Abstrak:
Stick exercise training is a form of community fitness intervention aimed at improving motor skills, particularly among adults. This community service activity was carried out in RW 06, Kalibanteng Kulon Village, involving 20 participants, mostly women. The method used was direct training through a participatory approach, beginning with problem identification, followed by a pre-test, stick exercise session, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ motor understanding and skills, with scores increasing from 52% in the pre-test to 82% in the post-test. The 30% increase indicates the effectiveness of training methods using simple equipment like sticks. This program not only provides physical benefits but also encourages active community participation in fun, accessible, and healthy activities. Stick exercise training has proven to be an appropriate educational and preventive medium for sustainably developing motor capacity within the community.

This study aims to (1) Describe the implementation of Indonesian language learning using the Scramble type cooperative model assisted by Question Card Media in Class IV. (2) Know and analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the Scramble type cooperative model assisted by Question Card Media in Indonesian language learning. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class IV B MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Kota Palangka Raya with a total of 27 students. Research data were collected through learning outcome tests, teacher and student activity observations. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively descriptive to determine changes in learning outcomes as well as improving teacher and student activities during learning. The results showed (1) In cycle I, the analysis of teacher activity in managing the class obtained a percentage of 82.5% with very good criteria. As for the implementation in cycle II, the analysis of teacher activities managing the class became 85% with very good criteria, which means that in this case there was an increase. While student activity in cycle I got a percentage of 82.1% with very good criteria and an increase in cycle II with a percentage of 91% with very good criteria. (2) Student learning outcomes using the scramble type coopearification model assisted by Question Card media had a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in cycle I the percentage of student completeness reached 51.8% while in cycle II it increased by 92.5%. In cycle 1, the N-Gain test obtained a medium category with a value of 0.3384 with the N-Gain score division category of 0.3 ? g ? 0.7. While in cycle 2 get a high category of 0.7117 with the N-Gain score division category g> 0.7.

Abstrak:
History often repeats itself in different contexts, as seen in the political dynamics of Indonesia in 2024, which are similar to the events of 1998. Although it has not yet reached the escalation of reforms, political tensions, polarization of society, and dissatisfaction with the government are the main issues. The fall in the Democracy Index reflects a weakening of freedom of opinion, human rights, and political participation. The wave of massive demonstrations against the revision of the 2024 Pilkada law showed resistance from various elements of society, including students, workers, artists, and public figures. Demonstrators demanded that the DPR comply with Constitutional Court decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the threshold for the nomination of regional heads and Constitutional Court decision Number 70/PUU-XXII / 2024 regarding the age limit for candidates for regional heads. This research is a literature study with qualitative methods and a normative legal approach, including statutory, case, and conceptual analysis. The Data was obtained through the analysis of relevant legal and regulatory documents, as well as public opinion published in online media. This study provides an overview of the current challenges of Indonesian democracy as well as the implications of legal decisions on national political dynamics.

CBR (California Bearing Ratio) is a soil-bearing capacity test developed by the California State Highway Department. The principle of this test is penetration testing, which inserting an object into the sample. This way, the strength of the base soil or other materials used to make road pavements can be assessed. The main problem in this report is the lack of understanding and skills of civil engineering students in conducting CBR tests, and in assessing the bearing capacity of the base soil as a foundation layer of road pavements. Students are often constrained in understanding the basic principles of CBR tests, the use of laboratory equipment, and the interpretation of test results. This activity aims to improve student understanding through a combination of theoretical learning methods, discussions, and direct practice in the laboratory using standard procedures SNI 1738-2011 and SNI 1744-2012. The implementation of the test involves soil sample preparation, CBR test penetration testing, and analysis of results through a graph of the relationship between load and penetration depth. The results show that the increase in student understanding, as evidenced by the difference in pre-test and post-test scores indicated an increase in test implementation and analysis of the results. Students who initially did not understand the procedure and importance of CBR testing are now able to use it in the context of road pavement planning. In conclusion, this training has succeeded in improving students' competence in understanding and applying CBR testing, which will support them in civil engineering practices, especially in the design and analysis of road structure resistance based on soil-bearing capacity.

This study explores the potential of breadfruit leaves (Artocarpus altilis) as a raw material in making skin care soap. Breadfruit leaves are known to contain active compounds such as saponins and flavonoids that have antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties. This study aims to test the effectiveness of breadfruit leaf extract in improving the quality of skin care soap. In addition, this study also highlights the use of breadfruit trees at SDN Kutisari 2 Surabaya, which is one of the Adiwiyata schools. This school utilizes the environment as a means of learning and maintaining the existence of plants, including breadfruit trees, which function as a source of food and traditional medicine. The results showed that soap with breadfruit leaf extract had better cleaning quality and hydrating ability compared to soap without extract. These findings indicate that breadfruit leaves can be a useful ingredient in making skin care products, as well as providing inspiration for the development of more natural and effective soap products, and supporting efforts to conserve natural resources in the school environment.
