Abstrak:
This study explores the psychosocial determinants influencing postpartum contraception selection through a comprehensive approach. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 120 respondents in Bogor Regency, using purposive sampling via Google Forms. Research instruments included the Knowledge Questionnaire on Postpartum Contraception (KQPC) and Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (MHLC) to analyze factors influencing contraception decisions. Research findings demonstrate that knowledge levels, locus of control, economic status, and education significantly impact contraception method selection. Respondents with high knowledge were more likely to choose modern contraception methods (78.3%), while those with low knowledge preferred traditional methods (45.8%). Logistic regression analysis revealed that contraception knowledge contributed most significantly with an odds ratio of 2.512. The study emphasizes the need for personalized approaches in contraception counseling, considering biological, psychological, social, and economic factors. Key recommendations include developing comprehensive educational programs, professional health training, and designing reproductive health policies responsive to individual needs.

Abstrak:
Self-esteem exerts a significant influence on an individual's confidence and adaptability, indirectly influencing students' academic success. This research seeks to examine the association between self-esteem levels and the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of students at the Faculty of Economic, Sultan Agung Islamic University, Semarang. This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consists of 185 respondents selected randomly using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) questionnaire to measure self-esteem levels and students' latest GPA records. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman correlation test. The findings of this investigation reveal a robust positive correlation between self-esteem levels and students' GPA (p = 0.000; r = 0.774). This suggests that elevated self-esteem is intrinsically linked to improved scholastic performance. This study is anticipated to serve as a foundational reference for support programs aimed at enhancing students' self-confidence. In conclusion, a profound and statistically significant association is evident between self-esteem and students' academic performance.

Abstrak:
Students are learners as well as part of society who are vulnerable to mental health disorders. This is due to the challenging academic journey, from the beginning of their studies to the final semester, in order to develop their ability to fulfill intellectual responsibilities. There are several simple methods that can be practiced independently to reduce anxiety symptoms, such as deep breathing techniques, avoiding alcohol consumption, sharing feelings with close ones, and strengthening spiritual connection with Allah SWT through performing Tahajud prayer. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Tahajud prayer and the level of anxiety among students at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. The study employs a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 75 students using a total sampling technique. The results indicate that the majority of respondents, 65 students (86.7%), engage in Tahajud prayer regularly. However, most respondents, 50 students (66.7%), still experience high levels of anxiety. Statistical tests revealed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), demonstrating a significant relationship between Tahajud prayer and anxiety levels. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Tahajud prayer and students' anxiety levels. This study is expected to serve as a reference for future research and encourage students to utilize Tahajud prayer as a form of spiritual therapy in managing anxiety.

Abstrak:
Community Service Lecture (KKN) is a program held by the campus to serve the community by students with the aim of helping the local community to solve problems in the village. The socialization activities were carried out in Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi sub-district. The activity aims to foster a sense of enthusiasm for cleaning small things, especially taking care of shoes. This socialization is also intended for young people to open business opportunities to reduce unemployment in the village with a shoe laundry business. In the implementation of these activities carried out by means of questions and answers and presentations by the KKN team. The results obtained from these activities are that the community can find out how to take care of their shoes properly and correctly with makeshift tools to make a profitable business field.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru melalui peningkatan berkelanjutan di SDN Banjaran 2 Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan informasi yang sejalan dengan fokus penelitian. Kepala sekolah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru melalui supervisi tindakan kelas dan melakukan evaluasi dengan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD) melibatkan semua guru. Peningkatan kompetensi
pedagogis dan profesional dilakukan melalui lokakarya, seminar, pelatihan layanan pendidikan, pembinaan dan mentoring oleh guru senior, kolaborasi antar guru, penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), motivasi yang diberikan kepada guru melalui implementasi kegiatan komunitas belajar (Kombel) di dalam lembaga pendidikan, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), In House Training (IHT), pertemuan, motivasi, reward and punishment, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, memberikan bimbingan bagi guru untuk menghadiri webinar dan berbagai program pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dari strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dapat diamati melalui hasil tes formatif dan sumatif, serta hasil pencapaian non-akademik. Peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru difasilitasi melalui kemauan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional mereka melalui berbagai metode, seperti berkolaborasi dengan guru lain, terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar mandiri menggunakan PMM, dan melakukan diskusi dan refleksi.

Pendidikan menjadi topik pembicaraan dan perdebatan ditengah adaptasi baru atau biasa disebut era new normal. Mengingat Indonesia masih dilanda situasi pandemi Covid-19. Dimana, dunia pendidikan terpaksa di liburkan dan mengganti dengan sistem pembelajaran daring atau pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemenuhan pendidikan anak usia dini pada masa new normal di Rumah penampungan sementara bagi pengungsi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang ditempatkan Wisma Husada yang beralamat di Jl. Abdulrahman Saleh No.89 A, dimana terdapat 17 anak usia dini korban perang dari 55 Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia dini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pengungsi di biayai oleh IOM termasuk kebutuhan pendidikannya IOM merupakan NGO dan kepanjangan tangan UNHCR. IOM bekerja dengan sekolah swasta yang mau memberikan bantuan untuk anak-anak imigran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pemenuhan pendidikan telah diarahkan ke lembaga swasta,” Bina Putra” bersedia menerima anak imigran. Jumlah anak di wisma Pra Sekolah 4 anak, TK 1 anak, SD terdapat 10 anak sedangkan usia sekolah jenjang SMP 4 anak dan SMA 2 anak belum mendapatkan lembaga sekolah formal. (2). Faktor pendukung adanya pendampingan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar. Orang tua sebatas mengingatkan saja. faktor penghambat traumatik kemampuan literasi,atittute masa new normal bangun siang, pembelajaran on-Line yang susah di pahami, dan takut sakit karena adanya wabah corona. Rekomendasi akan di sediakan arena bermain di wisma untuk layanan anak usia pra sekolah, layanan pendidikan informal sesuai kecerdasan yang dimiliki anak.
