Changes in technological advances and increased Internet penetration have led to changes in consumer purchases. The study aims to analyze “The impact of 4D marketing mix on GoFood consumer purchasing decisions in Surakarta”. The population in this study is the entire consumer in Surakarta City who has used the service of messaging between GoFood and has made a purchase. The study uses purposive sampling as a sample determination technique and the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. Variables In this study there are 5 variables to be studied, namely the independent variables consisting of Disruption (X1), Digitalization (X2), De-Siloage (X3), and Diffusion (X4), as well as Purchase Decision (Y) as dependent variables. The results of this study show that the variables disruption(X1), de-siloage(X3) and diffusion(X4) have a positive and significant influence on the Purchasing Decision of GoFood Application Users in Surakarta, whereas the variable digitalization(X2) has a negative and significant impact on the Buying Decisions of Gofood Application users in Surakarta.

The development of the world of work now requires a lot of Human Resources to be able to master various skills or abilities in order to have a good impact on an organization or company. An organization is a group of individuals who work interdependently towards a goal. Individuals will be able to work interdependently only through communication. Effective communication is very important for an organization. In connection with filing in an organization, of course there is archiving. Archives are recorded information created or received in any activity or function of an organization. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the apprenticeship application process at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya City. The type of research in this article is descriptive with a qualitative approach using field studies. Field studies are direct review activities aimed at obtaining the data needed as material in preparing the final report. This research includes observation and interview methods.

The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in the implementation of dance extracurricular activities at MTsN 7 Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. Dance extracurricular activities are carried out in stages, starting with gathering students who are interested in participating in dance extracurricular activities, making schedules, and providing materials. Dance extracurricular activities began with the recruitment of new members, students who were interested in participating in dance extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. After carrying out extracurricular activities in dance with umbrella dance learning, students' interest began to increase, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of students who attended every meeting. Then from the learning carried out by 8 students who were able to perform dance movements with a good level of memorization, 10 students who lacked memorization and 2 students who had difficulty practicing the dance movements given by the coach during dance extracurricular activities with limited facilities and inadequate infrastructure.
 

This research discusses the legal and economic aspects related to Sales and Purchase Agreements in the context of debt settlement. The main focus is the legal analysis of Sales and Purchase Agreements which is based on Debt-Receivable or Money Lending and Borrowing Agreements, as well as its impact on legal certainty and protection for the parties involved. This research also investigates the provisions of Articles 1457 and 1458 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of sale and purchase transactions, as well as the process of transferring land rights through a Deed of Sale and Purchase carried out by the Land Deed Official. The study results show that PPJB is often used as debt collateral, although this practice is not legally valid because Sales and Purchase Agreements and Debt-Receivable Agreements have different concepts and principles. The use of Sales and Purchase Agreements as debt collateral is considered problematic because it violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the conditions for the validity of an agreement. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the differences between sales and purchase agreements and accounts payable to ensure legal clarity and adequate protection for all parties involved in the agreement.
 
 

Fever is a symptom of all types of diseases, both infectious and noninfectious. Fever is also a symptom that often occurs in children. Children's body temperature defenses are still weak so they are very susceptible to infections, fungi and viruses. Fever can endanger a child's safety if treated quickly and appropriately and can cause seizures. Normal body temperature is 36.50C-37.50C. If the body temperature is more than 37.5 then a water tepid sponge compress can be applied. Able to apply a water tepid sponge compress to reduce fever in children. Able to determine body temperature before and after being given a water tepid sponge compress. In this study, a descriptive case study was used, three research subjects who received the fever-reducing drug paracetamol and were given water tepid sponge compress intervention to reduce fever in children. The data collection instrument uses an observation sheet. Based on the results of the study, it showed that children who were given fever-reducing medication and compressed water tepid sponge were used and for the three respondents for three days, the average result on the first day was 1.50C, on the second day the average was 1.50C. .3 0C and on the third day the average was 0.30C. Children who were given fever-reducing medication and given water tepid sponge compresses experienced a decrease in body temperature. Hospitals are expected to maximize the application of warm Tepid Water Sponge compresses to children to treat fever as a non-pharmacological therapy.

This study is intended to analyze the e?ectiveness of managing room boy works directly on optimizing the quality of room service in Artotel Hotel Semarang. In the hotel industry, quality room service is characterized as one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great in?uence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the ?nding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

The wooden shipyard in Bahari Village is a privately-owned facility that conducts maintenance, repair, and construction of new wooden ships. The vessels serviced at this shipyard range from 10 GT to 25 GT and are made from wood. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management of the wooden shipyard in Bahari I Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The methodology used is a survey method, and the data is analyzed using fishbone analysis followed by a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the construction and repair processes of wooden ships in Bahari I Village are not efficient due to facilities that do not meet standards, with only 22% of the necessary conditions being fulfilled. The management of this wooden shipyard is still far from adequate because several aspects remain uncontrolled, such as the shipbuilding process not meeting expected targets, delays in the availability and delivery of raw materials, and the use of very basic tools and outdated technology.
 

Self-directedness is a crucial skill for prospective science teachers, and the Think-Pair-Project-Share (TP2S) model has shown promise in fostering collaboration and critical thinking. This aim study to investigates the effectiveness of TP2S in promoting self-directed learning among these future educators. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the think-pair-project-share (TP2S) learning model in facilitating the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. This quantitative research uses a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were second semester students, while the research sample consisted of 72 students. The self-directedness data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a scale. Based on the results of the paired sample T test, it can be seen that both experimental classes obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000. It can be concluded that the paired sample T test value in the experimental class is 0.000<0.05 so that there is a significant difference in results between the pretest and posttest scores (H0 is rejected). It can be concluded that there is a difference in self-directedness between students who study human and environmental subjects using the think pair project share model and those who use the conventional model. It is known that the application of the TP2S learning model has an effect on the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. The implications of this research support and strengthen the results of theoretical studies that the TP2S learning model is a student-centered learning model that utilizes the ability to manage learning strategies independently.

Tegalan Batik is a cultural heritage that faces challenges in its preservation, especially related to the lack of interest of the younger generation in learning batik. This research aims to analyze the obstacles faced in the development of Tegalan batik and evaluate the effectiveness of illustrated books as an educational medium to increase the younger generation's interest and understanding of Tegalan batik. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and literature review. The research results show that the lack of regeneration and lack of markets are the main factors in the decline in the younger generation's interest in batik. Illustrated books can be an effective solution in Tegalan batik education

Inventory becomes very important when it becomes the primary asset for resale. Errors in calculations and recording can cause company losses. CV. Gadget Indonesia needs to understand the inventory recording system and how to use the inventory valuation methods permitted by PSAK non-ETAP and SAK ETAP. Therefore, this activity aims to determine the acquisition value of inventory using the FIFO or Weighted Average method. This activity starts with a preliminary survey of partner locations and an analysis of the problems. The following method socializes determining the acquisition value of inventory using two methods. The main work produced is for partners to independently carry out inventory assessments and determine inventory methods by generally accepted accounting principles. The advantage of this socialization, if applied to partners, is that inventory assessment becomes correct. The impact of ongoing activities is the recalculation of existing inventory. However, the weakness is that consistency in implementing it will still be disrupted, and the accounting team will still make several errors, so there is still a need for more intensive assistance in subsequent activities.ABSTRAKPersediaan menjadi sangat penting ketika menjadi aset utama dengan tujuan dijual kembali. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai perolehan persediaan dengan menggunakan metode FIFO atau Weighted Average. Awal dari kegiatan ini yaitu survei pendahuluan ke lokasi mitra dan menganalisis permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi. Metode berikutnya mensosialisasikan tentang penentuan nilai perolehan persediaan dengan dua metode. Karya utama yang dihasilkan yaitu mitra dapat melakukan penilaian persediaan dan menentukan metode persediaan secara mandiri sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi berlaku umum. Keunggulan sosialisasi ini jika diterapkan pada mitra, maka penilaian persediaan menjadi tepat. Dampak yang terjadi dari berlangsungnya kegiatan yaitu perhitungan ulang atas persediaan yang telah dimiliki. Namun kelemahannya yaitu konsistensi dalam menerapkannya masih akan terganggu dan masih terjadi beberapa kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh pihak akuntansi sehingga masih perlu adanya pendampingan lebih intensif pada kegiatan berikutnya.
