This research is intended to analyze the meaning of some of Govinda Rumi's prewedding photos. The approach used is Roland Barthes' Semiotics theory, which includes two stages of signification, namely denotative as the first stage and connotative as the second stage. This research was conducted with a qualitative method of descriptive type. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that Govinda Rumi was able to present a story in each of his prewedding photos without putting aside other aspects.
