<p>Catatan akhir tahun 2023 dari Aliansi Jurnalis Independen menyatakan bahwa tren kekerasan terhadap jurnalis cenderung meningkat, terkhusus dalam serangan digital. Dampak serangan digital sangat mengganggu kerja jurnalis. Serangan digital juga menjadi salah satu indikasi adanya deligitimasi tugas pers sebagai pilar keempat demokrasi. Serangan digital tidak hanya menyasar ke media pewarta saja, namun juga pada personal jurnalisnya. Sementara itu perlindungan terhadap profesi ini juga mengalami posisi dilematis dengan kondisi yang belum tegak dan kuat serta menjamin keselamatannya dalam menjalankan tugas jurnalistiknya. Oleh karena itu, riset ini bertujuan mengungkapkan pengalaman para jurnalis terkait dengan serangan digital yang pernah dialaminya dan keterkaitannya dengan perlindungan profesi.  Apa saja bentuk serangan digital, dan bagaimana cara mereka melindungi diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil temuan riset ini menunjukkan serangan yang pernah diterima adalah peretasan, doxing, D-Dos, dan Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO). Upaya perlindungan terhadap jurnalis dalam menghadapi serangan digital masih jauh dari optimal. Kelemahan ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya regulasi yang memadai, seperti yang terlihat pada Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers yang belum secara rinci mengatur mengenai kekerasan berbasis digital. Perlindungan hukum yang masih terpaku pada Undang-Undang ITE juga belum cukup efektif dalam menanggapi kasus kekerasan terhadap jurnalis di ranah digital. Para informan dalam riset ini juga memaparkan kegelisahan sekaligus ketidakberdayaan mereka dalam perlindungan  hukum terutama dalam kasus serangan digital.</p>

During this pandemic, most of people’s activities are carried out through digital media. Both learning and working processes are using the video-conference platform, a platform deemed effective to facilitate the needs of distance communication. One of the limitations of using video-conference lies in difficulty in understanding emotional conditions based on solely camera video. Hence, speakers generally do not know their interlocutors’ feelings related to the materials being presented. Grounded on this issue, we examined a facial expressions-based emotion recognition tool. Micro expression is one of the micro-languages of communication. Machine learning model developed in this study was Deep Learning with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The library that was used was Keras, this was used to recognize micro expression pattern. Additionally, OpenCV was also used for the general face recognition process. Both libraries were operated using Python programming language. The result of the micro expression test involving thirty participants detected three types of facial expression, namely joy, sadness, and anger expression. However, face recognition applied in the present study still needed some improvements, especially for anger and sadness expression. With regard to joy expression, 89% of the expression were recognized. Based on the recorded data, it is necessary to improve the recordings criteria to obtain a clearer expression.

 
Puskesmas is health service facilities that are implementing publih health efforts and individual health effort which is also obliged to carry out a medical record. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of filling out outpatient forms in terms of health legal aspects at the Semen Health Center, Kediri Regency in 2020. This type of research was descriptive with a retrospective approach. Collecting data by observation and interviews. Sampling used simple random sampling, namely 10 outpatient medical record documents in 2020. The results obtained were from 10 incomplete samples (6%) which were filled in completely (4%) item incompleteness contained in the writing of the icd10 code and the signature of the officer. This is not in accordance with Permenkes number 269 year medical record and Permeneks Number 46 Year 2015 abaout Accreditation of Puskesmas Which requires that in every medical record should be named and signatures a doctor or other health workers directly providing health services. In addition fill forms a medical record complete must be filled because it will become the foundation in giving the diagnosis next and knows the way a patient. Should be done socialization fill forms outpatient done by the head of this, to avoid incompleteness fill forms outpatient.

Women have a deeper attachment when in a romantic relationship because they have an orientation towards having a mutually supportive relationship with their partner and gaining love and intimacy (Wiraswati, 2014). Violence against women is prone to causing post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. PTSD includes the emergence of unwanted intrusive thoughts, avoiding activities related to the traumatic experience, and exhibiting excessive emotional and physiological reactivity. In this study, interviews were conducted based on the PSSI-5 and mapping of the severity of PTSD symptoms using the Davidson Trauma Scale on three respondents. The research results showed that two respondents showed sub-clinical PTSD symptoms, while one other person showed high PTSD symptoms that interfered with daily activities. All respondents showed the emergence of PTSD symptoms including the emergence of repetitive intrusive thoughts without intention, avoiding stimuli that resemble traumatic events, feeling emotional dullness, and showing increased reactivity.

Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. One of the transitions is the cognitive aspect of thinking ability. Poor nutritional status can harm children's growth and development. The factors that influence cognitive development are the nutritional status that affects adolescent intellectual development. The relationship between the nutritional status and the cognitive function in the adolescent’s rapid growth phase between 12-14 years old is not clear. This study aims to identify the relationship between the nutritional status and the cognitive function in the adolescent’s rapid growth phase between 12-14 years old. This study used observational analytical design and a cross- sectional approach with an adolescent group population of 12-14 years old. The research subject was a total of 71 people. Primary data included weight and height while secondary data included MMSE-Child and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Based on the measurement of Body Mass Index (BMI), most research subjects had a normal nutritional status with a total of 32 people (45.10%). Furthermore, 63 people (88.70%) have a normal cognitive function. There was no significant relationship between Nutritional Status and MMSE scores (p=0.454). Likewise there were no significant relationship between gender and MMSE scores (p=0.750), age and MMSE scores (p=0.255). In this study, there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and cognitive function.
 
 

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans with the fungus Rhizopus Oligosporus and has a distinctive aroma. Tempeh contains many nutrients that are beneficial to health because the nutriens are more easily digested, absorbed, and utilized by the body. An important principle in preparing good tempeh is soaking and boiling it. Soaking is used to achive a suitable pH (acidity) for mold growth, namely 3.5-5.2. and boiling is used to soften soybean seeds and inactivate microbes that grow during soaking. The purpose of this study was to see the effect, interaction between soaking time and processing method on the chemical, microbiological and organoleptic properties of tempeh. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial two factors. Factor I soaking time (12 hours, 18 hours, and 24 hours). Factor II is the tempeh processing method (one time boiling method and the two-time boiling method). Statistical Analysis using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with IBM SPSS version 20 and later Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Organoleptic test using Ranking Test. Soaking duration and processing method had a significant effect on the observed parameters of water content, protein, antioxidants, color and had no significant effect on the parameters of Total Plate Count (TPC) of mold, as well as texture and odor organoleptic tests. Best on the Indonesian National Standart for 12 hour soaking and one time processing/boiling method, the resulting tempeh contains 57,10% water content, 47,25% protein, 0,39% antioxidants, Total Plate Count (TPC) mold 258 CFU/g x 10-1 and organoleptic texture (compact when sliced), color (white evenly all over the surface), and smell/aroma (typical tempeh odor)

Telemedicine, the use of digital technology and communication for remote healthcare services, has seen rapid development and offers potential improvements in accessibility and efficiency in healthcare services. However, the adoption and implementation of telemedicine also face various challenges, including data privacy and security, technological infrastructure readiness, and legal and regulatory barriers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine based on existing scientific evidence. This study employs a systematic review methodology of related telemedicine studies. The results of this review are summarized and form the basis for further discussion about the effectiveness of telemedicine, challenges in its implementation, and its implications for the healthcare sector and further research. Recommendations are provided based on the findings of this review for future research or practice focusing on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine and overcoming challenges in its implementation.

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

Urea intensive application is considered to reduce soil quality, and food quality. The constraints of urea application in tropics are low effectivity due to intensive leaching and volatilization. In order to decrease the urea dose, cheap and renewable biofertilizer application is suggested. Coating urea with biofertilizer become an easy way to apply both biofertilizer. In the previous research, biofertilizer-coated urea (BCU) had been formulated by using Bacillus subtilis, B. megaterium, Azotobacter chroococcum and A. vinelandii. The objective of this research was to verify the effect of BCU on the growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) cv. Romaine; and decrease of urea dose in a planting season. The field experiment was arranged in randomized block design with five treatments and five replications. Lettuces were treated with a dose and half dose of two BCU formulations. The results showed that BCU didn’t affect growth, P uptake and plant yield but half dose of BCU produced the same lettuce productivity with one dose of urea. Half dose of BCU resulted in the same shoot N uptake as one dose of urea but a dose of particular BCU formulation possibly decreased N uptake. The population of total Bacillus and Azotobacter in the rhizosphere was determined by dose and BCU formulation but they didn’t change abruptly after BCU application. The experiment suggested that application of urea coated by carrier-based biofertilizer was reliable to support lettuce cultivation and reduce the urea dose.

Mushroom farmers are part of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) involved in mushroom cultivation, established in 2019. Continuously engaging in development and ongoing improvements, this SME considers the geographical location of the Selorejo Blitar area highly suitable for mushroom cultivation. Efforts to improve management and administration are consistently made, with the hope that the business will operate smoothly alongside administrative compliance. Given these conditions and recognizing the importance of legality for business operators, the community service team contributes to mushroom farmers by providing training on obtaining the Business Registration Number through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The result of this community service activity is that mushroom farmers not only fulfill their administrative requirements but also legally register their businesses with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This registration brings additional benefits, such as access to government services, ease of banking ABSTRAKPetani Jamur merupakan salah satu UKM yang bergerak dibidang Pertanian Jamur dan berdiri pada tahun 2019. UKM ini terus menerus melakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan berkelanjutan mengingat lokasi geografis area Selorejo Blitar sangat sesuai dengan komoditas Jamur ini. Upaya perbaikan manajemen dan adminstrasi juga selalu dilakukan dengan harapan usaha akan berjalan seimbang dengan pemenuhan administrasi. Berdasar kondisi tersebut dan mengingat pentingnya legalitas bagi pelaku usaha, maka tim pengabdi hadir dengan berkontribusi terhadap Petani Jamur dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha melalui sistem OSS (Online Single Submission). Hasil dari kegatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pelaku Petani Jamur tidak hanya melengkapi kebutuhan administrasi tetapi juga secara legal usahanya terdaftar di Kementrian Perindustrian dan Perdagangan serta memperoleh kemudahan-kemudahan lain seperti akses layanan pemerintah, kemudahan transaksi perbankan, kredibelitas, kepatuhan regulasi, peluang pasar, fasilitas pajak serta integrasi data.
