The study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee satisfaction on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Sampling using saturated samples with a total of 50 respondents. The data source used is primary data and data collection by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used is IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (2) Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on productivity (3) Organizational culture and employee satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict from 2020 to 2022 highlights the significant role of the Armenian diaspora in supporting Armenia across various dimensions. The research aims to determine the extent to which the Armenian diaspora's support influences the Armenian government's capacity to handle the conflict. The study utilizes theories of public diplomacy and diaspora engagement, employing a mixed-methods approach that includes qualitative data from secondary data processing such as journals and written results containing data about Armenian Diaspora, official website of the Armenian government, and quantitative data from financial contributions and diplomatic records. Findings indicate that the Armenian diaspora's political lobbying and advocacy efforts have secured significant diplomatic support, while economically providing substantial remittances, investments, and humanitarian aid. Socially, the diaspora has shaped international public opinion through campaigns and cultural activities, and intellectually, it has offered strategic insights enhancing the government's approach to the conflict. Additionally, the mobilization of human resources by the diaspora has provided direct assistance in Armenia. This research offers a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between the Armenian diaspora and the Armenian government, demonstrating the substantial impact of multidimensional diaspora support on the government's capacity to manage the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a very crucial role in the structure of an organization or company to achieve the goals that have been set, organizations or companies are expected to be able to increase employee work productivity to maintain competitiveness in the midst of competition with competitors, several factors affect work productivity including job transfers, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether job transfers, work environment, and work motivation affect work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Using 42 sample respondents of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The regression results show that the job transfer variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work environment variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work motivation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh konsumenisme budaya Korea Selatan (K-Drama) terhadap mahasiswa Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Para remaja di Indonesia mulai mengonsumsi budaya Korea Selatan dan sangat antusias terhadap maraknya Korean Wave di Indonesia. Seperti halnya menonton drama Korea semakin mudah melalui internet dan bahkan cukup dengan menggunakan ponsel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak mahasiswa menyukai (K-Drama) karena alasan hiburan, mode, makanan, cara berpikir, dan perawatan kulit/kosmetik Korea Selatan. Hal ini dapat berdampak positif atau negatif bagi siswa tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Drama Korea memiliki dampak positif dan negatif bagi penonton. Dampak positifnya antara lain meningkatkan wawasan, menghilangkan stres, menambah wawasan berbahasa, mengetahui budaya Korea, berpikiran terbuka, dan mengedukasi berbagai profesi. Namun, dampak negatifnya meliputi rasa malas, suka begadang, kurangnya interaksi sosial, pengaruh kesehatan, ekspektasi tinggi atau negatif, dan kecanduan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan dalam menonton drama Korea.

Kolaborasi musik tradisional  Kentongan Banyumas dengan musik Rock yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Mukela Banyumas merupakan inovasi penting untuk melestarikan budaya tradisional di tengah arus globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kolaborasi tersebut dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam melestarikan budaya tradisional dan memberdayakan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam dengan anggota Komunitas Mukela, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kreativitas generasi muda dalam komunitas memainkan peran penting dalam mengggabungkan elemen musik tradisional dan modern, sehingga dapat menghasilkan karya musik yang unik serta dapat menarik minat generasi muda terhadap budaya tradisional. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital untuk publikasi karya musik terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan audiens dan meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap budaya tradisional. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi musik tradisional dan Rock yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Mukela Banyumas menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan kreatif dan inovatif, musik tradisional dapat terus eksis dan berkembang di era modern.

The purpose of the research  was to know about the perceptions of the Communication Science students of IISIP YAPIS Biak Papua, on the implementation of MBKM program. The method used of the research  was descriptive qualitative. The informants consisted of 2 which is the students from semester 5 that had participated the exchange program, which is L is from Batch 2 and R from Batch 3. The data collected by using interview. The data analyzed by using the theory of Miles and Huberman. The result of the research show that, the students perceived the MBKM program especially the students exchange program (1) has impacted their academic growth and1) has impacted their academic growth and give networking opportunities, (2) has the area for improving which is about the late of funding disbursement process, and (3) need to be recommended to other students in order to broaden their perspectives and networking.

At this time, terrorism has become a global phenomenon. Terrorism has penetrated almost every country in the world, including Indonesia. As in other areas, terrorism in Indonesia also has the basics of theology and ideology and networks so that it has a strong resistance. Until recently, terrorism became one of the challenges and threats to national security. This education aims to teach basic values which include diversity, justice, unity, democracy and humanity, which are the foundation for the characteristics and morality of the Indonesian nation.This article reviews the importance of Pancasila education in forming national character values. Students are taught to respect differences of opinion, respect human rights, and practice democratic principles in everyday life. This all aims to create citizens who are fair, just and have a democratic culture. Apart from that, Pancasila education also develops a sense of love for the country and humanism. Through this education, students are taught to appreciate Indonesia's cultural and natural riches, and have the enlightenment to contribute to preserving the environment and overcoming social problems among the people.This, Pancasila education is not only about theoretical knowledge, but also about the practice of values in everyday life.

Education becomes a crutch in the lives of individuals and countries. Apart from transferring knowledge to other individuals, education also includes the development of character, attitudes and skills. One of the skills that today needs to be developed is entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship education needs to be instilled in every individual as early as possible. This article will focus on a discussion regarding providing entrepreneurship training to children in Sukorejo Village, as an effort to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in children. The training methods provided include providing training facilities in the form of equipment and materials, demonstrations on making bracelets from beads, and mentoring. The results of this training can provide children with an understanding regarding the importance of entrepreneurial awareness and can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in children in Sukorejo Village

The digital age has brought significant changes in the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), making it increasingly crucial to safeguard works and innovations from easy infringement. This research aims to analyze the civil liability for IPR infringers in the digital era, which involves the application of civil law principles such as the elements of fault, presumption of liability, and absolute liability. IPR regulations in Indonesia have evolved since the Dutch colonial period until now, adjusting to digital dynamics through various new laws and regulations. This research uses normative methods supported by empirical methods to analyze in depth the civil liability for perpetrators of intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement in the digital era. This approach allows researchers to evaluate legal principles and applicable regulations, as well as collect primary data from real cases, such as copyright infringement on online platforms. Analysis of empirical data from infringement cases provides tangible evidence of the application of the law and its impact. Thus, normative methods supported by empirical methods provide not only a strong theoretical foundation but also a practical context for more effective policy recommendations in protecting IPR.The case studies show that copyright owners can file a lawsuit and, if proven, perpetrators can be penalized to pay damages as well as court costs. Registration of IPRs provides legal certainty and strong evidence in court. Therefore, preventive legal protection through strict regulation and repressive legal protection through strict sanctions are essential to enforce IPR and prevent further infringement in the digital age. This study concludes that consistent law enforcement and increasing public awareness of the importance of IPR protection are crucial steps in facing the challenges of the digital era.
