The basis for this study is the observation that children's fine motor abilities at TK Diponegoro Asam Jawa, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency, have not grown to their full potential. Nearly 80% of students need help from the teacher to finish learning activities like paper weaving, which are designed to improve fine motor skills. Children find the methods less engaging because they are not the best, and thematerial does not align with the studied issues. This study aims to ascertain whether paper folding exercises at TK Diponegoro Asam Jawa have improved the fine motor skills of children ages 4-5. This study employs a descriptive methodology. This studyuses documentation and observation as data collection methods. Children from TK Diponegoro Asam Jawa's Group A are the study's subjects. According to the study's findings, 34 youngsters (100%) attended cycles I and II. Of 34 pupils, 11.76% demonstrated Very Good Development (BSB) in cycle I and 29.41% in cycle II. BSH, or development according to expectations, was 23.53% in cycle I and 50% in cycle II. Beginning to Develop (MB) was 23.53% in cycle I and 20.59%in cycle II. The widespread distribution of cosmetic products that have not been certified halal has raised concerns about the content being dangerous to health and unfit for use because of questionable cleanliness. Likewise, for food and beverage products. On the other hand, the pandemic has significantly impacted people's social behavior, including in the economic sector. Both business actors and consumers tend to carry out their business activities online. As a result, food and beverage products and cosmetics that have not been certified halal can be easily obtained and consumed by the public. The biggest consumers of these two types of products are teenagers and housewives. This service program's role in halal awareness education comes into play. The aim is to build halal awareness in the community, especially teenagers and homemakers in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The method used is educational activities to increase halal understanding and awareness, as well as creating simple information media to accelerate the dissemination of information about halal products. The output of this service program includes a better level of community empowerment (increased understanding of the counseling participants) as evidenced by the pre-test and post-test given, audio-visual work in the form of videos and a poster, Ayo Aware Halal, which is posted on the information board at the hall office Village. Baik pelaku usaha maupun konsumen cenderung menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya secara online. Akibatnya, produk makanan dan minuman serta kosmetik yang belum tersertifikasi halal tadi dapat dengan mudah diperoleh dan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Konsumen terbesar kedua jenis produk ini adalah remaja dan ibu rumah tangga. Di sinilah peran program pengabdian berupa penyuluhan kesadaran halal ini. Tujuannya adalah membangun kesadaran halal masyarakat terutama remaja dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran halal serta pembuatan media informasi sederhana untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi mengenai produk halal. Luaran dari program pengabdian ini diantaranya yaitu tingkat keberdayaan masyarakat yang lebih baik (pemahaman peserta penyuluhan yang meningkat) terbukti dari pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan, karya audio visual berupa video dan sebuah poster Ayo Sadar Halal yang ditempel di papan informasi kantor balai desa. Poster ini juga diserahkan kepada komunitas Kader PKK agar dapat digandakan dan dibaca kembali di rumah.

Hydroponic plants are plants that grow using hydro or water media. This plant is more efficient in saving space, soil media and fertilizer and so on. This community service research aims to describe strategies for improving the economy of PKK mothers by implementing the idea of hydroponic plants in Pertanmaduretno Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The author used descriptive qualitative research with observation and documentation data collection techniques at the research location. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and data conclusion. The results of the research show that the hydroponic plant strategy is effective in improving the economy of PKK mothers. The author participated in observing and playing a direct role in planting hydroponic plants.

This research discusses the important role of teaching religious subjects in shaping students' religious attitudes at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. Religion teachers have a big responsibility in developing students' religious understanding, appreciation and practice. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and structured interviews with religious teachers and students. The research results show that the role of religious teachers is very influential in shaping students' religious attitudes, with a focus on learning moral and spiritual values ??in the context of Islamic education at school.
 
 

AbstrakKeberadaan anak terlantar atau putus sekolah mendapat perhatian pemerintah kota (Pemkot) Surabaya. Pemkot Surabaya dalam hal ini melalui Dinas Sosial menempatkan anak terlantar atau putus sekolah pada suatu asrama dibawah pembinaan Dinas Sosial. Dimana anak dapat melanjutkan sekolah sampai ke jenjang SMA atau SMK. Dimana mereka tidak hanya dapat melanjutkan sekolah tetapi juga mendapat pelatihan dan keterampilan untuk menyiapkan mereka pada saat memasuki kehidupan di masyarakat. Pada saat mereka telah menyelesaikan pendidikan di jenjang SMA/SMK maka akan dilepas untuk mengembangkan diri. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka mereka dibekali dengan keterampilan yang akan menjadi modal mereka pada saat hidup di masyarakat. AbstractThe existence of neglected or dropout children has received the attention of the Surabaya city government. In this case, the Surabaya City Government, through its Social Service, places neglected or dropout children in a dormitory under the supervision of the Social Service. In this place children can continue their education up to high school or vocational school level, and where they can not only continue their education but also receive training and skills to prepare them when joining the society and work life. When they have completed their education at the high school/vocational school level, they will be discharged to improve themselves. In connection with this, the children are equipped with skills that will become their capital when living in society. Metode pengajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif yang mengutamakan pemikiran kritis, keterlibatan siswa, dan partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari Model pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu siswa menjadi pemikir yang lebih otonom, kreatif, dan inventif yang dapat memecahkan masalah, menghasilkan ide-ide baru, dan menggunakan apa yang telah mereka pelajari di dunia nyata. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dan jenis-jenis model pembelajaran Inovasi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa studi literatur, dan analisis datanya menggunkan metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tersedianya model pembelajaran Inovasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam akan memberikan inspirasi bagi siswa untuk mempelajari materi. Awalnya, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terasa membosankan ketika menggunakan model tradisional yang terbatas di dalam kelas; namun, dengan menggunakan model CTL, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat dilakukan di luar kelas, yang pada akhirnya akan menciptakan lingkungan yang menarik karena siswa diberi keleluasaan untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka. Dalam hal ini, Pendidikan Agama Islam menggunakan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang mutakhir, termasuk Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL), Kontekstual, Pemecahan Masalah, Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan Pembelajaran Kooperatif.

This study aims to determine how the independent variables, namely Operating Cost and Operating Income, Non Performing Loan, and Loan to Deposit Ratio, influence the dependent variable, namely Company Value (Price to Book Value) in BUMN Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach with a total population of 42 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained is 4 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques using the help of Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially operating cost and operating income affect company value (Price to Book Value), while non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios do not affect company value. Simultaneously operating cost and operating income, non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on company value (Price to Book Value).
