The improvement of digital business productivity in Benda Baru Pamulan Housing, South Tangerang, requires attention to human resource (HR) management. Many economic actors in this area struggle to manage HR effectively, limiting their potential to develop digital businesses. The HR Management Training Program aims to educate the community on efficient HR management, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation relevant to digital businesses. The implementation of good HR management strategies is expected to enhance digital business productivity and create new business opportunities. This community service activity also aims to improve the skills of Benda Baru residents in creative marketing strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which have faced challenges in digital marketing and competition. The program is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in a broader market, contribute to economic growth, and enhance collaboration and entrepreneurship within the community

Optimizing education management in schools is a strategic step to achieve superior education quality, where various aspects such as human resource development, utilization of facilities and infrastructure, and education supervision play an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and responsive to student needs. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of education management in realizing quality schools. The research method to be used in this study is a literature study approach, in which data and information will be collected from various academic sources, such as books, journals and relevant articles on education management and quality schools. The results of this study show that effective education management plays a key role in creating quality schools through key components such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, finance and education supervision. Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

This research aims to explore effective communication in Physical Education, Health and Recreation learning, with a focus on the role of Indonesian as an essential language of instruction. The method used was a questionnaire distributed to several Medan State University students to collect data regarding their perceptions regarding the clarity of instructions, understanding of the material, and its impact on learning motivation. The questionnaire consists of 20 questions to measure students' level of agreement with various aspects of communication in learning. The results of data analysis showed that 96.5% of respondents felt that clear and effective communication from teachers greatly contributed to understanding the subject matter and significantly increased their motivation in attending class. These findings confirm that good and correct use of Indonesian is very important in creating a more interactive and effective learning environment in the fields of Physical Education, Health and Recreation. It is hoped that this research can provide insight for teachers and educators about the importance of communication strategies in improving the quality of learning.

Of the many students today, many of them have forgotten their obligations as God's creatures. If left unchecked, it is feared that negative things will arise for students. So it is very important to instill the values of moral education in every student. This research was made with the aim of knowing the implementation of morals to the Creator in the daily lives of students. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which is in the form of a questionnaire and literature study. The subjects in this research were 30 active students in semesters 1-8 at public and private universities. Etymologically, morality means character, character, and behavior. What is meant by morality to God is the act that should be done by God's servant (His creatures) to the Creator. It can be said that morality towards Allah is when one acknowledges and realizes that there is no God except Allah SWT. (Noble) moral behavior towards Allah, namely faith, piety, sincerity, gratitude, repentance, dhikr, prayer and trust. As God's creatures who are so weak and powerless, we as students are encouraged to be moral (noble) to God. From the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that the majority of students have implemented ethical behavior towards Allah in their lives.

This study aims to apply accounting based on ISAK 35 at the office of the Mahardika Legal Aid Institute The concept of ISAK 35 allows non-profit oriented entities to adjust the description used by financial statements and the financial statements themselves include statements of financial position, comprehensive income statements, statements of changes in net assets, statements of cash flows, and notes to financial statements At the Mahardika Legal Aid Institute has not implemented or made reports to these financial statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how the presentation of financial statements at the Legal Aid Institute. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive, which is a method that describes, describes, compares data and circumstances and explains a situation in such a way that a conclusion can be drawn. The research was conducted at the Mahardika Engineering Legal Aid Institute research.
Based on the results of the analysis, the financial statements of the Mahardika Legal Aid Institute are not in accordance with ISAK 35 because the presentation of the financial statements of the Mahardika Legal Aid Institute still uses simple recording. <p><em>This Community Service appointed the title is Increasing Young Generation's Understanding of Archipelagic Insight Concept (Geopolitics) as Part of Defending the Country. The project used counseling method, it held at Senior High School namely SMAN 2 Tarakan as well as this project s partner. The program was implemented, bearing in mind that defending the country is obligation of every citizen. In a broader sense, it includes having lawful outlook towards nation and state. The conclusion after the counseling is younger generation especially students at high school in Border Region, must have a comprehensive understanding of defending the country, including understanding condition of country or must have proper perspective regarding the existence of younger generation in realizing aspirations of nation. Aftermost, the suggestion from organizer of the community service is required for continuos counseling or workshop with the output of understanding the Archipelago insight in every school involved all stakeholders.</em></p>

Business is a productive activity carried out by companies or people in the economic sector with the aim of gaining profit or profit. One of the businesses that we often hear about is UMKM, UMKM is a micro, small or medium business carried out by companies or individuals who stand alone. One of the MSMEs that we encountered was the Donatawa UMKM. This MSME focuses on the field of bakery sales. We chose this Donatawa store as our research material with the aim of analyzing the level of profit they earned during early 2023, and what factors influenced it. The method that we used in this research is a qualitative method that we did by interviewing Ms. Nisa as the owner of the Donatawa shop, which we carried out on May 19, 2023. And the result is that the profit every month at the beginning of 2023 is January, February, March, and In April, the Donatawa shop experienced a decrease and increase every month, this was due to an event that month. And the average profit they get during the beginning of 2023 is 24.3 million

Dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi, Politala berusaha untuk terus menyesuaikan perkembangan tersebut sesuai kebutuhan. Prestasi yang telah didapat dan inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Politala tidak lepas dari unsur koordinasi pimpinan dengan jajarannya. Koordinasi dilakukan lewat rapat-rapat untuk menghasilkan rumusan berupa kegiatan, kepanitiaan hingga kebijakan. Intensnya koordinasi yang dilakukan tidak jarang mengakibatkan adanya benturan dengan kegiatan lain yang telah diagendakan ataupun yang sifatnya urgent. Terjadinya benturan ini berimbas pada absennya anggota rapat yang mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya hasil rapat yang diharapkan. Selain itu dengan tidak adanya penjadwalan rapat tidak jarang terdapat peserta yang tidakberhadir dikarenakan lupa. Berkembangnya teknologi perangkat lunak dapat menjadi solusi dalam melakukan administrasi rapat berbasis aplikasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaannya agar dapat meminimalisisr terjadinya benturan kegiatan rapat dan rekaman notulensi yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk memudahkan Pimpinan dalam mengagendakan kegiatan rapat untuk anggota. Rapat yang diagendakan dapat diakses informasinya oleh peserta yang telah ditentukan sebagai undangan. Selama kegiatan rapat, notulen rapat dapat melakukan notulensi di aplikasi dan memberikan highlight terhadap poin-poin penting dengan menyertakan tanggal deadline dan ditujukan kepada peserta rapat yang diinginkan agar target menjadi jelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Prototype dan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk menghasilkan aplikasi E-Meet.

Peternakan kambing memiliki potensi besar di Kalimantan Selatan. Berdasarkan BPS tahun 2018 produksi daging kambing mencapai 361.361 ekor. Namun hanya 8% yang dapat dipenuhi oleh peternak lokal, sisanya didatangkan dari Jawa, Madura dan Sulawesi. Kebutuhan daging kambing di Kalimantan Selatan yang tertinggi untuk kegiatan keagamaan berupa Aqiqah dan kurban, sisanya untuk rumah makan dan konsumsi rumah tangga. Keputusan peternak mendatangkan kambing dari luar Kalimantan dikarenakan harga lokal yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan harga di luar daerah. Harga yang tinggi di lokal disebabkan terbatasnya populasi yang ada di Kalimantan Selatan. Terbatasnya populasi ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal salah satunya banyak peternak yangterkendala modal dalam mengembangkan peternakan kambingnya. Sebenarnya banyak masyarakat yang tertarik untuk beternak kambing sebab melihat peluang yang bagus, namun terkendala dengan pengalaman hingga waktu yang terbatas disela-sela rutinitas sehari-hari. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui penelitian ini ialah dibangunnya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempertemukan peternak dengan masyarakat yang ingin memiliki atau berinvestasikambing yang disebut dengan Easy Ternak. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Scrum Agile. Metode ini dipilih sebab merupakan metode yang paling populer dan efektif dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Tahapannya meliputi menentukan tim, menentukan waktu pengerjaan, menentukan peran dalam tim, mengumpulkan berbagai permasalahan, memulai sprint dan melakukan review.
