The Sindu Block area in Kalibening District, Banjarnegara Regency, is a rice field area 1000 meters above sea level that often floods during the rainy season. The initial indications of the cause of flooding are high rainfall, siltation of rivers, and changes in forest land use. There is a need for research related to land use change in the Kalibening area to determine its effect on the peak discharge of the Brukah River flood. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of land use change on the percentage of increase in peak flood discharge in the Brukah River. The calculation of peak flood discharge in this study uses the HEC-HMS application with GPM satellite rainfall data, frequency analysis using Hydrognomon, and baseflow using the Gama 1 equation. The simulation results showed that the comparison between ideal conditions and other conditions in percentage terms from Q2th, Q5th, Q10th, Q25th, and Q50th was an average of 14.1% - 10.7% for 2012 conditions, then 15.7% - 11.7% for 2020 conditions, and 22.7% - 16.1% for severe conditions. Land use changes significantly affect peak flood discharge, especially in the Brukah River in the Sindu Kalibening Block area of Banjarnegara.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurangnya aktivitas dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan peneliti adalah discovery learning dengan metode penilitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam dua kali pertemuan dengan empat tahap kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas IX F SMPN 21 Semarang yang berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penilitian pra siklus menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata keaktifan peserta didik pada presentase 49,29%, sedangkan pada fase siklus I presentase keaktifan peserta didik sebanyak 70,70%, dan meningkat lagi pada fase siklus II keaktifan peserta didik menjadi 76,56%. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan discovery learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS materi masa kemerdekaan Indonesia (1945-1950).   
This research was motivated by the lack of activity and activeness of students in the learning process. The aim of this research is to increase students' active learning in the learning process. The learning model used by researchers is discovery learning with a two-cycle classroom action research method. Each cycle is carried out in two meetings with four activity stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were class IX F of SMPN 21 Semarang, totaling 33 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and tests. The results of the pre-cycle research showed that the average percentage of student activity was 49.29%, while in the first cycle phase the percentage of student activity was 70.70%, and increased again in the second cycle phase, student activity was 76.56%. . Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of discovery learning can increase students' active learning in social studies subjects during the period of Indonesian independence (1945-1950).

The 1945 Constitution as the national constitution is the highest source of law that serves as a benchmark and guideline for other legal regulations. The 1945 Constitution as a written constitution has the highest authority in the Indonesian government system. Amendments to the 1945 Constitution occurred 4 (four) times, where the first change occurred in 1999, 2000, then 2001 and finally 2002. This research uses normative juridical research and library research (literature) which focuses on libraries to obtain data without conducting research in the field. Generation Z tends to be more interested in practical and visual things, so understanding the 1945 Constitution requires a flexible and adaptive strategy by using interactive and multimedia e-learning platforms such as animated videos, infographics, and educational applications to explain the articles of the 1945 Constitution. Integrating the 1945 Constitution in everyday life for generation Z can be done through various approaches that are relevant to their characteristics and needs in several effective ways. So that generation Z is able to understand and integrate the 1945 Constitution into their daily lives, making it a guideline in interacting and contributing to society.

The widespread use of smartphones has given rise to the phenomenon of phubbing, where individuals prioritize their devices over face-to-face interactions. The purpose of this study is to explore phubbing as a communication ethics challenge and its impact on emotional well-being in personal relationships. The method used in this study is a literature review involving national and international indexed journals obtained through Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center), Taylor & Francis, Springer, Elsevier with a span of 2017-2024. The findings of this study reveal that phubing can have a negative impact on interpersonal relationships and individual psychological well-being. This behavior can damage communication, reduce the quality of personal relationships, and trigger psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and feelings of loneliness. Therefore, interventions in guidance and counseling are needed to deal with phubbing more comprehensivel.

This study investigates the factors influencing Individual Taxpayer Compliance in Indonesia, focusing on Tax Service Quality, Social Engagement and Education, and the moderating role of Information Technology. The findings reveal that Tax Service Quality does not significantly impact taxpayer compliance, suggesting that improvements in service quality alone may not suffice to enhance compliance levels. In contrast, Social Engagement and Education are significant factors that positively influence taxpayer compliance, indicating the effectiveness of educational initiatives and community involvement in fostering compliance behavior. Furthermore, information technology has been found to have no significant moderating effect on the relationship between tax service quality or social engagement, education, or taxpayer compliance. These results underscore the importance of prioritizing social engagement and educational strategies while recognizing that technology should be integrated as a complementary tool to improve compliance outcomes. A balanced approach combining these elements is essential for fostering a more compliant taxpayer environment in Indonesia.

In the current era of globalization, advances in information media and technology are felt by almost all levels of society. One manifestation of technological development is smartphones. Smartphones really attract children's attention and interest, so they are one of the factors in increasing the percentage of children using smartphones. A very sensitive period of child development is the age of 1-5 years, so it is often called the golden age. The aim of this Community Service is to increase knowledge and understanding about the importance of the role of parents at home in limiting the use of smartphones so that children can achieve their growth and development process. This activity is carried out in the form of Health Education through counseling, lectures, discussions and questions and answers (counseling). The target of the activity was parents (mothers) whose children attended the One Roof Kindergarten in Ketompen Village, totaling 41 participants. The material provided is about the impact of smartphone use (Positive and Negative) and how parents monitor smartphone use through the 3 P method which includes Understanding, Limiting and Controlling. The result of this activity was that the majority of participants knew and understood how to supervise children when using smartphones.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek sosio historis usahatani bawang merah, pendapatan usahatani bawang merah, dan kelayakan usahatani bawang merah di pulau Tomia Kabupaten Wakatobi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sesuai dengan teknik analisis dan tujuan penelitian yang diuraikan sebagai berikut: Untuk mengetahui sosio historis bawang merah di Pulau Tomia yang dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif, maka populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pihak yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan terkait sejarah, eksistensi, dan nilai sosial budaya bawang merah. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik bola salju (Snowball Sampling). Untuk menganalisis kelayakan usahatani bawang merah yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif, maka populasi adalah seluruh petani bawang merah yang ada di Desa Teemoane. Jumlah petani di Desa Teemoane dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 petani bawang merah. Sehingga penelitian ini merupakan sampel jenuh (sampel sensus). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budidaya bawang merah di pulau Tomia telah ada sejak zaman pra–Sejarah dan merupakan salah satu sentra produksi bawang merah di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Pentingnya bawang merah bagi Masyarakat pulau Tomia, baik secara ekonomi, pangan, maupun lingkungan. Kondisi geografis dan iklim pulau Tomia sangat mendukung pertumbuhan pertumbuhan bawang merah. Bawang merah juga bukan hanya sekedar komoditas, tetapi memiliki nilai simbolis yang mendalam bagi Masyarakat pulau Tomia. Rata–rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan petani sebesar Rp1.251.216/musim, dimana total penerimaan adalah sebesar Rp8.024.681/musim. Dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp6.773.465/musim. Dan nilai kelayakan usahatani berdasarkan R/C Ratio adalah sebesar 6,41. Sehingga usahatani bawang merah di desa Teemoane layak untuk diusahakan.

Brits Hotel Puri Indah faces challenges in increasing room occupancy amid fierce competition in the hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for Brits Hotel Puri Indah using SWOT analysis. The methods employed include the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal-External), and SWOT matrices. The target market is focused on the corporate segment. The analysis results show that Brits Hotel Puri Indah has Strengths in the appropriate corporate market segment but faces Weaknesses in the suboptimal use of digital marketing technology. From the IFE analysis, the hotel obtained a score of 3.54, which is quite good, as it exceeds the threshold score of 2.5. Similarly, the EFE results are also satisfactory, with a score of 3.31, surpassing the 2.5 benchmark. In the IE matrix, the hotel is positioned in Cell I, which is categorized as "Grow and Build," indicating that the strategic focus should be on growth and development strategies. The study recommends improving digital marketing technology and strengthening existing marketing strategies to significantly increase room occupancy.

Company profitability is an indicator that is often used by the public, especially investors, to measure company performance achievements. One factor that can influence profitability is efficiency in managing current assets such as cash, receivables and inventory. This efficiency can be measured through cash turnover ratios, receivable turnover and inventory turnover. This research aims to analyze the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021 - 2023 period, totaling 95 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 21 food and beverage sub-sector companies was obtained as samples for data collection which was then analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination test. The results of the analysis show that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a significant effect on company profitability. Based on the results of the research, it is hoped that it can be used as consideration for companies to pay attention to the current asset ratio in order to increase productivity and become reference material for future researchers in taking up similar research topics.

Women are known for their focus on beauty, especially skin care. Outdoor activities expose the skin to sunlight, dust and pollution, causing skin problems. Using traditional body care in the form of scrubs made from natural ingredients such as orange peel and lemongrass can clean the skin deeply. Making natural body scrubs from orange peel and lemongrass is done because there is still an abundance of orange peel waste along with increasing public awareness of skin health and beauty. This product aims to utilize natural ingredients for skin care. The method for this community service activity is divided into 3 stages, namely the survey stage, the production stage and the marketing stage. The results obtained from this activity are the Orange Scrub With Lemongrass product which has been marketed to various groups of society. Marketing carried out both directly and indirectly has had a very good impact on this product.
