The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem of work environment variables, work stress and work motivation. The population of UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo employees is 54 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test.   Overall, it can be explained that the work environment does not partially affect the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.069 > 0.05. Work stress does not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.501 > 0.05. Work motivation has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 > 0.05. Simultaneously the work environment, work stress and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05                               

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current ratio, Total asset Turnover dan Return On Asset terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor konstrusi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020 baik secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020 sebanyak 7 perusahan, sehingga jumlah data sebanyak 42. Metode sampel adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresidata panel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terhadap pengaruh Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover dan Return On Asset terhadap pertumbuhan laba. secara parsial diperoleh hsil bahwa Current Ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak sinifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Total Asset Turnover memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Return On Asset memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

The value of companies in various large companies in Indonesia is still not optimal. This causal study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership and debt policy on firm value in cosmetics and household sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2021 period. A total of 5 sample companies were identified from a total of 10 companies, so that 35 observational data were collected based on purposive sampling technique. The company's financial statement data is collected through the www.idx.co.id page using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The data was processed using SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that, partially institutional ownership had a negative and significant effect on firm value, while debt policy had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, simultaneously, institutional ownership and debt policy have a significant effect on firm value. Following up on the results of this study, the initial identification of firm value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange should be optimized through the assessment of institutional ownership and debt policy, so as to encourage an increase in firm value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Total Asset Turn Over Terhadap Return On Asset Perusahaan Rokok Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2021, secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kuantitatif  dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi data panel melalui program Eviews 10. Uji yang dilakukan peneliti adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, analisis regeresi data panel, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 laporan keuangan dan sampel adalah 30 laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa memenuhi syarat dan tidak terjadi masalah yang signifikan baik dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas pada uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Sedangkan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Hasil uji simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel CR, DER, TATO berpengaruh secara bersama terhadap ROA.

Kompetensi membuat karya tulis ilmiah bagi para guru merupakan kompetensi pedagogis yang sangat penting yang harus dikuasai seabagai salah satu kompetensi professional guru. Namun, pada kenyataanya kompetensi ini masih kurang dipahami dan dikuasai oleh para pendidik khususnya para guru. Oleh sebab itu LPPM STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa bersama Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab. Sumbawa dan Program Studi Penelitian dan Evaluasi Sekolah Pascasarjanan UHAMKA Jakarta melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masayarakat, yang berjudul “Webinar Nasional: Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK Untuk Guru.” Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertuajuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pada guru diseluruh Indonesia secara umum dan guru di Kab. Sumbawa secara khusus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian ini dirancang dalam 2 sesi penyampaian materi dan diskusi. Setelah seluruh sesi pemberian materi dan diskusi dilakukan postes dan observasi. Hasil posttest dan observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru tentang Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah khususnya PTK, di akhir sesi juga para peserta (guru) mampu menyusun proposal PTK. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pengabdian berupa Webinar tentang Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK ini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru menyusun karya tulis ilmiah khususnya PTK.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendiskripsikan Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di SMP Negeri 1 Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi dan stress kerja terhadap disiplin kerja dan prestasi kerja tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri 1 Buareno Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai  SMP Negeri 1 Baureno yang berjumlah 54 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total atau sensus sampling sehingga ditentukan sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di DMP Negeri 1 Buareno dalam kategori tinggi. dukungan organisasi dan motivasi kerja semuanya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap SMP Negeri 1 Baureno.

Midwives have an important role in strategies to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality. Midwives are responsible for providing continuous and plenary services through health education, counseling, health promotion, and normal delivery assistance as well as early detection of referral cases by conducting comprehensive supervision, care and management of pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonates, and family planning.
                The author of this final project in the form of a case study using midwifery management approach using 7 steps varney and documented in the form of SOAP. The subjects of this case study were pregnant women in the third trimester, namely Mrs. D age 24 years gestational age 35+4 weeks followed by physiological pregnancy, maternity, puerperium, BBL, and family planning.
                The results of this case study obtained Ny. D diagnosis G2P0A1 gestational age 35+4 weeks with good circumstances, and physiological delivery. Physiological puerperium, physiological newborns, neonates upbringing and physiologically provided family planning.
                Comprehensive midwifery care in Ny. D found gaps in pregnancy that is less than 6x ANC examination, Tetanus Toxoid immunization is not complete. No gaps were found in the puerperium, BBL, and neonates.
            The conclusion from the results of this case study is that comprehensive midwifery care has been given to Mrs. D of pregnant, maternity, puerperal, BBL, neonate and family planning with the result that all care is carried out and the mother and baby are in good condition.

This report is a comprehensive midwifery care carried out at the Maos Health Center in 2022 for Mrs. “E” G2P1A0 35 weeks 5 days of pregnancy which was carried out from January to March from the third trimester of pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborn and family planning services. The documented Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators to see the welfare of a nation in determining optimal health status (Prawiroharjo, 2016). The number of maternal deaths in Indonesia in 2020 increased by 8.92% from the previous year, which was 4,221 to 4,627 people. One of the efforts made in reducing maternal and infant mortality is increasing quality antenatal care, with the aim of alleviating these morbidity and mortality rates.
This report is a comprehensive midwifery care carried out at the Maos Health Center on Ny. “E” G2P1A0 The gestational age of 35 weeks 5 days was carried out from January to March from the third trimester of pregnancy, postpartum, postpartum, neonate and family planning services that were documented with the application of varney management and SOAP documentation.
Based on the observations of this Final Project, no gaps were found between theory and practice during the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care provided from the initial visit to the last visit.
 

Kampung Batara (Baca Taman Rimba) sebagai wadah belajar dan bermain bagi anak – anak yang putus sekolah dengan konsep alam berkeinginan agar dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas hingga ke manca negara. Kampung Batara ingin mengenalkan potensi desa, permainan tradisional, adat, kesenian tradisonal, makanan khas, dan kerajinan unik agar bisa menaikkan income masyarakat sekitar. Tetapi bahasa menjadi kendala utama karena untuk mengenalkan desa ke kancah Internasional tentunya harus memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang lancar dan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris bagi kelompok Karang Taruna agar memiliki bekal dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang mumpuni untuk mempromosikan kampung mereka. Metode yang digunakan yaitu role play, drilling, game yang menarik dan bervariasi, penggunaan gambar dan flashcard, pemutaran video, demonstrasi, serta field trip. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris para peserta yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata – rata nilai pretest dari 47.78 menjadi 71.11 pada nilai posttest. Para peserta menyatakan, mereka sangat antusias dan lebih termotivasi mempelajari bahasa Inggris.

Urinary incontinence is a micturition disorder in which urine is released uncontrollably and is found in geriatric patients. Data on the prevalence of urinary incontinence in Indonesia was obtained in 2018 at 30%. There needs to be an intervention carried out, namely kegel exercises to control the bladder. The purpose of this literature review is to analyse journals about the effect of kegel exercises on urinary incontinence in the elderly. The elderly from the age of 60 years and over experience psychological changes, one of which is changes in the urinary system which results in urinary incontinence. The cause of urinary incontinence is an increase in the frequency of micturition. To reduce the frequency of micturition by doing kegel exercises to the maximum. The research method used for literature review is through searching journal databases such as google scholar and mendeley (2016-2022) with the keywords kegel exercises, urinary incontinence and elderly so that 6 journals are reviewed, using a one group pretest and posttest study design with inclusion criteria using the PICOS format. The results and analysis of the study based on the results of literature review from 6 journals there is a significant effect between before and after kegel exercises on the frequency of urinary incontinence in the elderly. The result is that after kegel exercises will have an effect on reducing the frequency of micturition, this is because it can tighten the pelvic floor muscles that can withstand micturition. It can be concluded that there is an effect of kegel exercises on the frequency of urinary incontinence in the elderly which is done regularly to strengthen the pelvic muscles, the frequency of micturition decreases. It is expected that the elderly will remain disciplined in doing Kegel exercises, especially those who experience urinary incontinence.
