Abstract
AbstractThe existence of neglected or dropout children has received the attention of the Surabaya city government. In this case, the Surabaya City Government, through its Social Service, places neglected or dropout children in a dormitory under the supervision of the Social Service. In this place children can continue their education up to high school or vocational school level, and where they can not only continue their education but also receive training and skills to prepare them when joining the society and work life. When they have completed their education at the high school/vocational school level, they will be discharged to improve themselves. In connection with this, the children are equipped with skills that will become their capital when living in society. One form of the skills provided is the skill of mixing drinks and providing training on management.Key words: Entrepreneurship, Empowerment
