounds are grouped based on their characteristics. By studying these elements, beginners can enhance their pronunciation, recognize different sound patterns, and improve their overall communication skills in English.

Traditional medicine is an ingredient or ingredient in the form of plant material, animal material, mineral material, which has been used for generations for treatment. Herbal medicine is a form of traditional medicine. With the fact that there are many efficacious medicinal plants in Indonesia, tens of thousands of types of medicinal plants can be encouraged to be processed into standardized herbal or herbal medicine (phytopharmaca). This country will be able to become the main exporter of herbal medicinal products for health in the world. This will have a very positive impact on economic growth. Not only in the economic sector, but of course it will further enhance cooperative relations between Indonesia and other countries in the economic sector.
 

This study explores how expressive speech acts are used in the teen romantic comedy movie "To All the Boys: Always and Forever," directed by Michael Fimognari. Using Searle's theory of expressive speech acts and Yule's framework for direct and indirect speech acts, the study analyzes the female main character's speech acts through a descriptive qualitative approach. The study identifies few instances of expressive speech acts, with doubting speech being the most frequent. It also discovers that direct speech acts are more widely used than indirect ones. These findings contribute to the understanding of expressive speech acts in film, specifically how emotions and attitudes are conveyed through conversation.

The accounting profession in the industrial era 4.0 faces significant challenges in maintaining business ethics. In the context of Rural Credit Bank (BPR) Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang Branch Office, efforts to avoid violations of business ethics are very important. By referring to literature studies and descriptive qualitative interviews, this research method reveals the strategies implemented by BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang in controlling ethical violations. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang uses internal audit and data crosscheck as the main strategy to ensure the accuracy of recording financial transactions. In addition, separation of functions and strict supervision of business processes are important steps in maintaining the integrity and honesty of company operations. However, challenges related to employee internet access present obstacles in efforts to prevent ethical violations. However, BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to strive to use good vendors and implement strict operational procedures. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to be committed to improving their internal control practices in order to create an ethical business environment and reduce the possibility of ethical violations in the future.

This research aims to analyze village financial management in terms of efficiency and effectiveness based on the performance of the village head in Banjarejo Village, Batanghari District, East Lampung. Village officials should be transparent in managing the village budget APBD in accordance with the principles of accountability, participation and budget responsibility. Village financial management includes planning, implementation, management and reporting stages. The village head's performance is measured using indicators of productivity, service quality, participation, responsibility and accountability. The number of research methods used is explained, and the research subject is the Head of Banjarejo Village. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with village heads, while secondary data was obtained from books. Good and fair forecasts are made based on budget figures and determination of village income and expenditure in 2022 and 2023. The research results show that productivity reaches 100% in 2022 and 2023, which means the village head's performance is effective. The efficiency level which reaches 100% in 2022 shows good performance, but falls to 89% in 2023 which shows good performance. This situation shows that village fund management must be improved for the success of village funds.

<p>Artikel ini bertujuan memahami gaya penyutradaraan film dokumenter Preserving the Séké karya Irwan Zabonk. Film ini mengangkat isu keberlanjutan mata air di Cidadap, Bandung, dengan fokus pada reaksi pemuda lokal, komunitas, seniman, dan akademisi. kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa film ini menggunakan berbagai kombinasi gaya dokumenter seperti partisipatori, puitis, ekspositori, observasional, dan performative. Penelitian ini menjadi suatu pembaharuan karena belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas film Preserving the Séké ini dikategorikan dengan multi-gay karena menggabungkan elemen-elemen dari berbagai gaya tersebut. sehingga film ini dokumenter ini memiliki elemen yang dipengaruhi oleh gaya film fiksi dan film eksperimental.</p>

Education is the most basic development goal. The biggest challenge for Indonesia's education development today is how education services can be accessed by all levels of society, especially the poor. School participation is one of the indicators in education that is used to see the population's access to educational facilities, especially for the school age population . The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) on student participation in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province. The sample in this study was school age children aged 7 to 18 years who received or did not receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Bali Province. The number of observations using the SUSENAS data source in 2015 was 4,260 samples, in 2018 there were 5,169 samples and in 2021 there were 5,783 samples. This research uses data collection methods with non-participant observation techniques. The variables examined in this research are student participation, the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), gender, number of household members, employment status of the head of the family, and education of the head of the family. The data analysis technique uses logit regression. The results of the research state that 1) All variables in the regression model simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province. 2) The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as an interest variable has a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province as shown in regression model 1 and regression model 4. 3) Another important variable, namely the education of the head of the family, partially has a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province which is shown in each regression model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of own capital and people's business credit on the income of MSMEs in the South Tambun area. This study uses primary data with a sample of 325 MSMEs in the South Tambun area calculated using the Taro Yamane formula. Quantitative method was used as the research method. The data analysis used in this research is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) Own Capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME income; (2) People's Business Credit has a positive and significant effect on MSME income; (3) (3) Own capital has a positive and significant effect on People's Business Credit; (4) Own Capital and People's Business Credit have a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This research is limited because it was only conducted in South Tambun District with variables of Own Capital, People's Business Credit and MSME Income.

This research article was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the application of the wafa method, namely a method using the right brain in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an at SDIT Tawakkal Pacitan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This wafa method has been implemented at SDIT Tawakkal since 2018, making it the first elementary school in Pacitan to apply the Wafa method for learning the Al-Qur'an. This research was carried out from 25 May 2024 to 25 June 2024. This research was carried out at SDIT Tawakkal involving students in class 3 B or Ali Bin Abi Talib class as research subjects. The research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Based on research in the field, it was found that the application of the wafa method at SDIT Tawakkal can improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an.
