This research aims to know the knowledge and attitude of pregnant mothers about hepatitis in the Siompu District, South Buton District. The research uses descriptive qualitative design using thematic analysis, A semi-structured one-on-one interview through a face-to-face interview at Siompu. The interviews are recorded and transcribed word by word and then analyzed thematically. A total of 5 pregnant women participated in this study with a response rate of 93.7%, and each interview lasted 20 to 40 minutes. Five thematic categories were identified, while the participant’s psychological experiences were classified into five stages, namely (1) perception: the presence of anxiety; (2) attitudes: fears, and doubts about viruses; (3) transitional periods: complex and diverse psychological feelings; (4) adaptation period: self-adaptation and assistance from external support; and (5) reflection period: reflection on life and nature. The results study showed that the perception in pregnant women of hepatitis infection is still less, while pregnant mothers showed a very positive attitude towards therapy and immunization. So, it is highly recommended to raise awareness about the hepatitis virus, the ways of transmission, and possible treatment options.

A consistent building maintenance period has become a requirement that must be met, especially for buildings that are used commercially. As one part of the construction process, post-construction building maintenance has an important role to ensure the life of building construction. Lack of understanding of work methods, procedures, standardization of maintenance, and equipment used for maintenance activities of building elements also affects the age of building construction. This activity aims to carry out building maintenance in the form of repainting the meeting hall building to provide comfort and safety for the community, both for housing or residence, religious activities, business activities, social and cultural activities, and other special activities. The method used is in the form of socialization and direct practice of painting meeting halls. The result of this community service activity is that it has finished repainting the meeting hall of the Muktiharjo Kidul Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City so that it looks more beautiful and comfortable.</em></p><p align="justify"><span><br /></span></p>

Amola Village is a village located in Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Generally, the people there work as farmers, gardeners and civil servants (PNS) as well as entrepreneurs. The method used in this community service activity is a focus group discussion with an interactive question and answer lecture between the servant and pregnant women which lasts for 40 minutes. The number of pregnant women is all pregnant women in Amola village, Binuang sub-district, Polewali Mandar district, with a total of 40 pregnant women. Before the educational activity was carried out, a pre-test was given and after the activity, a post-test was given using a questionnaire instrument containing 10 questions about balanced nutrition in pregnant women. This activity was carried out in Tanete Hamlet, Amola Village, Kec. binuang district. polewali mandarin. Maintaining a nutritional balance in pregnant women is very necessary so that the condition of the mother and fetus remains healthy by providing sufficient food containing carbohydrates and fats as a source of energy. And as a source of protein building blocks, you get a minimum addition of iron, calcium, vitamins, folic acid and energy. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in balanced nutrition. The method is carried out by providing education about balanced nutrition to pregnant women, carried out in Amola Village, Tanete Hamlet, Kec. Binuang Kab. Polewali Mandar. From the results of this community service activity, after being given counseling and given leaflets, pregnant women's knowledge increased after an oral evaluation was carried out.

<p align="justify"><span>The world of education is one of the sectors that has been affected and has undergone drastic changes in teaching and learning activities from face-to-face to online. The activities that students must participate in, namely the student study service (KKN), must also be carried out independently around their environment. In the current pandemic situation, teenagers in the village have much free time that can be filled with beneficial activities and increase knowledge and abilities, so it is necessary to carry out additional skills training. This KKN is a community service activity carried out by one of the students of the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Semarang is conducting basic SketchUp software training for teenagers in RT.04 RW.01 Pepe Village, Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency. KKN students conduct training by making videos to explain the material and doing hands-on practice from house to house with several teenagers in the village. The teenagers seemed enthusiastic and interested in the software used and in the world of civil engineering and architecture. The activity went smoothly and provided benefits in increasing knowledge and abilities after training.</span></p>

Cystitis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae that, if left untreated, causes lasting impairment, worsens the patient's psychological health, and even reduces productivity. The importance of health and the willingness to adhere to a treatment plan are heavily influenced by the family, who are the patient's closest relatives. Smartphones are a communication and information source that are readily available to society in the age of digitization because of its effectiveness in terms of time, energy, and cost. Proof is still required for the development of this application. An exploratory design and two-stage RD methodologies are used in the study. The examination of patient compliance with therapy and the support of their families during the first stage of application prototype. Evaluation using purposive sampling techniques in 20 patients. The second stage of socialization and application eligibility testing in 10 patients Data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis is done descriptively and analytically. The results of the study showed relatively good family support (50%) and low patient medication adherence (80%). At the development stage, the app produces menus for patients and families: education, checking records, calendars, and consultations. The test results of the application have received good acceptance from users. The development of the medication reminder application can be used as a medium to help the cyst patient and their family complete the treatment program received by the patient.

Abstract
 
This study aims to determine the behavior of students in accelerated class, in increasing knowledge in the library of SMP Negeri 1 Tembilahah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive narrative method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that all the accelerated VIII graders at SMP Negeri 1 Tembilahah Hulu had increased their knowledge by taking books directly on the shelf and searching the internet if the additional knowledge was deemed insufficient.
 
The use of technology that can support information needs is in great demand by students of class VIII acceleration. The purpose of adding knowledge is for assignments given by the teacher, to support skills and interests, to understand the material and to gain insight. The media used by accelerated VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tembilahah Hulu still use books in the library and books that they access at their favorite bookstores.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. By describing, describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting events and facts into research results. The results of the study show that employee performance evaluation has been carried out routinely through SKP (Employee Performance Targets). Thus so far, the evaluation itself has been running effectively and quickly

Anemia is a condition of the body in which the level of hemoglobin in the blood is less than normal. The prevalence rate of anemia in adolescents aged 15-24 years is 32%. According to WHO, normal hemoglobin levels for women over 15 years of age are >12.0 g/dl (>7.5 mmol). Anemia has a negative impact on the health of a teenager if it occurs continuously. The purpose of this investigation is to ascertain how the SMA 3 Kendari students' food, nutritional status, use of blood-supplement tablets, and menstrual cycle relate to the occurrence of anemia in 2023.. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. The sample of this research was 94 respondents who were selected using a purposive-sampling technique and were analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that there were 56.4% who had cases of anemia and 43.6% who were not anemic. There is a relationship between diet (p value = 0.014), nutritional status (p value = 0.012) and consumption of blood supplement tablets (p value = 0.027) There is no correlation between the menstrual cycle and anemia occurrence (p value = 0.413) and the incidence of anemia. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between diet, there is a correlation between nutritional status and the use of blood-supplement tablets with the prevalence of anemia, but not with the menstrual cycle.

Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.
