Abstrak:
This research examines the fundamental transformation in Indonesia's banking industry triggered by Industry 4.0, specifically focusing on the evolution from traditional banking models to new-age banks. The study analyzes how disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, and biometrics catalyze changes in banking digital capabilities and business models. Using a qualitative approach through comprehensive literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research identifies that digital transformation not only changes how banks operate but also fundamentally alters their value proposition to customers. The findings indicate that new-age banks are characterized by more agile organizational structures, advanced digital capabilities, and open platform-based business models that enable seamless integration with the broader digital ecosystem. This research contributes significantly to understanding the future of banking in the digital era and its implications for Indonesia's financial industry.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the differences in online shopping satisfaction among Generation Z in Majene regency by comparing two e-commerce platforms, Shopee and Tokopedia, based on three aspects: price, service quality, and delivery service. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, and the sample size was determined using Roscoe’s rule of thumb, resulting in a total of 60 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and a paired sample t-test. The results indicate significant differences in satisfaction levels in terms of service quality and price, while no significant difference was found in the delivery service aspect between the two platforms Shopee and Tokopedia.

Abstrak:
In the complex era of globalization, understanding Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) is crucial for the younger generation as the future leaders of the nation. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding among students at SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan regarding LKS, which serves as a fundamental pillar for sustainable Islamic economic growth. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. Primary data was collected through an online questionnaire filled out by 94 students using random sampling techniques. The instrument consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions measuring four key competencies: Basic Principles of LKS, Islamic Banking Institutions (LKB), Non-Bank Islamic Financial Institutions (LKBB), and LKS Regulations. Scores were analyzed using the Borda method to determine the relative level of understanding based on competency categories. The results indicate that the competency most understood by students was the Basic Principles of LKS, followed by Regulations, LKB, and LKBB. These findings reinforce that a conceptual and normative learning approach to Islamic finance is more effective for students, particularly in the competencies of LKS and Regulations, while operational and applicative aspects—especially those related to LKB and LKBB—remain areas requiring improvement. Practical implications emphasize the need for strategies to strengthen teaching materials in LKBB competencies through project-based approaches or simulations of non-bank Islamic financial institutions. This would provide a more contextual learning experience and enhance students' understanding of the role of LKBB in the financial system, as well as practical skills relevant to the industry.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by the problems faced by fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia in understanding the material on forms and changes of energy in everyday life. One of the main obstacles identified is the lack of teaching aids and the unappealing nature of student worksheets, which hampers the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of elementary students' understanding of the forms and changes of energy, as well as to identify the obstacles they face in learning the material. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including student observations, teacher interviews, and the administration of a post-test at the end of the learning session. The research subjects are fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia. The results of the study show that most students have a fairly good understanding of the concepts of energy forms and changes. However, there are still obstacles in the learning process, including limited teaching aids and uninteresting student worksheets. This study is expected to serve as a basis for developing more effective learning strategies to improve students' understanding of the material on energy forms and changes in everyday life.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by the learning media in the Chuji Hanyu Xiezuo Shang class which not yet using learning media in the form of games, this makes an opportunity to develop new innovations to support teaching and learning activities in the form of Word Candy game to improve mastery of chinese vocabulary. The objectives of this research are: 1) Describes the needs of students for Word Candy media in improving vocabulary mastery, 2) Describes the results of the prototype development of Word Candy media in mastering Chinese, 3) Describes the results of expert validation of Word Candy media in mastering vocabulary in learning Chinese. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with five stages, namely: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, and 5) design revision. Based on the needs analysis, it shows that Word Candy media is approved as a learning medium by both lecturers and students. Proven by the results of validation from media experts getting an average value of 88.4 with a score of 4 which is said that this media is very feasible to use, while validation from material experts shows an average value of 88.5 with a score of 4 which is included in the category of very feasible/appropriate to use as a learning medium. After that, the media was improved according to the suggestions given by media experts and material experts.

Abstrak:
The graduate profile of the Chinese Language Education Study Program aims to produce Chinese language teachers who can both teach and conduct research on Chinese language learning issues. Culturally responsive teaching is a method for developing adaptive and responsive educators. Chinese language teachers who are culturally responsive will be able to connect Chinese culture with students' backgrounds and create meaningful learning by utilizing cultural knowledge and students' learning styles. This research aims to analyse the distribution of courses in the Chinese Language Education curriculum in Indonesia that adopt culturally responsive teaching; identify the implementation of culturally responsive teaching for strengthening prospective Chinese language teachers; and explain the factors hindering and supporting the success of culturally responsive teaching for strengthening prospective Chinese teachers. The research method used is qualitative research, utilizing an observational descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted to systematically describe the phenomenon of culturally responsive teaching based on factual data. Data collection techniques include literature review, documentation, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study show that the Chinese Language Education programs in Indonesia have adopted culturally responsive teaching in their curricula, both in education-focused and non-education-focused programs. This implementation helps prospective teachers understand the relationship between language and culture, although various challenges remain, such as a lack of training, limited resources, negative attitudes, and high workloads. However, success is also evident through teacher commitment and interest, institutional support, integrated curriculum, technology and learning media use, and interdisciplinary approaches. With continuous evaluation and proper support, culturally responsive teaching has the potential to further enhance the competencies of prospective Chinese language teachers in implementing culturally responsive teaching.

Segitiga sebagai entitas geometris fundamental, memiliki peran kritis dalam perkembangan ilmu matematika dan terapan, mulai dari konstruksi piramida Mesir Kuno hingga aplikasi modern dalam teknik, fisika, dan grafika komputer. studi OECD PISA 2022 mengungkapkan 65% siswa di Indonesia mengalami kesulitan menerapkan konsep segitiga dalam masalah kontekstual, akibat keterbatasan alat bantu visualisasi dinamis dan representasi variasi segitiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi kalkulator segitiga berbasis web interaktif yang mengintegrasikan kombinasi input dengan visualisasi dinamis berbasis HTML5 Canvas untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual. Metode pengembangan melibatkan penerapan Hukum Sinus, Cosinus, Pythagoras, dan rumus Heron, disertai skala otomatis dan label interaktif guna memfasilitasi eksplorasi hubungan dinamis antar elemen segitiga. Aplikasi ini mengatasi kelemahan alat sebelumnya seperti GeoGebra dan Triangle Solver App yang terbatas dalam visualisasi real-time atau komprehensivitas perhitungan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antarmuka interaktif berbasis web mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar.Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mencakup segitiga spherical dan integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam analisis kesalahan siswa.

Abstrak:
The implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia aims to provide educational facilities and services for children with special needs (ABK). Inclusive education has been implemented in various schools, especially in big cities, but still faces various challenges in its implementation. This study aims to describe the problems faced by schools that provide inclusive education in North Sumatra and their resolution efforts. The objects in this study include public schools and special schools that integrate inclusive education. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained are explained through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Various problems arise, ranging from the lack of number and competence of special guidance teachers (GPK), difficulties for students in following lessons, lack of school readiness to run inclusive programs, to limited facilities and infrastructure that do not support the needs of children with special needs (ABK). In addition, low cooperation between schools, education offices, and parents is also an obstacle to the implementation of effective inclusive education.

Abstrak:
Practical instructions for practical activities in computational physics courses have been successfully developed with material on the Laplace equation for temperature distribution. This research aims to produce practical instructions and determine the characteristics, feasibility, and responses of students to practical instructions for computational physics on the Laplace equation. The research design used is development research or R&D (Research and Development) which was modified from Sugiyono. The research was carried out at the Computer Laboratory of PGRI University Semarang with Physics Education study program students as research subjects. The research results show that the computational physics practicum instructions developed have the criteria "Very Feasible" based on validation from three computational physics experts with respective percentages of 96%, 99% and 93%. The characteristics of this computational physics practical guide are that it is prepared using computational thinking techniques and written using structured documents (LaTex), presented explicitly and equipped with algorithms, solving with two different scenarios (iterations and matrices) in one case as well as writing coding. uses the latest software (Python) and is equipped with algorithms. This computational physics practical instruction received a very good response from students with a percentage of 87% in the initial trial and 88% in the usage trial.

The purpose of this article is to understand the importance of transformational leadership in improving teaching staff productivity. This research uses a systematic approach to literature review by analyzing individual articles from national and international journals. The results of the literature review show that the school's transformational leadership in improving teaching staff performance includes: 1) creating a collaborative and inspiring environment, 2) providing intellectual and innovative stimulation, 3) involving students, and 4) providing constructive feedback.
