Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hak waris bagi anak yang lahir dari hubungan incest dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Hubungan incest, yang secara tegas dilarang dalam Al-Qur’an, Hadis, serta peraturan perundang-undangan nasional, merupakan pelanggaran terhadap prinsip moral, sosial, dan hukum keluarga. Namun, persoalan mengenai hak-hak keperdataan anak yang lahir dari hubungan tersebut, khususnya hak waris, tetap menjadi isu yang kompleks dan memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) serta studi literatur. Berdasarkan ketentuan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan pendapat jumhur ulama, anak yang lahir dari hubungan incest diperlakukan sebagai anak hasil zina, yang hanya memiliki hubungan keperdataan dengan ibu dan keluarga ibunya, sehingga tidak berhak mewarisi dari ayah biologisnya. Ketentuan ini sejalan dengan prinsip hukum Islam yang menempatkan keabsahan perkawinan sebagai syarat mutlak dalam penetapan nasab dan hak waris. Di sisi lain, penting untuk tetap memperhatikan pemenuhan hak-hak dasar anak sesuai prinsip keadilan sosial dan perlindungan anak. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya khazanah pemikiran hukum Islam kontemporer mengenai perlindungan anak dalam konteks yang penuh tantangan ini.

Autism is not only a deficit in communication and behavior, but it also experiences limitations of self-care. This causes them to require appropriate parenting to develop their ability in self-care in order to create a more independent life. This study aims to explore parenting patterns in improving the ability of self-care in children with ASD using the parenting dimension theory by Baumrind. This study used the qualitative method with a phenomenology approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observation. Informants consisted of two families who have children with ASD with an age range of 6-12 years old. This study demonstrated that authoritative parenting is effective parenting because it prioritizes a balance between freedom and guidance. This can form the ability for self-care, especially in children with ASD.

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat, disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti penurunan produksi insulin, gaya hidup tidak sehat, dan obesitas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pencegahan DM melalui edukasi tentang konsumsi pangan lokal dan perilaku sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kedungmundu, Kota Semarang, pada bulan Agustus 2024 dengan partisipasi 39 orang. Edukasi diberikan melalui penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan media booklet, yang berisi informasi tentang DM, diet yang dianjurkan, dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan DM, dengan skor post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan menggunakan ceramah dan media booklet efektif dalam menyebarkan informasi kesehatan. Dengan pengetahuan yang lebih baik, masyarakat diharapkan mampu mengadopsi perilaku sehat yang dapat menurunkan prevalensi DM, terutama melalui pemanfaatan pangan lokal. This study looks at how integrated reporting (Y) is impacted by risk management (X1), non-financial performance (X2), and company reputation. The results of the first hypothesis test (H1) indicate that risk management (X1) significantly influences integrated reporting (Y) with a significance value of 0.634 (p>0.05). This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, indicating a significant contribution of X1 to Y. Conversely, the second hypothesis test (H2) shows that non-financial performance (X2) does not have a significant influence on integrated reporting (Y), with a significance value of 0.001 (p<0.05), so the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted and H2 is rejected. Similarly, the third hypothesis (H3) shows that corporate reputation (X3) does not have a significant effect on integrated reporting (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), causing the null hypothesis (H0) to be accepted and H3 to be rejected. However, the simultaneous test (H4) reveals that risk management (X1), non-financial performance (X2), and company reputation (X3) collectively have a significant effect on integrated reporting (Y), as indicated by a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a calculated F value of 11.137, which is greater than the table F value of 3.443. This supports the acceptance of H4, indicating that although some variables are not significant individually, the combination of the three collectively contributes to explaining the variation in integrated reporting (Y).

Sengketa waris dalam hukum Islam sering kali menuntut adanya peran mujtahid, khususnya hakim, dalam menafsirkan dan menerapkan kaidah hukum untuk mencapai keadilan bagi para pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini ini menganalisis peran mujtahid dalam suatu kasus sengketa waris yang melibatkan status harta bersama, harta bawaan, serta keberadaan utang pewaris. Berdasarkan Pasal 35 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019, serta Pasal 97 Kompilasi Hukum Islam, hakim harus memastikan bahwa pembagian harta dilakukan sesuai ketentuan hukum Islam. Dalam kasus ini, hakim sebagai mujtahid menilai bahwa harta yang disengketakan merupakan harta bersama yang belum dibagi, sehingga janda pewaris berhak atas setengah bagian sebelum pembagian warisan kepada ahli waris lainnya. Selain itu, dalam menentukan keberadaan utang pewaris, hakim menggunakan prinsip pembuktian dalam Pasal 163 HIR dan Pasal 174 HIR, di mana pengakuan tergugat di persidangan menjadi bukti sempurna terkait utang yang diakui. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif  dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mujtahid dalam kasus ini tidak hanya sebatas menerapkan hukum secara tekstual, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek keadilan substantif dengan mengacu pada dalil-dalil hukum, fakta persidangan, dan prinsip keadilan dalam Islam. Dengan demikian, penerapan ijtihad oleh hakim dalam perkara ini memastikan bahwa pembagian warisan dilakukan secara sah, adil, dan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Dalam putusan nomor 596/Pdt.G/2023/PA.SKA dalam sengketa waris putusan tersebut hanya saja diselesaikan antara kedua belah pihak yang bersengketa sehingga menurut penulis perlu adanya keberadaan mujtahid dalam sengketa waris tersebut agar memberikan kepastian hukum jelas.

This study examines how branding ambassador Syifa Hadju and content marketing affect Glad2glow skin care purchases. The research will focus on @glad2glow Instagram followers. This research was inspired by severe local perawatan kulit competition and consumer apathy about buying. Glad2glow hired Syifa Hadju as its brand ambassador and implemented a social media content marketing campaign to address this challenge. Using a Likert-scale questionnaire, quantitative data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS software. According to the research, Syifa Hadju significantly improves the possibility of customers completing a purchase, while engaging and consistent content marketing enhances audience engagement. Both components boost customer purchase intent, but the brand ambassador has a greater impact. These findings help create effective digital marketing strategies in the competitive perawatan kulit business.

This study aims to identify the challenges encountered in the collection of PBJT (Tax on Services for Hotel, Food, and/or Beverages) and to examine the efforts made by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) to optimize tax collection. The researcher employed data triangulation as an analytical method to process both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that challenges arise from both taxpayers and internal factors within BPKAD Yogyakarta City. Challenges on the taxpayers' side involve issues such as incomplete taxpayer data, low compliance, and limited financial capacity. Internal obstacles within BPKAD include limited tax collection personnel, lack of integration in the taxation information system, the ineffectiveness of forced collection letters, weak administrative sanctions, and negative perceptions of tax relief or amnesty policies. The efforts made to address these issues include direct engagement through the Regional Tax Week initiative, enhanced inter-agency cooperation, ongoing public outreach, service innovation in tax payments, integration of internal data systems, enforcement actions against non-compliant taxpayers, implementation of administrative sanctions, and the development of digital-based tax collection technology.

The increasing number of elderly people living in nursing homes is an important concern, given that their psychosocial and spiritual needs are often not optimally met. This study aims to analyze the life satisfaction of elderly people living in Omega Nursing Home in Semarang City. The main reason for this research is to understand in depth how the elderly make meaning of their lives and the satisfaction of life that has passed before, in situations that are often far from family and meaningful activities. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and involved 5 elderly participants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, then analyzed descriptively through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the level of life satisfaction of the elderly varied greatly and was influenced by past experiences, acceptance of current conditions, expectations for the future, and the views of others. Some seniors showed resignation, regret and loneliness, while others felt comfortable, grateful and retained a zest for life. The main findings suggest that social relationships, spirituality, and communication with family are key determinants in shaping older adults' life satisfaction. This study emphasizes the important role of the nursing home in facilitating activities that build the social and spiritual relationships of the elderly, as well as the need to improve communication between the elderly and their families. The study suggests that elderly services should not only focus on physical needs, but also on psychosocial dimensions and self-actualization, to support the overall well-being of the elderly.

This research seeks to examine the effect of service quality on revisit intention, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable, at Adiksi Coffee in Bandar Lampung. The study employed a survey method using questionnaires, gathering responses from 160 individuals who had previously visited Adiksi Coffee. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention. The analysis utilized the SERVQUAL dimensions for measuring service quality, alongside performance, expenses and overall expectation dimensions for customer satisfaction, and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dimensions for revisit intention. The findings revealed that service quality significantly and positively influences customer satisfaction; service quality also directly and positively impacts revisit intention. Additionally, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on revisit intention and served as a mediator in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. This study highlights the critical role of service quality in shaping customer satisfaction and revisit intention within the coffee shop sector, particularly at Adiksi Coffee. These insights offer valuable practical implications for coffee shop operators aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits by focusing on service quality improvements.

The background of this activity is the gap between active craftsmen and new craftsmen. This is a concern for weaving actors/craftsmen in Barong hamlet, Kedungrejo village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk regency. If no action is taken, the weaving culture will become extinct. On the one hand, weaving is a cultural heritage that must be maintained and preserved, but on the other hand, weaving is a promising source of income. Carrying out training activities to improve human resources for these weaving craftsmen means that two goals can be achieved at once, namely preserving ancestral culture and improving the welfare of weaving craftsmen which will have an impact on the community in general. The method chosen in implementing this activity was to provide basic weaving training for beginners, which continued with training so that it was hoped that they could become proficient. This activity was carried out in Barong hamlet, Kedungrejo village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk regency. The result of implementing this activity was the growth of new craftsmen who started from beginners/laymen about weaving and are now able to increase family income through weaving crafts.
