Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of educational activities as well as devotion to the community which is a learning tool for students to actively contribute to society and help solve the problems faced. Participation is independent participation or active initiative in various activities and situations within a group or society. The participation of KKN students in the community is shown in teaching activities conducted at SDN 1 Sumberagung. The implementation of this teaching activity is done using question-and-answer learning methods to encourage students and students to understand the material submitted, and train to express their opinions. The use of audio, visual, and audiovisual learning media is also done by KKN students so that students can feel a new atmosphere and learning activities are getting interesting.

Kegiatan investasi saat ini menjadi salah satu alternatif pengelolaan keuangan bagi masyarakat. Karena dengan adanya investasi mampu menjalankan kembali roda perekonomian yang sempat menurun karena akibat dari kejadian Covid-19. Dengan adanya investasi ini dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi investor dalam jangka panjang.  Investasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat maupun pihak pemerintah yang membutuhkan bantuan dana investor untuk pembangunan proyek yang memberikan manfaat bagi khalayak umum. Pada saat ini penyelenggaraan investasi pada pemerintah daerah masih sangat terbatas dalam proses publikasi dan pendataannya. Sehingga beberapa proyek yang tertunda karena terkendala dana dari investor.  
Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan penelitian yang memiliki tujuan untuk mewadahi informasi peluang dan potensi investasi berbasis website untuk memudahkan para investor menemukan peluang investasi di Bandung. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi potensi dan peluang investasi ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang mampu mengelola dan menginformasikan. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing mendapat hasil 100% menampilkan bahwa sistem investasi dapat berjalan sesuai target awal pembuatan sistem.

A stroke is a brain attack that can result in disability. It is scarce to know the integration between complementary and alternative therapy into conventional treatment for stroke survivors. Indonesia has various complementary and alternative therapies due to the length of the country then it is necessary to know any types of complementary and alternative therapy used by patients. The study aims to explore the treatment of stroke patients using complementary and alternative therapies. The qualitative design with a phenomenological approach was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight families with stroke survivors according to the inclusion criteria and using source triangulation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. A selective analysis approach and focus are used for data analysis. Results showed there were three themes derived including types of complementary and alternative therapy, method of manufacture, method of administration, and therapeutic dose. Types of complementary and alternative therapies used by the participant include herbal therapy, massage, exercise, magnetic therapy, light therapy, thalassotherapy, electrical stimulation, and diet. Further research is needed to test the effectiveness, dosage, and safety procedures to combined with conventional treatment.

<p>Anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (Undang-Undang SPPA), meliputi anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum, anak korban dan anak saksi. Negara mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak anak, termasuk anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Dalam upaya perlindungan terhadap anak, kepentingan terbaik bagi anak merupakan pertimbangan utama dalam pengambilan keputusan berkaitan dengan anak khususnya anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Perlindungan bagi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dalam sistem peradilan pidana anak, belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan pemahaman melalui pengabdian kepada  masyarakat. Tim Pengabdian dari Universitas Semarang melakukan PkM dalam bentuk penyuluhan di Desa Poncoruso, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah penyuluhan dan tanya jawab, untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta selama ini mengenai perlindungan anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Poncoruso, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang mengenai perlindungan anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dalam sistem peradilan pidana anak dilihat dari berbagai pertanyaan berkaitan dengan tema yang dibahas kepada Tim Pengabdian, di antaranya mengenai anak yang melakukan tindak pidana atau anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum, kesepakatan diversi dan perlindungan bagi anak yang terlibat dalam tindak pidana (anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum).</p>

This study aimed to determine the ethics of tax evasion among non-employee individual taxpayers in Indonesia and classify the survey results into four generations: Baby Boomers, X, Millennials, and Z. For our investigation on the ethics of tax evasion, we employed the McGee questionnaire as a measuring instrument. This measuring instrument has been utilized in studies of a comparable nature in Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Turkish, among other languages and countries. This is the first investigation conducted in Indonesia. Individual non-employee taxpayers in Indonesia will not commit tax evasion if they believe the government has allocated public funds appropriately and if the current political and tax systems are perceived as ineffective or corrupt. The results indicate that Indonesian taxpayers tend not to engage in tax evasion for personal gain. In order to improve tax ethics and reduce tax evasion, it is necessary to increase the taxpayer's trust in the government, specifically by allocating tax funds efficiently and fostering public transparency.

This study aims to determine the effect of extroverted and introverted personalities on speaking skills. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method (expo facto), with a comparative causal design. The objects in this study were students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. The total population is 238 students, the sample size is 15%, namely 36 students. Accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there were 55.6% or 20 students with introverted personalities and 44.4% or 16 students with extroverted personalities. The results of the mean scores of students' speaking skills show that students with introverted personalities have better speaking skills scores than students who have extroverted personalities. The mean score of students with introverted personalities is 15.65 while the average score of students with extroverted personalities is 13.25. From the results of hypothesis testing with a one-way ANOVA test, the value of Fcount is 1.655, Ftable 4.13, a significance level of 0.05, so Fcount <Ftable, it is stated that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Based on the results of the above study, it was concluded that there was no influence between extroverted and introverted personality types on students' speaking skills.
 

Penyelenggaran rekam medis yang baik tidak lepas dari pencatatan yang konsisten dalam penggunaan simbol maupun singkatan medis. Simbol dan singkatan sudah diatur dalam SNARS Edition 1.1. Penyeragaman penggunaan simbol dan singkatan medis tujuannya adalah agar penulisan istilah dapat dipahami dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi antar tenaga kesehatan. Rumah sakit harus memiliki regulasi terkait simbol maupun singkatan yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping belum pernah dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait penggunaan simbol dan singkatan. Penelitian mengenai ketepatan penggunaan simbol dan singkatan juga belum pernah dilakukan, sehingga perlu dilakukan peninjauan terkait masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik purposive sampling dilakukan terhadap 100 sampel pada formulir IGD pasien rawat inap triwulan I tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum adanya monitoring dan evaluasi terkait penggunaan simbol dan singkatan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Persentase ketepatan penggunaan simbol sebesar 27% dan persentase ketepatan penggunaan singkatan sebesar 37%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketidaktepatan penggunaan simbol dan singkatan medis disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi kepada tenaga kesehatan terkait, serta terdapat ketidakpatuhan petugas dalam menggunakan simbol dan singkatan medis yang telah diatur dalam buku pedoman yang berlaku di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping.

This study aims to explain leadership path goal theory. Literature study is used as a method in research. The data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals that have similar topics, then made into writings and conclusions. The results of the study show that using path goal leadership can increase employee motivation. The results applied with the application of the path goal leadership style can increase employee motivation. Path-goal theory recognizes four leadership behaviors for increasing subordinate motivation. The four path-goal leadership styles that serve to provide structure and reward to subordinates are directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection using documentation techniques and the data used is in the form of Realization Reports of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the North Kalimantan Provincial Government. Furthermore, this data is analyzed using financial ratios, namely the growth ratio and compatibility ratio. The results of the study show that there has been an increase in regional spending by the North Kalimantan Provincial Government and the calculation of the compatibility ratio shows that the Regional Government of North Kalimantan Province for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years in allocating their funds for activities prioritizes operational spending, namely 72.19% and 80.35% the comparison is much greater with capital expenditure which is only 27.80% and 19.06%.

The mind mapping learning model is a creative note-taking technique using diverse images, symbols, shapes, colors that can help students remember, plan things, help be more creative in solving problems, and focus attention. Mind mapping can be described as a map that uses memory, allowing us to structure facts and ideas in such a way that the natural workings of our brain will be involved from the beginning so that remembering information will be easier and more reliable than using ordinary notes. The mind mapping learning model also plays an important role in helping students understand and master concepts. This system can develop all the potentials, capacities, and abilities of the human brain thus ensuring a higher level of creativity and thinking ability. This study aims to determine the role of mind mapping in improving systematic thinking in students at SMP Islam Hegarmanah. Data collection is carried out through the results of learning activities with the mind mapping method. The results showed that Mind Mapping can play an important role in improving systematic thinking skills in students.
