Abstrak:
Anemia is a common complication in cancer patients, especially in advanced stages, which affects quality of life and response to therapy. This study aims to analyze the relationship between cancer stage and hemoglobin (Hb) levels in female patients undergoing chemotherapy. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design and involved 54 female cancer patients at the H. Adam Malik General Hospital Polyclinic, Medan. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using the Spearman's rho test to determine the relationship between cancer stage and Hb levels. The majority of respondents were in stage 3 (48.1%) and stage 4 (37.0%), with 63% experiencing moderate anemia (Hb 8–10 g/dL). The results of the Spearman test showed a significant positive correlation between cancer stage and Hb levels (r = 0.683; p = 0.000), indicating that the more advanced the cancer stage, the lower the hemoglobin levels tend to be. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between cancer stage and hemoglobin levels in female patients. These results emphasize the importance of monitoring Hb levels in clinical management and nursing care of cancer patients, especially in advanced stages.

Abstrak:
Elementary school-aged children have unique characteristics, such as enjoying play, movement, group activities, and hands-on learning. Most students at this age prefer practical activities over theoretical instruction. Therefore, primary education aims to support and develop children's growth in accordance with their developmental tasks. Elementary school teachers play a crucial role in integrating these developmental needs into the learning process. The implementation of education at the elementary level must align with national regulations and policies, including standards for management, assessment, facilities, final examinations (UASBN), and teacher qualifications. Learning evaluation is a critical component in ensuring educational quality. However, in practice, teachers often face challenges such as limited time and a lack of understanding in assessing affective and psychomotor domains. As a result, solutions such as teacher training and more effective classroom management are necessary. This study aims to identify the challenges and proposed solutions related to the implementation of learning evaluations in elementary schools based on interviews with educational practitioners.

Abstrak:
The problem experienced by teachers is that teachers have limitations in conducting assessments during learning due to the lack of teacher insight in accessing creative and interactive assessment support applications by utilizing technology. The main problem in learning based on LCD projector technology in schools is the incompatibility between innovative learning methods and assessments that are still commonplace. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of interactive assessments based on quizizz. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, the research subjects are homeroom teachers and students. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation of learning outcomes, recordings of the learning process, journals and books. The results of the study showed that there was an assessment of the development of elementary school children's learning. The results of the study showed a significant positive influence from the use of quizizz on increasing learning motivation and achieving minimum student competencies. The impact after the evaluation activity of using the quizizz paper mode application was carried out increased student learning motivation and student participation during the activity.

Abstrak:
This research aims to (1) Understand the contextual-based mathematics learning process and current Islamic values. (2) Produce a contextually based Mathematics E-Module product design and Islamic values ??in Class VIII SPLDV material carried out by the Batanghari Islamic Qurani Middle School. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages. The research subjects were 13 students in class VIII of SMP Islam Qurani Batanghari. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained is the validity and practicality of the product. The results of this research identified that there is no innovation in the learning process in learning methods that only use general methods, namely lecture, discussion, demonstration, and memorization. Our teaching materials also include student worksheets (LKS) and teacher handbooks. Then, this study produced a product in the form of a contextually based Mathematics E-Module and Islamic values ??, which received the predicate of validity with an average score of 91%, and practicality based on student response questionnaires with an average score of 87% with very practical criteria. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the Mathematics E-Module based on contextual and Islamic values ??in SPLDV Class VIII material at Islamic Middle School Qurani Batanghari is suitable for use as teaching material in junior high schools.

This study investigated the effectiveness of using the Wordwall website as a learning strategy to enhance students' vocabulary mastery. Employing a quasi-experimental design, the research involved a control group and an experimental group from [mention specific school/level, e.g., a junior high school in Medan]. Data were collected using a vocabulary test (pre-test and post-test) and analyzed using t-test statistical analysis. The findings indicated a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery among students in the experimental group who utilized the Wordwall website compared to the control group. This suggests that the Wordwall website is an effective and engaging tool for improving students' vocabulary acquisition. The study recommends the integration of interactive digital platforms like Wordwall into language learning curricula to support vocabulary development.

Abstrak:
This study aims to evaluate whether numerical results from IRE exams can accurately reflect students' overall spiritual comprehension. Through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, the study finds that relying solely on test scores is insufficient to assess students’ faith and spiritual insight. Significant differences in learning outcomes between schools suggest that variations in teaching methods and assessment systems contribute to these disparities. Interviews with students and teachers reveal that IRE exams, which tend to emphasize memorization, fall short in uncovering deeper understanding of religious values. In contrast, assessment approaches that are more relevant to everyday life, encourage reflection, utilize narrative methods, and observe student behavior are perceived as more effective. Therefore, an ideal model for assessing Islamic Religious Education should integrate both cognitive evaluation and spiritual reflection through a comprehensive, holistic approach. By combining written assessments with contextual inquiry, personal reflection, and behavioral observation, educators can gain a more accurate and authentic picture of students’ religious understanding. Such a multifaceted evaluation system not only enhances the relevance of PAI but also supports the formation of students who genuinely embody Islamic values in their daily lives.

Abstrak:
Sengketa waris dalam hukum Islam sering kali menuntut adanya peran mujtahid, khususnya hakim, dalam menafsirkan dan menerapkan kaidah hukum untuk mencapai keadilan bagi para pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini ini menganalisis peran mujtahid dalam suatu kasus sengketa waris yang melibatkan status harta bersama, harta bawaan, serta keberadaan utang pewaris. Berdasarkan Pasal 35 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019, serta Pasal 97 Kompilasi Hukum Islam, hakim harus memastikan bahwa pembagian harta dilakukan sesuai ketentuan hukum Islam. Dalam kasus ini, hakim sebagai mujtahid menilai bahwa harta yang disengketakan merupakan harta bersama yang belum dibagi, sehingga janda pewaris berhak atas setengah bagian sebelum pembagian warisan kepada ahli waris lainnya. Selain itu, dalam menentukan keberadaan utang pewaris, hakim menggunakan prinsip pembuktian dalam Pasal 163 HIR dan Pasal 174 HIR, di mana pengakuan tergugat di persidangan menjadi bukti sempurna terkait utang yang diakui. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mujtahid dalam kasus ini tidak hanya sebatas menerapkan hukum secara tekstual, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek keadilan substantif dengan mengacu pada dalil-dalil hukum, fakta persidangan, dan prinsip keadilan dalam Islam. Dengan demikian, penerapan ijtihad oleh hakim dalam perkara ini memastikan bahwa pembagian warisan dilakukan secara sah, adil, dan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Dalam putusan nomor 596/Pdt.G/2023/PA.SKA dalam sengketa waris putusan tersebut hanya saja diselesaikan antara kedua belah pihak yang bersengketa sehingga menurut penulis perlu adanya keberadaan mujtahid dalam sengketa waris tersebut agar memberikan kepastian hukum jelas.

Abstrak:
Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the succes of an organization. In simple terms, administration is a process that includes planning, organizing, controling, and supervising various activities to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze employee training administration at PT INKA (Persero). The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result show that the administration of employee training at PT INKA (Persero) still faces challenges, mainly due to the lack of awareness among some employees, about the importance of organiizng training document properly. Moreover, imporevemnts are needed in the areas of record-keeping, documentation, and traininf data management to ensure a more systmatic and structured approach.

Abstrak:
Study English to 6th grade students of Suralaya Primary School. Data collection uses questionnaires or questionnaires that are loaded with indicators of the influence of gadgets and learning interests. The sample in the study was 40 students, in class VI of Suralaya Primary School. The Research Method that researchers choose is Quantitative, with questionnaires to 40 students. From the results of the study, it was found that as many as 98% of students increased their interest in learning English and 2% of students remained. Gadgets have a positive impact for Suralaya's 6th grade students, including facilitating communication, serving as a means of entertainment, increasing comfort in learning, and expanding knowledge. To reduce the negative impact of using gadgets, parents need to have an understanding of them, provide instructions, give explanations, give advice to children, as well as limit the duration of use of the device by children.

This study aims to examine the existence of the Church in the context of salvation history from the perspective of systematic theology, focusing on the role and vocation of the ecclesia as the community of God's people. The background of this study departs from the belief that the Church is not just a religious institution, but has an existential and historical basis in God's saving work. The Church acts as an extension of Christ's mission which is continued in the power of the Holy Spirit. In this research, the author uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data sources consist of the Holy Bible, theological books related to the title, as well as relevant theological journal articles. This research was conducted to understand the relationship between the Church's identity and its participation in salvation history, both dogmatically and functionally. The results show that the Church is called to be an active witness in the work of salvation, by carrying out prophetic, liturgical, and social functions. As an ecclesia, the Church is not just a collection of individual believers, but a community that lives in relationship with Christ as the Head. The discussion emphasizes that the Church has a mandate to live in unity, holiness, catholicity, and apostolate, all of which are rooted in God's grace. In conclusion, the existence of the Church in salvation history is eschatological and missionary. The Church is called to be a sign and means of salvation, and to take part in the salvation of the world.
