Business ethics play an important role in creating and maintaining a healthy work culture in a company. PT Link Net Tbk is a company that operates based on the principles of business ethics. This research discusses how the application of business ethics principles can influence a company's internal dynamics.
The Research was conducted through direct observation. Research shows that business ethics have become the basis for internal policies, decision-making, and management-employee relations.
Researchers took two divisions as samples for comparison, namely the construction division and the marketing division. There are differences between the two divisions in maintaining the work environment. Considering that the marketing division has tighter competition between sales some business ethics are not paid attention to, which causes frequent conflicts in the work environment.
The results of this research indicate that ethical business practices are critical to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment, which will ultimately support the company's long-term success.

Kemampuan penalaran matematis adalah kemampuan yang dinilai penting dimiliki siswa dalam mempelajari matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita SPLDV. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pekerjaan siswa terhadap soal tes, siswa dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok kemampuan kognitif yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah, masing-masing kelompok dipilih satu orang untuk dijadikan subjek penelitian. Dengan demikian subjek penelitian ini ada tiga orang yaitu siswa dengan kemampuan kognitif tinggi (T), sedang (S), dan rendah (R). Indikator pertama penalaran matematis yaitu mengajukan dugaan mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T, S, dan R. Indikator kedua penalaran matematis yaitu manipulasi matematika mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T dan subjek S. Indikator ketiga penalaran matematis yaitu memberikan bukti dan alasan terhadap solusi yang dioeroleh hanya mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T. Indikator keempat penalaran matematis yaitu menarik kesimpulan tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh ketiga subjek.

This research aims to determine the validity of developing learning media in the form of board games on the structure and function of plant tissue, using ADDIE model development research which will be validated by media experts, material experts, teachers and 20 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 16 Malang. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to test the appearance, material, and ease of use of the board game learning media being developed. The results of the research showed that at the analysis stage there were still some students who had not actively participated independently, so a design was carried out to develop a board game by adapting the components of the Ministry of National Education (2008), followed by media development where the validation results from media experts, material experts and teachers showed the average scores were 4.84, 4.91, and 4.75 in the valid category, while the test results from students showed a result of 4.82 in the feasible category. This is because the board game contains pictures that match the material and are able to increase student activity through active participation of students in the game.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, job engagement, organizational environment on the performance of Tpi Tasik Agung Rembang employees. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was TPI Tasik Agung Rembang, this study used non-probability techniques with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and performance partially, job engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance partially, the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on performance partially. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.341 or 34.1% showed that performance variables were influenced by organizational culture variables, job engagement, organizational environment while 65.9% were influenced by other variables

This study aims to examine the effect of tax-deferred assets, tax planning and free cash flow on earnings management. The population in this study are companies in the property & real estate sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method, with several predetermined criteria, there are 8 companies with observations for 5 years, so that the total sample is 40 financial report data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the eviews 9 program. The results of the regression test in this study prove that deferred tax assets, tax planning and free cash flow simultaneously influence earnings management. Meanwhile, partially free cash flow has a negative effect on earnings management, while deferred tax assets and tax planning have no effect on earnings management.

Introduction: The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that cancer sufferers worldwide in 2020 will reach 19.3 million cases with a death rate of up to 10 million people. Riskesdas data for 2018 shows the prevalence of cancer in Indonesia is 1.49%. Chemotherapy in cancer patients often causes anxiety as a psychological effect. Family is the closest person for cancer patients in dealing with their illness. Family support for cancer patients is needed to lift the patient's mentality and enthusiasm for life. Purpose: This study was to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety levels in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method: Correlational descriptive with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital in December 2022 - January 2023, with a sample of 185 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Results: 38.9% of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Dharmais Cancer Hospital experienced severe anxiety, 49.7% patients experienced moderate anxiety, 11.4% of patients experienced mild anxiety, and most of the cancer patients had good family support (60.5%). The results of the bivariate analysis of the Spearman rank test obtained p value: 0.000, and r: 0.506. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between family support and the anxiety level of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, where the better the family support, the lighter the anxiety of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

<p class="Default"><em>The performance of a financial company can affect stock prices where stock prices sometimes experience increases and decreases. The stock price is very influential on stock returns for investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio. While the dependent variable in this study is stock returns. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 27 based on certain criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The result of this study is significance value of the variabel Return On Assets is 0,099 &gt; 0,05, variable Return On Equity is 0,950 &gt; 0,05, and variable Current Ratio is 0,153, so hyphotesis is rejected. The conclusion of this study that Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio have no significant effect on stock returns.</em></p><p class="Default"><em>Keywords : Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, stock returns. </em><em></em></p>

Entrepreneurship is no longer something foreign to understand and even do, especially in the current era of globalization and digitalization. Many people understand entrepreneurship and there are even people who have become successful entrepreneurs, but how to become an entrepreneur, how to start or what to do is still unclear. Many people don't understand it, and the same goes for today's young people, there are still some who don't understand how to start becoming an entrepreneur. Even though there are also many young people in other big cities who have successfully owned several businesses. OnThis opportunity for Community Service wants to provide insight into understanding how to start becoming an entrepreneur at a young age by exploring the potential that exists in each person or by looking at the surrounding environment, hobbies and so on. So as to provide motivation for young people, especially those who join in King Generation Indonesian Bethel Church Jomblang Semarang Branch. The activity will be held by holding a seminar with presentations and opportunities for questions and answers. The hope is that with this activity, young people will be motivated to explore their potential and develop what they have to become young entrepreneurs

Setabelan Village, located in Banjarsari Sub-district, is one of the four working areas of the Setabelan Health Center. The village experiences a high incidence of Osteoarthritis knee cases in elderly women, with 28 cases per month and 246 cases per year. The main complaint among patients is knee pain. To address this issue, a program was implemented to educate and provide understanding on how to manage knee osteoarthritis, as well as home-based exercise. The program involved counseling sessions on osteoarthritis knee health promotion, using leaflets as a counseling medium. The target participants were the elderly members of Pos Lansia Wijaya Kusuma. The author conducted a pre-test and post-test to evaluate the participants’ level of understanding. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with the participants’ average questionnaire score increasing from 1.57 in the pre-test to 5.57 in the post-test. This indicates a 4.00 increase in understanding among the participants of Pos Lansia Wijaya Kusuma.

Wanprestasi yang sering terjadi dalam perjanjian biasanya disebabkan karena salah satu pihak    tidak memenuhi kewajiban sesuai dengan yang disepakati dalam perjanjian tersebut, demikian juga yang terjadi dalam perjanjian  sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang,  sehingga menimbulkan sengketa yang harus diselesaikan.  Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini akan mengkaji cara penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi tersebut dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis/tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, dengan spesifikasi penelitian diskriptif analitis.    Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi  pada  Sanggar Hanny Semarang  tahun 2021.    Sampel tersebut diambil dengan cara  purpsive. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang dilakukan dengan cara kekeluargaan secara musyawarah dan mufakat dengan meminta pertanggungjawaban dari pihak penyewa karena perbuatan yang dilakukan pihak penyewa menimbulkan kerugian materiil dengan jumlah ganti rugi yang harus dibayaroleh pihak penyewa busana dan dekorasi Sanggar Hanny Semarang ditentukan berdasarkan kesepakatan para pihak. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi tersebut adalah  1) kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki masyarakat mengenai kekuatan hukum pada perjanjian tidak tertulis, 2) penyewa masih banyak yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana hak dan kewajibannya, 3) sulitnya beracara meminta pergantian kerugian sewa menyewa di pengadilan.  Kendala tersebut diatasi dengan cara 1) melakukan pendekatan persuasif melalui media massa (media elektronik dan jejaring media sosial) mengenai persoalan hukum khususnya yang terkait dengan perjanjian 2) menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang hak dan kewajiban dari para pihak yang melakukan perjanjian sewa menyewa sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dalam KUHPerdata dan UUPK, 3) membantu proses aduan, klaim kerugian dan pembayarannya dalam menyelesaikan pemberian ganti kerugian sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dari wanprestasi yang telah dilakukan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku dengan mengutamakan penyelesaian secara damai dan cepat tanpa harus melalui proses pengadilan.
