This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Economic development will have an impact on changes in the economic structure towards a better stage, so that socio-economic aspects in society can be seen in the form of reduced poverty, unemployment, and increased people's purchasing power. Unstable economic growth has resulted in Indonesia still being in the middle income zone, therefore the participation of all elements of the government, society and the banking sector is no exception. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large. Especially in the Islamic economy, Islamic banking seeks to accelerate economic growth by carrying out financial, commercial and investment activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Islamic banks are not only banks that eliminate the interest system in their operations but also carry out social welfare oriented roles. The Islamic banking industry has a strategic role in the development of the people's economy, contributing to transforming the economy into productive, value-added and inclusive economic activities.

The progress of Islamic banking in Indonesia led to the merger of three Islamic banks, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BRI Syariah became PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. Financial performance is expected to improve compared to before, indicating the success of the merger. This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance using a comparative analysis of the profitability ratio of state-owned Islamic banks before the merger in 2019-2020 and after merging into PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. for 2021-2022 by measuring the level of ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios in each bank. Data collection is used using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using paired T-tests to determine there were significant differences before and after the merger. The results showed that there was a significant increase in each ratio after the merger. This indicates that there is an increase in financial performance after the merger.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), tingkat suku bunga, kupon, jatuh tempo dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap Yield To Maturity (YTM) Obligasi Pemerintah. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis obligasi pemerintah dengan kupon Fixed Rate (FR) dengan denominasi Rupiah 2018 – 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling purposive, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 23 obligasi seri FR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variable independent dengan dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa secara parsial PDB tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, suku bunga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, kupon berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, jatuh tempo tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap YTM.

Building materials that emit pollutants, are non-renewable, and generate environmental waste require attention. Wood, a popular and natural material, is facing increasing scarcity, necessitating a substitute. Laminated bamboo emerges as the most akin and natural alternative to wood. Research into laminated bamboo encompasses diverse cross-sections, joint types, and field applications, demanding further investigation.This study aimed to ascertain failure types and damage patterns in laminated bamboo hollow section beam-column joints modified with glue-in rod-bracket connections, using petung bamboo (dendrocalamus asper). The research employed an experimental approach with descriptive analysis. Joint failures were evaluated based on moment-rotation relationships within prescribed rotational limits per standards, while joint damage was assessed through visual inspection of joint components.The study's dependent variables included thread rod diameters of 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 4 6 embedded thread rods, while the independent variables were failure types and joint collapses. Results revealed serviceability failures in samples 8.6, 10.4, and 10.6. Joint damage across all test specimens primarily manifested as broken thread rods. The highest joint strength observed was 6.28 kNm in sample 10.6, with the lowest at 2.25 kNm in sample 6.4.Based on the findings, increasing thread rod diameters to achieve ductile joints resulted in longer rotations but did not meet the planned strength due to bracket-induced prying effects causing bolt head failure. Despite this, the collapse type aligned with the research plan. Addressing the bracket's fulcrum effect during field applications requires solutions, potentially involving enlarging the bracket's base and increasing the number of thread rod points. The tests did not damage the laminated bamboo components, emphasizing the need to consider laminated bamboo cross-sectional dimensions and thread rod fulcrum effects in subsequent tests to ensure uniform component performance. 

In the last few decades, a global understanding of the significance of using science in harmony with nature for the benefit of sustainable global development has been established and implemented in a number of projects. The notion required by humanity to ensure that all economic operations are balanced and sustainable is found in Islamic economics, or fiqh muamalah. The absence of studies, conversations, and discussions within a philosophical framework, however, ignores all parties to the real purposes and development of Islamic economics. The goal of this study is to examine how science and religion relate to sustainable development. Islamic economics will play a key part in this analysis as a science that is compatible with religious instruction. A library method using philosophical approach and descriptive data analysis was employed in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that the epistemological foundation of Islamic economics suggests that there can be beneficial effects on sustainable development from the coexistence of science and religion. Unfortunately, these theories are not fully applied in society's economic transactions as a whole, which leads to the ongoing danger to ecosystem sustainability posed by environmental degradation caused by industrial waste.

This article aims to understand the concept of ideal marriage to prevent the practice of underage marriage and to understand the legal responsibility of parents for the marriage of underage children as an effort to implement child protection norms. That the legal responsibility of parents regarding child marriage is important is a common concern as an effort to provide protection for the fulfillment of children's rights. Thus, the focus of this article is not only on the marital aspect, but also on family relationships as a whole as an effort to create an environment that supports children's development. This type of research is normative legal research carried out by examining literature related to the research object. The results of this research show that the ideal marriage must be realized by every husband and wife by not entering into underage marriages. Marriage can be said to be ideal if it has three elements, namely biological, economic and psychological abilities. Children under the age of marriage do not have the ability to deal with problems that arise in the household. Married minors must still receive guarantees and protection from all forms of discrimination and other wrongful treatment. Parents have the responsibility to fulfill the rights of children married under age to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. This involves protecting basic rights such as the right to life, the right to identity, the right to education, and the right to health of children. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep perkawinan yang ideal untuk mencegah praktik perkawinan di bawah umur dan mengetahui tanggung jawab hukum orang tua terhadap perkawinan anak di bawah umur sebagai upaya penerapan norma perlindungan anak. Bahwa tanggung jawab hukum orang tua terhadap perkawinan anak penting menjadi perhatian bersama sebagai upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada pemenuhan hak anak. Sehingga, fokus artikel ini tidak hanya pada aspek perkawinan, tetapi juga pada hubungan keluarga secara keseluruhan sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkawinan yang ideal harus diwujudkan oleh setiap pasangan suami-istri dengan cara tidak melangsungkan perkawinan di bawah umur. Perkawinan dapat dikatakan ideal jika sudah mempunyai tiga unsur yaitu kemampuan biologis, ekonomis dan psikis. Anak di bawah umur melangsungkan perkawinan kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam menghadapi masalah-masalah yang muncul dalam rumah tangga. Anak di bawah umur yang telah kawin tetap harus mendapatkan jaminan dan perlindungan dari segala bentuk diskriminatif dan perlakuan salah lainnya. Orang tua punya tanggung jawab memenuhi hak-hak anak yang dikawinkan di bawah umur untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak-hak anak. Hal ini melibatkan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak dasar seperti hak atas kehidupan, hak atas identitas, hak pendidikan, dan hak kesehatan anak.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the acquisition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur against PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. This research took PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur as a research object. The research method is literature and interview methods that explain or describe observational data without statistical tests. From the results of the analysis, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur has a more efficient route for distributing its products to the market with the company PT. Indomarco Adi Prima is an important distributor with a network in almost all regions of Indonesia. Indonesian distributor Indofood Sakmur is an Indonesian Distributor of Indofood Makmur to the best market in Indonesia, Indonesia and Indonesia.

Regional growth centers assume the ability to integrate as many development interests as possible among those with an interest in development. Thus, regional growth centers also mean qualitative development and/or growth. Theoretically and empirically, inclusive economic growth is closely related to regional development. The existence of sub-regions in Aceh needs special attention, in order to develop the concept of regions as centers of development. During the New Order era, the concept of regional development was apparently renewed.

Anemia is a significant concern during pregnancy, requiring proper treatment to prevent ongoing issues. This study aims to explore interventions for preventing anemia in pregnant women. Using databases like Ebsco, Pubmed, Proquest, and ScienceDirect with keywords 'intervention,' 'prevention of anemia,' and 'pregnancy,' articles meeting inclusion criteria—focusing on anemia prevention interventions, RCT/Quasi experiment research designs, full text, and publication between 2011–2020—were sought. Initially, 1,052 articles were retrieved, and after screening and validity assessment, the study considered the last 7 eligible articles. The findings addressed four main intervention themes: new iron supplements, nutritional provision, handbook utilization, and health promotion for pregnant women. This research sheds light on various interventions available for preventing anemia during pregnancy.

MSMEs are one of the strengths in economic development in Semarang City, especially in the food sector. However, food MSMEs are the first rank that have not registered a brand. The current rise in imitation and counterfeiting of brands has made legal protection of brands an important requirement in business development. The problem in this research is how to legally protect brand rights for food MSMEs in Semarang City. This research aims to provide knowledge to food MSMEs about legal protection of brand rights so that food MSME businesses can develop with legal certainty. This research uses an empirical normative juridical approach and is descriptive analysis. The results of the research were that the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Semarang City provided free brand registration facilities for MSMEs that were only supported, and many problems were found related to the legal protection of brand rights in the City of Semarang..
