Abstrak:
Debtor default has significant implications for credit risk management in the banking sector. Default, as the failure of a debtor to fulfill its obligations in repaying a loan, not only has the potential to be detrimental to financial institutions, but can also affect the stability of the financial system as a whole. Therefore, research on this phenomenon is very important. This article aims to provide comprehensive insight into understanding debtor default and its impact on credit risk management in the banking sector. A holistic approach to this understanding includes identifying factors that contribute to default, analyzing the characteristics of vulnerable debtors, and evaluating effective risk mitigation strategies. One important aspect discussed is the factors that cause default, including macroeconomic conditions, changes in an individual's financial situation, and behavioral factors. By understanding the root causes of default, banks can identify potential credit risks early and take appropriate steps to manage them. In addition, this article discusses the importance of debtor profile analysis in identifying characteristics that are vulnerable to default. By leveraging advanced technology and data analysis, banks can strengthen their decision-making processes and improve their ability to manage credit risk. Thus, this article not only provides an in-depth review of understanding debtor default, but also provides insight into how banks can improve their credit risk management through targeted and innovative approaches. In conclusion, a better understanding of the debtor default phenomenon will help banks manage credit risk more effectively and strengthen the resilience of the financial system as a whole.

Abstrak:
This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this research were in class VIII-6 with a total of 20 students. The aim of this research is to improve the learning quality of students in class VIII-6 of National Hero Middle School in writing poetry using the Nature Learning method. The Nature Learning method is a learning method that uses the natural environment as a medium. Based on research, the application of the Nature Learning method is very effective because students' poetry writing results have increased from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstrak:
This research analyzes the novel "Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck" by Hamka using a literary psychology approach, specifically using the personality structure according to Sigmund Freud, namely Id, Ego and Superego. The research method used is an explanatory qualitative approach using data from the novel. Data collection techniques were carried out through skimming and notation to quote quotes that were relevant to the characters and conflicts in the novel. Content and discourse analysis is used to identify the main themes, conflicts and character development in the novel. The results of the analysis show the psychological conflict experienced by the main character, Zainuddin, in his interactions with his environment, as well as a deep inner conflict due to love that does not reach Hayati. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of the characters and dynamics in the novel. Thus, this research can contribute to further understanding of literary and psychological works, as well as their relevance in understanding the human condition in everyday life.

Abstrak:
Effective compensation management is a key factor for the success and sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management at XYZ SME in Subang Regency, West Java. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and documentation studies related to compensation policies and employee salary structures. Data analysis included salary mapping using the adhered and overlapping methods, and job evaluation using the Eckenrode system. The results showed that the majority of employees of XYZ receive basic salaries below the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK). The implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management is expected to improve the internal fairness of the compensation system and provide ideal salary recommendations for employees. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for similar SMEs in optimizing compensation strategies to maintain competitiveness, increase satisfaction, and boost employee productivity.

This study aims to describe and analyze the Choreography of Maikek Kain Dance at Langkisau Studio in Kenagarian Painan Timur, District IV Jurai, South Pesisir Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive method. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as tulsi tools and mobile phones. The data of this study uses primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data and inferring the data. The results of the study show that the Maikek Kain Dance has 3 parts, including the beginning as the opening of the dance, the middle part, and the final part as the climax. In this Maikek Kain dance, there are elements of dance composition consisting of; movement, floor design, group composition, top design, dancers, music design, costumes and makeup and props. The movements that the choreographer worked on were taken from the recreated cloth dance. This dance work also looks very interesting with various floor patterns and group compositions so that the audience does not get bored in watching the performance and the dancers who master strong movements and movements. The costume used in the Maikek Kain dance is a simple costume. This Maikek Kain dance raises the theme of Minangkabau women and is taken from the cloth dance and created by music that accompanies the dancers' movements using a fast tempo to the end of the dance with singing drums. The property used in the Maikek Kain dance is the clay cloth.

Abstrak:
The problem-based education model begins with posing a problem or posing a problem, focusing on disciplinary relationships, investigation, group collaboration, as well as creating work, demonstrating and solving the given case. This problem-based education is student-centered, where teachers only share a little data and students who want to be more active in solving problems. This problem-based education uses real (authentic) problems that are unstructured and open-ended as a context for students to improve their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and at the same time build new knowledge. In contrast to conventional education where real problems are used as the implementation of concepts, problem-based education makes real problems a factor in students' learning process before they understand formal concepts. Abstrak:
The 2024 Presidential Election in Indonesia is an important moment in political history, with significant involvement from Generation Z (Gen Z). This research aims to analyze the characteristics of Gen Z voting behavior in the Medan State University Student Scout Movement (UNIMED) organization and evaluate the influence of Scout organizational activities on political behavior and decisions to elect Gen Z members at UNIMED. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data was collected through interviews and references from various journals and websites. The research results show that fast access to information via social media influences Gen Z's political views. In addition, Scout activities that focus on character and leadership development also contribute to their political behavior. It is hoped that these findings will enrich academic literature regarding voter behavior, especially Gen Z in Indonesia, as well as provide insight for political parties, presidential candidates and political observers in formulating more effective strategies to attract support from young voters. This research also provides a deeper understanding of the importance of political education and active involvement in the election process for the younger generation.

Allo Bank memulai transformasi model bisnis dari perbankan konvensional menjadi perbankan digital pada tahun 2021. Hal ini melibatkan pengalihan beberapa aset konvensional ke perusahaan lain dalam Kelompok Usaha Bank, sehingga jumlah cabang berkurang secara signifikan dari 16 menjadi hanya 2. Dengan meminimalkan cabang dan jaringan ATM dan berfokus pada pengembangan sistem dan teknologi untuk menyediakan layanan perbankan digital dan peningkatan pengalaman nasabah melalui aplikasi Allo Bank,perseroan telah mampu menekan biaya operasional dari 82% (2021) menjadi 60% (2022) dari pendapatan operasional (PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk., 2022). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris yang berupa fakta atau angka yang bisa dihitung yaitu laporan arus kas PT Allo Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja ekonomi PT.Allo Bank Indonesia adalah bank terkemuka di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan bank, seperti dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja perekonomian, dan dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap rasio aset bank terhadap kinerja perekonomian.

Abstrak:
This research aims to describe the role of teachers in 21st century learning for elementary school students in the independent curriculum. In this research, the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with a library research approach, namely an approach that focuses on literature analysis. Researchers collect data from various written sources such as books, journals and other references. Based on the research results, it shows that in 21st century learning teachers have a very important and crucial role in the learning process and development of students' skills based on 4C skills (communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity). It is hoped that 21st century learning for elementary school students through the independent curriculum can develop students' potential and skills to compete with developments that are increasingly developing day by day. The implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools also plays a role in creating empowered students, able to adapt to current developments through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be collaboration and support from parents, school principals and the government so as to produce a young generation who are intelligent, have character and are ready to face the future.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar di kurikulum merdeka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, yaitu pendekatan yang berfokus pada analisis literatur. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran abad-21 guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan krusial dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan keterampilan 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaboration, dan creativity). Pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui kurikulum merdeka diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan siswa untuk bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman yang kian hari makin berkembang. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar juga berperan untuk menciptakan siswa yang berdaya, mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Oleh karena itu diharapkan adanya kolaborasi dan dukungan dari orang tua, kepala sekolah dan pemerintah sehingga menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi masa depan.
