Abstrak:
The purpose of establishing a business is to gain profit or profit that can be used for survival. Likewise with the Flower Bucket Business "Hellokadoku" Payabakung Village, Deli Serdang Regency . This study aims to determine the value or point of Break Even Point in this business. This analysis is one of the tools used by the company's management to be able to do this to help in knowing how much a certain level of sales is, so that the company does not make a profit and also does not experience a loss (break even). The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with quantitative. With this approach, the data source used is secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the BEP value of the Flower Bucket Business "Hellokadoku" in units of 24 pcs and if expressed in rupiah is Rp. 3,529,411.

Abstrak:
This study aims to find out the implementation of the Qur'an curriculum in Islamic elementary schools, focusing on planning, execution, evaluation, and supporting or inhibiting factors. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was applied through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the Qur'an curriculum is implemented using Islamic values-based approaches, involving reading, memorizing, and understanding the Qur'an. Teachers utilize interactive and contextual methods to enhance student engagement. Key supporting factors include teacher competence and learning facilities, while challenges consist of limited time allocation and varying student abilities. The study recommends periodic teacher training and innovative learning strategies to optimize Qur'an learning outcomes

Abstrak:
Science Education (IPA) has a very important role in the development of science, technology, and in forming critical and analytical thinking patterns of students. Through science learning, students not only gain knowledge about scientific concepts, but are also trained to think critically, systematically, and creatively in dealing with various problems. One aspect that influences the success of science learning is cognitive psychology, which focuses on how individuals process, store, and remember information. Cognitive psychology plays an important role in designing effective learning strategies, which are tailored to the way students understand and manage information. In addition, the learning paradigm used in science education also greatly influences the success of learning. The two main paradigms that are widely considered in science learning are absolutism and constructivism. The absolutism paradigm argues that knowledge is absolute and must be accepted without change, while the constructivism paradigm assumes that knowledge is built through experience and active interaction with the environment. This article aims to explore how the tradition of cognitive psychology influences science learning and examines the differences in the impact of the two paradigms in the context of science education in Indonesia. This discussion is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of applying cognitive psychology and selecting the right learning paradigm in improving the quality of science education.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze and determine the causes of teenagers dropping out of school at the age of 15 years and over in Waioti Village. This research is descriptive in nature. Based on the implementation method, this research is classified as survey research. In survey research, samples are taken from one population and a list of questions is used as a data collection tool. The survey research method was used because not all members of the population were used as examples or samples, so only some members of the population were used as samples. The sampling technique in this research used purposive random sampling. The population in this study were families whose teenagers had dropped out of school in Waioti sub-district. Based on the results of the interviews and discussion above, it can be concluded that teenagers drop out of school in Waioti sub-district due to several factors. Among the factors that cause teenagers to drop out of school are 1) economic and family factors, these two factors greatly influence teenagers' problems in finding work because financial limitations in the family and instability in the family environment will cause teenagers to drop out of school. 2) educational distance greatly influences the causal factors. teenagers dropping out of school, 3) inadequate educational facilities which prevent teenagers from continuing to a higher level.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of leadershi and work discipline on employe performance at Hospital kondosapata kabupaten mamasa.Using multiple linear regression analysis type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via Google From.Sampling technique, where the number of samples was the some as the population,namely fourteen people.The results of the test analysis (partial) can be concluded ha there is a positive and significant influence of the leadership variabel on employe permomance,with can be seen from the t value of 6.454> t table 2.024 with a significan level of 0.000< 0.05,and it can also be concluded that there is a positive and significan influence of the employe work discipline variabel on employee performance by looking at the tcount value of 4.275 > table 2.024 and the significant level of 0.000 > 0.05.As for the results of results of the test (simultaneous), it can be concluded hat leadership and work discipline simultaneous have a positive and significan effect on employe perfomane.

Abstrak:
In order to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation, especially among students, the Faculty of Economics teaching staff, supported by the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Muara Bungo University, conducted Community Service activities with the theme "Application of Kaizen Culture to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Students." This community service activity was conducted in the Auditorium of Muara Bungo University. The method used is a Seminar with a participatory learning approach. The results of the Entrepreneurship Seminar are expected to enhance the spirit and entrepreneurial mindset of students by being to apply the Kaizen Culture philosophy. Where students can become entrepreneurs themselves, which, if pursued diligently, can become a promising alternative profession that can serve as a primary source of income in the future.

Abstrak:
Gel hand sanitizer merupakan pembersih tangan berbentuk gel yang berguna untuk membersihkan atau menghilangkan mikroorganisme pada tangan. Tumbuhan api-api putih (Avicennia alba Blume) merupakan salah satu jenis bakau yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan kondisi yang melimpah. Api-api putih juga telah dilaporkan bersifat non sitotoksik dan dapat juga digunakan sebagai bahan obat. Kandungan yang berperan sebagai antibakteri pada tumbuhan api-api putih yaitu flavonoid, saponin, dan tanin. Hand sanitizer dapat dibuat dari tumbuhan daun api-api putih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi gel hand sanitizer dari ekstrak daun api-api putih dan mengetahui uji evaluasi sediaan gel hand sanitizer ekstrak tumbuhan api-api putih dengan konsentrasi 30%, 20%, dan 10%. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil ekstrak bisa diformulasikan kedalam bentuk sediaan gel dan ada juga beberapa yang memenuhi kriteria uji evaluasi. Formula yang memenuhi syarat semua uji yaitu F1, pada F2 hanya memenuhi syarat pada uji organoleptis, uji Ph, uji viskositas, uji daya lekat, dan homogenitas, sedangkan pada uji daya sebar tidak memenuhi syarat, dan pada F3 hanya memenuhi syarat pada uji organoleptis, uji ph, uji viskositas dan uji daya lekat, sedangkan pada uji homogenitas dan uji daya sebar tidak memenuhi syarat.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior of students at SD IT Al-Maqom in relation to gadgets. Along with technological advances, the use of gadgets has become an important aspect of daily life, even for students. This study uses quantitative methodology using direct regression method, involving 70 students as samples.Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires that measure the influence of gadgets on the behavior of students.The results of the analysis show that the use of gadgets has a significant influence on the behavior of students of SD IT Al-maqom, with a level of influence of 76.3%.Although gadgets have a considerable impact, this study also realizes that other factors such as environment, parenting style, and genetic factors also influence the behavior of students, although these factors are not examined in this study.The conclusion is that gadgets have a significant influence on the behavior of students of SD IT Al-Maqom.

Abstrak:
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of assistance in teaching Quran reading and writing as well as Pegon script at Taman Pendidikan Qur'an (TPQ) Al-Kautsar, Sumokembangsri Village. The assistance is designed to enhance students' skills in reading and writing the Quran, as well as in Pegon script, which is part of the local tradition. The method used in this community service program employs Participatory Rural Appraisal, involving field surveys and direct communication with the community. The results indicate that routine and structured assistance significantly improves students' abilities in reading the Quran and writing Pegon script. The program also positively impacts students' understanding and skills in effectively practicing both aspects. This community service program is expected to contribute to the development of better and more adaptive teaching methods at TPQ and strengthen the preservation of local culture through Pegon script writing.

Students have low confidence in PAI learning can be seen from the symptoms that look like hesitant while speaking in front of the class and silence when appointed Master to move forward in the front of the class. The confidence of manifests is comfortable in the environment where the individual is so that individuals feel confident of a step and decision he takes to achieve its expected goals. Confidence is necessary to students to create a good learning attitude so that it can achieve optimal learning achievement. To answer this, the Role Playing model is to complete it, the implementation of the Role Playing learning model in increasing confidence, with the goal to obtain information about the level and the extent to which the Role Playing learning model can increase confidence. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And Miles and Hubberman techniques as the data analysis technique, with the procedure of analysis, with the procedure 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) Verification of data, as well as data inspection techniques 1) credibitiasi, 2) Tranferability and 3) The dependability as the result of this research is a learning model of role playing can increase student confidence, on the other hand the dominant students are more understandable about the material taught, given the students of elementary school 1 tend to be active and expressive so it can be said the role playing model is very relevant to the students of elementary school class.
