The purpose of this research is to determine financial performance, capital structure, company size, and sales growth on company value. The population in this research is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2023 financial reports. By using a sampling technique, namely using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 37 companies. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 25 program. The results of the research show that financial performance and capital structure have a positive and significant influence on company value, company size has a negative and significant influence on company value, and Sales growth does not have a significant effect on company value.

Business legality is a crucial element in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Karangsari Village, as one of the MSME centers, is facing challenges in adopting Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and implementing digital marketing. This research aims to identify the impact of implementing NIB on MSMEs in Karangsari Village and explore the obstacles and opportunities in its implementation. The methods used are case studies and field surveys. The research results show that although NIB can improve legality and market access, low digital literacy is a major obstacle. It is hoped that the socialization and training carried out in Karangsari Village can increase understanding and adoption of NIB and digital marketing by MSMEs, so as to strengthen their competitiveness in the market.

Domestic violence (DV) remains a persistent social issue that requires serious attention, particularly in rural areas like Wonoharjo Village. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and awareness of the community regarding DV prevention through a series of educational activities, conflict resolution training, and group discussions. A participatory approach was employed to actively involve the community in each stage of the program. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the community concerning DV prevention. Furthermore, the formation of community task forces and the emergence of local leaders served as key indicators of social change. This program successfully raised collective awareness about gender equality and women's rights in the village. The recommendation is to continue education and support programs to ensure sustainable prevention of domestic violence.

Air compressor on board MV. Tms Glory has a vital role in supporting the performance of the main drive engine. This study evaluates the air compressor maintenance system through direct surveys, interviews with personnel, and document reviews. The results show that the implementation of preventive care has succeeded in reducing the risk of operational disruption. Challenges such as lack of resources for planned care were identified. Recommendations include the use of advanced condition monitoring technology and increased personnel training to support proactive care. This approach is expected to increase the operational availability of ships and reduce maintenance costs in the long term.
 

The decline in the number of UMKM in Sukabumi City is inseparable from the lack of independence of business actors in production process technology, weak financial management, and incompetent human resources are problems that are often faced by UMKM business actors in Sukabumi City. This study aims to analyze the influence of variables of perception, attitude and consumer preference on customer satisfaction. The research method used was probability sampling using a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data from 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, perceptions, attitudes and consumer preferences have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R Square value of 61.1%. The remaining 38.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Perceptions, attitudes and preferences also have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results showed that consumer preference variables had a greater influence than perception and attitude variables on customer satisfaction of Snack Food UMKM in Sukabumi City. The conclusion is that in the context of Snack Food UMKM in Sukabumi City, both perceptions, attitudes and preferences are essential factors that need to be considered in determining customer satisfaction.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a community service program that students must take part in as part of the higher education curriculum in Indonesia. The aim of this activity is to develop students' abilities to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired during lectures in real contexts in society. KKN activities were carried out in Simpang Tiga Daratan village, Enok District, Indragiri Hilir Regency for 40 days, with a focus on the Literacy Work Program in the form of the Anti-Bully movement. The methods used include counseling and training. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness about the importance of bullying prevention, as well as the existence of sustainable programs that can be implemented by the community independently. This activity also provides direct experience for students in interacting and contributing to society. In conclusion, KKN is an important means for students to apply academic knowledge in everyday life and have a positive impact on the local community.

This research to investigate empirical of tax knowledge, self-efficacy, gender on career desire in the field of tax for Tax Volunteer Students in Banten Province. This study uses a quantitative method (questionnaire). As much as 654 Tax Voluntary Students with a sample of 167 VoluntarY- Sample collection method was using the convenience sampling technique. The information examination utilized could be linear regression test. The speculation testing in this consider appear that knowledge of taxation and gender have an effect on career desire  in taxation for tax voluntary students in Banten province, while self-efficacy no effect on career desire  in tax for tax voluntary students in Banten province. Based on this research, tax knowledge and gender socialization need to be improved for students because in addition to high tax knowledge, gender equality in the world of work can also increase career desire in the tax field for tax voluntary students in the Banten province.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness analysis of the strategic role of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in implementing the UMKM development program in Sikka Regency. Data analysis uses Qualitative Analysis with the interview method. The results of this research show that, firstly, the strategic role carried out by the District Cooperatives and SMEs Service. Sikka is education and training which aims to increase the capacity and abilities of MSME players and facilitate the process of processing business legalization such as permits, MUI certificates, halal and so on. The two efforts that have been carried out by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs include providing training to MSMEs, both technical training and training to increase the insight of MSME players. Third, efforts to implement the MSME development program carried out by the Sikka Regency Cooperative and SME Service have not been effective due to various obstacles, namely internal factors such as a lack of budget for coaching assistance, as well as external factors such as a low entrepreneurial spirit, the level of consumption of products produced by MSMEs also low, as well as low marketing of local products produced by MSMEs.

Bullying is a form of violence that occurs among children. Bullying is a form of violent behavior that involves the power to hurt an individual or a group verbally, physically, or psychologically. The impact experienced by bullying victims includes various mental health issues and physical health complaints. This research uses a phenomenological research method. This method is used to describe a person's experience of a phenomenon. Research results indicate that bullying remains a significant issue, particularly in verbal and physical forms. Therefore, the 18th KKN MIT team at post 109 UIN Walisongo Semarang held an anti-bullying socialization event focused on raising students' awareness about the negative impacts of bullying and providing an understanding of the importance of creating positive social relationships

The development of Information Technology is now entering various sectors, including health, and is implemented in Bidadari Binjai Hospital. As a health institution that is committed to excellent service and quality, Bidadari Binjai Hospital needs to innovate technology. One health issue that requires attention is rubella, an airborne infectious disease that has the potential to cause serious disorders such as hearing loss, cataracts, speech delay, and heart failure in toddlers and children. The initial symptoms of rubella are often similar to other common diseases, so public understanding of these symptoms is very important for quick treatment. This research aims to develop an information technology-based system that is able to predict rubella using the backpropagation method. This method is expected to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and make it easier for people to recognize rubella symptoms early on. The proposed system aims to provide better diagnosis support at Bidadari Binjai Hospital, as well as increase public awareness and knowledge about rubella disease. From the research conducted, the results of the accuracy rate obtained when conducting a test program were selected according to the symptoms and the results obtained were rubella disease with a 100% accuracy rate.
