Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of a baby's life is an important strategy to support optimal growth and development. Breast milk has many benefits for babies, such as strengthening the immune system and supporting brain development. However, various obstacles such as emotional stress, lack of self-confidence, and minimal support from family and the community remain significant barriers to successful breastfeeding. These issues often lead to failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding in accordance with health recommendations. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding training in improving breastfeeding knowledge, attitudes, and practices among mothers with infants aged 0–6 months in the Bojongkerta area of Bogor City. Hypnobreastfeeding is a psychological approach that combines relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, and education about breastfeeding to help mothers feel more confident in the breastfeeding process. This study used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre- and post-test design without a control group. A total of 31 breastfeeding mothers participated in this training, which included education about breastfeeding, positive affirmation techniques, and relaxation exercises. Data analysis results showed a significant increase in mothers' knowledge and attitudes towards breastfeeding after the training intervention. Furthermore, the study also recorded an increase in the success of exclusive breastfeeding during the observation period. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that hypnobreastfeeding is an effective approach to supporting the empowerment of breastfeeding mothers at the community level. This method offers a psychologically based solution to overcome social barriers that affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

This study examines the integration of Islamic values in the development of science and technology in the Society 5.0 era through a qualitative literature study. The research analyzes three main aspects: (1) the concept of tadabbur alam (contemplation of nature) in the Qur'an as an epistemological foundation, (2) critique of secular science from a tawhidic paradigm perspective, and (3) implementation models in Islamic higher education. Findings reveal that the Qur'an provides a comprehensive epistemological framework connecting empirical observation, rational reasoning, and spiritual internalization. Case studies at UIN Bandung and UIN Surabaya demonstrate successful curriculum integration models such as "Revelation Guides Science" and "Integrated Twin Towers." The study concludes that Islamic epistemology offers solutions to contemporary challenges including ecological crises, technological ethics, and meaning crises in modern science. This research aims to foster social emotional attitudes EMC2 (Emphaty, Mindfulness, Compassion, Critical Inquiry) and photograph the process of implementing approaches to psychological well-being in English language learning. By implementing EMC2, it is hoped that students can develop social and emotional skills that have a positive impact on their psychological well-being. The observation method was used to monitor students' social interactions and emotional responses during learning, while interviews were conducted to gain an in-depth view of students' experiences and perceptions of learning English using the EMC2 approach. The results showed that the EMC2 approach significantly improved students' social emotional attitudes and psychological well-being. Students show (1) increased self-confidence. (2) social interaction skills. (3) emotional management. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of education by offering a new approach that is effective in improving psychological well-being through learning English. These findings can be used as a reference for educators in designing holistic learning programs and supporting students' social emotional development.
 

Suicide among university students, particularly those who have moved away from home, is a serious issue. One contributing factor is their level of adaptation self-efficacy. Parenting styles are thought to influence this self-efficacy, though this link hasn't been firmly established in research. This study aimed to investigate this relationship among students at Semarang Health Polytechnic. Using a correlational approach with a cross-sectional method, 53 second-year students were surveyed from campus 1 of Semarang Health Polytechnic, chosen via total sampling. The data, analyzed using Spearman's Rank correlation test, revealed a significant connection (p = 0.000, correlation coefficient = 0.520) between parenting styles and adaptation self-efficacy among these students.Most respondents experienced democratic parenting (62.3%) and showed adequate adaptation self-efficacy (60.4%). This suggests that democratic parenting positively influences adaptation self-efficacy among students living away from home. In conclusion, this study confirms the link between parenting styles and adaptation self-efficacy among students at Semarang Health Polytechnic, emphasizing the role of supportive parenting in helping students adjust to new environments.

The aim of this research is to determine the application of Pancasila democracy in the process of selecting administrators for the 2023 UNIPA Surabaya Pharmacy Student Association. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and is supported by primary data. This qualitative research was located at the Faculty of Science and Health using interview techniques to obtain data. The research results show high student participation, reflecting a strong democratic spirit. However, there are challenges related to the dominance of the candidate’s popularity and the lack of deep understanding of the values of Pancasila. The role of the election committee has proven important in maintaining the integrity and transparency of the democratic process. The findings highlight the importance of political education and election outreach to increase students’ understanding of Pancasila values and responsibilities as voters. The election process is also a vehicle for character learning for students, honing leadership skills, negotiation and practicing Pancasila values in student organizations. Recommendations include stricter regulations, integration of Pancasila values in the curriculum, as well as increasing student outreach and participation as steps to strengthen democracy and Pancasila values in the campus environment. This research provides in-depth insight into how Pancasila values are applied in the democratic life of students and provides a basis for increasing awareness and respect for these values in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem akuntansi pengeluaran kas untuk biaya perjalanan dinas di DPMD (Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa) Kota Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan fokus pada aspek kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem akuntansi pengeluaran kas untuk biaya perjalanan dinas di DPMD telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, termasuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pencatatan yang akurat dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperbaiki praktik akuntansi pengeluaran kas di sektor pemerintahan, khususnya dalam konteks DPMD (Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa).

This study aims to find out how the development of PostDo as a learning medium on human excretory system material. This research was a development-research with a 4D development model consisting of 4 main stages, namely: Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate which will later produce PostDo learning media with a combination of Poster and Edmodo. Based on the validation results of validators of PostDo media obtained a score of 4.4 with "good" criteria for media validators, a score of 4.35 with "good" criteria, and 4.3 with "good" criteria for practitioner validators. Research results, it can be concluded that PostDo learning media on excretory system material was good and suitable for use in Biology learning, because visually it has a combination of colors that attract students' attention, and was be able to understand students of the material taught so as not to make students bored quickly and is able to train students' critical thinking power in understanding and translating the content of the material in the poster.

Penataan dan Pemeliharaan ternak di Desa Sambueja seharusnya senantiasa diperhatikan oleh pemiliknya,  karena dapat menimbulkan buruknya sanitasi lingkungan, menimbulkan bau tak sedap, rumah yang tidak enak untuk dipandang, dan kotoran yang tidak dibersihkan dapat menimbulkan bibit penyakit. membiarkan ternaknya lepas tanpa pengawasan dapat beresiko menimbulkan kerugian terhadap orang lain, sehingga hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian bagi pemiliknya,   Selain itu Permasalahan sampah juga menjadi persoalan di daerah tersebut.  Meningkatnya populasi penduduk  memicu kenaikan produksi sampah organik maupun sampah anorganik.. Kurangnya TPS (tempat pembuanagn sementara) menjadi inti permasalahan, sehingga perlu adanya upaya pengolahan sampah berupa  3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recyle) menggunakan sampah yang masih bisa digunakan kembali, mengurangi sampah dan mendaur ulang sampah agar bisa menanggulangi masalah tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi melalui penyuluhan mengenai penataan ternak dan pengolahan sampah dengan baik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Masyarakat terkait hal tersebut. pengadaan sarana prasarana  berupa poster dan tempat sampah percontohan. Hasilnya, diperoleh pengetahuan cukup saat pre tes sebanyak (25%) dan saat post test menjadi (75,0%) artinya ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penataan dan pemeliharaan hewan ternak. Begitu juga dengan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan sampah  diperoleh pengetahuan cukup saat pre tes sebanyak (27,27%) dan saat post test menjadi (68,75%).
