This study explores the potential of breadfruit leaves (Artocarpus altilis) as a raw material in making skin care soap. Breadfruit leaves are known to contain active compounds such as saponins and flavonoids that have antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties. This study aims to test the effectiveness of breadfruit leaf extract in improving the quality of skin care soap. In addition, this study also highlights the use of breadfruit trees at SDN Kutisari 2 Surabaya, which is one of the Adiwiyata schools. This school utilizes the environment as a means of learning and maintaining the existence of plants, including breadfruit trees, which function as a source of food and traditional medicine. The results showed that soap with breadfruit leaf extract had better cleaning quality and hydrating ability compared to soap without extract. These findings indicate that breadfruit leaves can be a useful ingredient in making skin care products, as well as providing inspiration for the development of more natural and effective soap products, and supporting efforts to conserve natural resources in the school environment.

The rapid development of technology has led to innovations in various areas, including mobile payments. Mobile payments are one of the innovations in financial technology designed to facilitate online transactions. In Indonesia, there are numerous mobile payment service providers, making competition increasingly fierce. One of the popular e-wallets in Indonesia is ShopeePay, a service created by Shopee. This study aims to analyze the importance and performance levels of various electronic service quality factors and assess user satisfaction with ShopeePay. This research is a survey-based study with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the importance and performance of each ShopeePay service quality factor and the satisfaction of its users. The results show that out of 24 ShopeePay service quality factors, 13 were considered important by respondents. The average importance rating was 4.07, while the average performance rating was 3.94. This results in a harmony between importance and performance of 97%. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for ShopeePay services in the Banten area was 78.77%, placing it in the "satisfying" category. This study has several limitations, including its focus on the Banten area, a limited and homogeneous respondent group, potential bias from online surveys, and not accounting for external factors or long-term changes in user perceptions of ShopeePay.

Abstrak:
Land privatization, especially on Indonesia's small islands, has sparked conflict between local communities and private companies, who often fight over land that residents previously used to earn a living. This practice not only damages the environment but also threatens the socio-cultural values ??of the community, because their access to natural resources and markets is limited. Land privatization has become a rampant problem in Indonesia. This journal focuses on land privatization on Kapoposang Island. The aim of this research is to identify the impact of land privatization on the people of Kapoposang Island and maritime diplomacy efforts on this issue. This journal uses two theories, namely the theory of land privatization and also the theory of maritime diplomacy. The method used is the interview method. The author analyzes various news sources and checks them with interview results obtained from the field. The results of the analysis show that the people of Kapoposang Island are affected by impacts such as slow economic growth and its correlation with social inequality among the community. The government's maritime diplomacy efforts are not running smoothly because the security sector which is supposed to be guarded by the government is not running in line with the public's expectations. This privatization of land can also have an impact on the economic sector, especially, the economic growth of local communities which can be hampered due to land acquisition and imbalance in market competition.

This study aims to analyze the preparation patterns of school principals and education supervisors, and to identify issues faced in their professional development. Based on the literature analysis, it was found that the preparation of prospective school principals and supervisors requires a comprehensive approach, including formal education, professional training, and practical experience in school management. The selection process, which is often limited to administrative tests, needs to be improved with competency-based assessments to ensure that prospective school principals and supervisors have the skills that match the demands of their duties. Professional development that is carried out continuously and based on practical learning is very important to improve the quality of leadership in schools. However, the challenges faced, such as limited resources in remote areas, require adjustments to training programs that are appropriate to the local context. The quality of training programs must also include broader aspects of leadership, including interpersonal skills and change management. External factors, such as education policies and community support, also have a major influence on the success of principal and supervisor preparation programs. In addition, a clear and performance-based career system can increase the professional motivation of principals and supervisors, thereby encouraging a more productive and innovative work culture. This study concludes that to produce quality principals and supervisors, holistic policies and integration of various aspects are needed in their preparation and development process.

Quo Vadis Authority to Manage Public Agency Credits by The State Credits Affairs Committee (PUPN)

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the authority of the State Credits Affairs Committee (PUPN) to settle public agency credit. The Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Nr. 77/PUU-IX/2011 which abolished the phrase settlement of credits from bodies that are either directly or indirectly controlled by the State by PUPN. Otherwise, Government Regulation No. 28 of 2022 concerning Pengurusan Piutang Negara oleh PUPN regulated that PUPN can handle creditors in bad faith from special bodies/institutions/public legal entities. The research questions how public agency credits are managed by PUPN? This study differs from previous studies because it uses a public financial law perspective on the characteristics of public bodies as sui generis institutions and PUPN’s special authority in managing receivables. This research is important because it provides a legal study on legal certainty in the practice of managing public agency receivables by PUPN and eliminates concerns about lawsuits over the management of said receivables by PUPN. The research results show that processing public agency receivables by PUPN is only an alternative determined by the public agency - it does not have to be submitted. This concept is based on the application of the sui generis nature and legal subject status of public bodies and is used to optimize the management of public bodies' credits because PUPN has extraordinary coercive authority. This kind of mechanism has a positive value for public bodies in maintaining their financial health and also in efforts to maintain optimal service to the public which is the task of public bodies.
