Abstrak:
The Indonesian government minimizes the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic and improves the welfare of the people in Indonesia by means of the government making new policies on social security programs, one of which is the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT-DD). the central government hopes that the distribution of BLT can be carried out in an orderly, fair and precise manner, namely right on target, right people, right time, right process, and right administrative report. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the BLT program policy in the government area of Southwest Sumba Regency went well. the supporting factor in this research is the collaboration between the village government and the community to participate in the distribution of BLT. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the completeness of community documents in the form of family cards (KK) and identity cards (KTP) in receiving BLT, but this can be overcome by the village government so that overall BLT distribution goes well.AsbtrakPemerintah Indonesia meminimalisir penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19 dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan cara pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru tentang program jaminan sosial salah satunya adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) Adanya Bantuan BLT-DD diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya pemerintah pusat berharap pendistribusian BLT bisa terlaksana secara tertib, adil, dan tepat yaitu tepat sasaran, tepat orang, tepat waktu, tepat proses, dan tepat laporan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi kebijakan program BLT diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya berjalan dengan baik. faktor pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah kerjasama antara pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyaluran BLT. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah kelengkapan dokumen masyarakat yang berupa kartu keluarga (KK) dan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dalam menerima BLT namun hal tersebut dapat di atasi oleh pemerintah desa sehingga secara keseluruahan penyaluran BLT berjalan dengan baik.

Abstrak:
The mind mapping learning model is a creative note-taking technique using diverse images, symbols, shapes, colors that can help students remember, plan things, help be more creative in solving problems, and focus attention. Mind mapping can be described as a map that uses memory, allowing us to structure facts and ideas in such a way that the natural workings of our brain will be involved from the beginning so that remembering information will be easier and more reliable than using ordinary notes. The mind mapping learning model also plays an important role in helping students understand and master concepts. This system can develop all the potentials, capacities, and abilities of the human brain thus ensuring a higher level of creativity and thinking ability. This study aims to determine the role of mind mapping in improving systematic thinking in students at SMP Islam Hegarmanah. Data collection is carried out through the results of learning activities with the mind mapping method. The results showed that Mind Mapping can play an important role in improving systematic thinking skills in students.

Abstrak:
Indonesia ranked 2nd (24.3%) among the countries where mobile payment app adoption is growing fastest. One of the newcomers from a startup fintech company, called Dompet Digital Indonesia (DANA). DANA officially released in 2018 and in less than a year, has reached 20 million users. However, the total active daily users is only 1.5 million, which means the users who are loyal to using DANA are only about 7% of the total users. Therefore, to oversee the market acceptance and effectiveness of DANA as an E-Wallet from the level of user’s attitude and perspective Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will be used in this research. The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness(X1), perceived ease of use (X2), and perceived risk (X3) towards the intention to use E-Wallet DANA. The method used in this research is quantitative with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire from 100 respondents who are between 19-35 years old and DANA users. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use DANA, meanwhile perceived risk (X3) has a negative and significant effect on the intention to use DANA with determination coefficient value of 66.6%. DANA can increase the security factor in order to reduce the level of risk that is perceived by the users.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Operational Factors, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety Against Guidance Services at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 pelabuhan Bitung This research was conducted on employees of the Shipping Agency working area of ??Tanjung Redeb as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26. Here’s the result from research of regression : Y = -0,219 + 0,308X1 + 0,200X2 + 0,192X3 + 0,349X4 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the guidance is the safety variable with a regression coefficient of 0.349. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the guidance at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is influenced by operational variables, tariffs, facilities and safety which is 83.7% and other factors that affect the guidance of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is 16.7%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Operations, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety have a positive and significant effect on the PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung.

Abstrak:
Micro-enterprises are one of the businesses that are also affected during this pandemic. In order to support the development of micro-enterprises and business actors, the Trenggalek district government, especially the Watulimo sub-district, launched an innovation called lapak 215. 215 was held to bring licensing services closer to users, namely business actors in Watulimo sub-district where the geographical conditions are mostly mountainous and coastal areas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative based on Rogers' attribute theory, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, Observability. As a result, the innovation of lapak 215 is more flexible, making it easier for business actors to make procedures and processes easy for users to understand and most importantly bring the government closer to the user community.AbstrakUsaha mikro merupakan salah satu usaha yang juga terdampak di masa pandemi ini. Guna mendukung berkembangnya usaha mikro dan pelaku usaha ,pemerintah kabupaten Trenggalek khususnya kecamatan Watulimo meluncurkan inovasi yang diberi nama lapak 215. Lapak 215 diadakan guna mendekatkan pelayanan perizinan ke para pengguna yaitu pelaku usaha di kecamatan watulimo yang mana kondisi geografisnya lebih banyak daerah pegunungan dan pesisir pantai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan teori atribut milik Rogers yaitu Relative Advantage (Keuntungan Relatif), Compatibility (Kesesuaian), Complexity (Kerumitan), Triability (Kemungkinan dicoba), Observability (Kemudahan diamati). Hasilnya inovasi lapak 215 ini lebih fleksibel, lebih memudahkan pelaku usaha dengan mudahnya prosedur dan prosesnya dimenegerti oeh pengguna dan yang terpenting mendekatkan pemerintah dengan masyarakat pengguna.

The increasing bullying trends become a fear and worry of the parents who are members of PKK cadres in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Therefore, parents should take a proper role in order to prevent the behavior, particularly those involving their children, either as victims, perpetrators, or witnesses. In order to realize that, the government of Kedungrejo Village cooperated with Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang Team to conduct Anti-Bullying Education activity for the cadres of PKK. This educational activity aimed to improve the parents’ insight regarding Bullying Behavior. Based on the educational activity that has been done, there was an increase in the cadres’ insight regarding bullying behavior, in which before the education was carried out, 2 participants understand the behavior, 2 others a little bit understand the behavior, while 17 others did not understand the behavior. Meanwhile, after the educational activity was carried out, all 21 participants strongly understand the bullying behavior, in which they can describe how the bullying behavior is, and how to prevent and overcome the behavior. Hence, it can be summed up that this educational activity can successfully increase the PKK cadres’ insight.ABSTRAKKecenderungan kasus perundungan yang semakin meningkat menjadi ketakutan dan kekhawatiran para orang tua yang tergabung dalam Kader PKK Desa Kedungrejo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Karena itu orang tua harus mengambil peran yang tepat untuk mencegah perilaku perundungan, terutama yang melibatkan anaknya, baik sebagai korban, tersangka, maupun saksi. Agar orang tua dapat mengambil peran yang tepat, pemerintah Desa Kedungrejo bekerjasama dengan Tim Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang untuk memberikan edukasi pada para kader PKK mengenai perilaku perundungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan orangtua mengenai Perilaku Perundungan. Berdasarkan kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada orang tua, di mana sebelum edukasi di lakukan, 2 orang peserta memahami, 2 orang peserta sedikit memahami, dan 17 orang perserta tidak memahami perilaku perundungan. Namun setelah edukasi di lakukan, didapatkan data bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 21 orang sangat paham dengan perilaku perundungan, dimana mereka dapat mengambarkan apa yang dimaksud dengan perundungan, bagaimana cara mencegah dan menanganinya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman para kader PKK.

Gerai Kopimi adalah kelompok usaha kecil yang memiliki lebih dari 500 anggota UMKM di wilayah kecamatan Semarang Selatan, mereka memiliki usaha yang berbeda, diantaranya usaha kuliner, warung kelontong dan sebagainya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan potensi pendapatan dari media sosial YouTube, dengan cara memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Gerai KOPIMI, untuk membuat saluran di YouTube dan memanfaatkan jumlah anggota yang besar untuk mendapatkan penghasilan dari konten yang dibuat secara kolektif pada saluran tersebut. Selain itu, kami membahas berbagai alat dan fitur yang tersedia di YouTube yang dapat membantu Gerai Kopimi dalam mengelola channel mereka, seperti YouTube Analytics dan YouTube Studio. Pemanfaatan fitur ini, Gerai Kopimi dapat mengukur kinerja channel mereka dan membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola bisnis mereka. Peningkatan kemampuan setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini sebesar 23,57% yang didapat dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada peserta yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

Abstrak:
The Sedudut river basin across RT 3 RW 6 Mulyorejo Subdistrict is still not managed well, causing problems such as silting of the river, uneven water flow, environmental pollution, accumulation of rubbish, unpleasant odors and lots of mosquitoes. The aim of community service is to raise awareness among residents and farmer cadets to manage river watersheds to become educational tourism pilots. The method used is community education and advocacy to local governments to create educational tourism targeting residents and farming cadets. The results have been the realization of pioneering educational tourism and institutional strengthening of Sariwongso farmer cadets in managing river watersheds. Support from RT administrators and community leaders increases the involvement of Taruna Tani Sariwangso in managing the Sedudut river basin. The benefits felt by local residents include: the flow of river water is smooth, so there are no piles of rubbish which cause odors and the growth of mosquitoes. The wareng system that has been built has increased from 3 to 5 warengs so that the management of river cleanliness by the residents of RT 3 RW 6 is getting better. The young group of Taruna Tani has been actively pioneering activities in RW6, strengthened by the issuance of the Decree on the Establishment of Taruna Tani which has been ratified by the local RT Head. The number of residents involved previously increased from 4 people to 16 people. The Malang City Government provides support for facilities (fish seeds, feed, harvest nets) and pedestrian infrastructure and fenced bridges to support educational tourism pilots for management of the Sedudut river area.ABSTRAKDaerah aliran sungai Sedudut melintasi RT 3 RW 6 Kelurahan Mulyorejo masih belum dikelola dengan baik sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti pendangkalan sungai, aliran air tidak lancar, pencemaran lingkungan, penumpukan sampah, berbau tidak sedap dan banyak nyamuk. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran warga dan taruna tani untuk mengelola daerah aliran sungai untuk dijadikan rintisan wisata edukasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan advokasi kepada pemerintah daerah untuk mewujudkan wisata edukasi dengan sasaran warga dan taruna tani. Hasilnya telah terwujud rintisan wisata edukasi dan penguatan kelembagaan taruna tani Sariwongso dalam mengelola daerah aliran sungai. Dukungan pengurus RT dan tokoh masyarakat menumbuhkan keterlibatan Taruna Tani Sariwangso untuk mengelola daerah aliran sungai Sedudut. Manfaat yang dirasakan warga sekitar, seperti: aliran air sungai lancar, sehingga tidak terjadi tumpukan sampah yang menyebabkan bau dan perkembangan nyamuk. Sistem wareng yang terbangun bertambah dari 3 menjadi 5 wareng sehingga pengelolaan kebersihan sungai oleh warga RT 3 RW 6 semakin baik. Kelompok muda Taruna Tani telah aktif merintis kegiatan di RW6 diperkuat dengan terbitnya SK Pendirian Taruna Tani yang telah disahkan Ketua RT setempat. Jumlah warga yang terlibat sebelumnya 4 orang menjadi 16 orang. Pemerintah Kota Malang memberikan dukungan sarana (benih ikan, pakan, alat jaring panen) dan prasarana pedesterian dan jembatan berpagar untuk mendukung rintisan wisata edukasi pengelolaan daerah sungai Sedudut.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the application of the 7P marketing mix marketing mix to UMKM Crab Food MC, Teluk Lerong Ulu Village, Samrinda City. This research was conducted from May 2022 to April 2023 at UMKM Crab Food MC. The sample size is 21 respondents using purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. The results of the study show that MSME Crab Food MC has been quite effective in implementing the 7p marketing mix marketing concept well. The variables that are already good include product, price, promotion, process and people or 5P which have been maximally carried out by MSME Crab Food MC. In addition, variables that must be improved include place variables, and physical condition variables, (2p) as well as being more creative in promoting existing products. This is based on the results of a simple SWOT analysis of marketing mix variables. Therefore the owner can increase marketing mix variables that are not yet optimal so that MSME Crab Food MC can develop better and get maximum profits

Abstrak:
Child labor is a term for employing children under 18 years of age. Child labor is the exploitation of a child for work usually on a low salary without other guarantees. The background of child labor due to poverty causes children to have to work to support their families. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, seeks to describe the causes of children working and the impact of children working. The research was carried out in Indramayu Regency, Sukabumi Regency, Ponorogo Regency, Malang Regency, Central Lombok Regency as the locations that contributed a lot of migrant workers abroad. The number of respondents was 150 children working in the informal sector, including migrant workers. The background of workers comes from poor families with low parental education levels. The findings of the cause of working children are parental poverty due to low parental education levels, lack of work skills, low income. The impact of working children experiencing exploitation includes 70% working more than 9 hours, getting wages but being cut without the child's knowledge, getting wages but not in accordance with the minimum wage standard, the promised work is not in accordance with reality (67%), loss of communication with parents 83%, and the occurrence of violence in the workplace such as discomfort, coercion, threats, prone to sexual harassment (50%). The impact of working children has a contribution to their family as much as 80%. Recommendations need to prevent the exploitation of child labor through empowering poor families in pockets of poverty. Preventive protection measures mean that the state, government, local governments, communities, families, and parents or guardians are fully responsible and obliged to implement child protection.
