A stock return is the result or rate of return of a stock or investment. Expressed as a fixed percentage. If the company issuing the stock is healthy, the stock price will tend to perform better and the return received will increase. Analysis is performed using factors of profitability, solvency, liquidity, operating cash flow, and company size to examine which factors influence stock returns. The purpose of this study is to review the impact of profitability, solvency, liquidity, operating cash flow and company size. Equity returns of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021. The data collection methods used in this study are library research and documentation. The method used to determine the sample for this study is targeted sampling. The sample size for this study was 29 samples, for a total sample size of 87. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that liquidity and firm size have a positive impact on stock returns. Solvency has a negative impact on equity returns. Although profitable, operating cash flow does not affect shareholder returns.

This financial report preparation training activity aims to remind MSME business actors of their ability and knowledge in compiling financial reports. This activity is to respond to the difficulties of business actors that they have encountered so far. Inability and ignorance in compiling financial statements make it difficult for them to analyze their financial performance. This training activity lasted for 3 days where the material was carried out by conducting training in the preparation of financial reports then continued with the practice of making financial reports and finally continued with assistance by the team formed for this activity. This activity was attended by 15 MSME actors in Sanrobone village, Takalar. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusion of community service activities about financial reporting training in improving the Quality: MSME Financial Reports in Sanrobone Village, Sanrobone District, Takalat Regency is as follows: This activity aims to increase the understanding of financial reporting in improving the quality of financial reports for MSME actors. This training activity provides benefits in increasing productivity for MSME actors. The follow-up of activities is expected to be more about continuous training techniques and mentoring for MSME actors

This article aims to describe the implementation of flipbook media in teaching short story writing in class XI SMA Negeri 16 Semarang. The problem in this study is that there is no use of instructional media to construct short story texts in class XI students. Therefore, researchers try to apply flipbook media, especially in learning to compose short story texts. The article that the researcher wrote is a conceptual article. Conceptual article contains ideas In this article data is obtained by direct observation in class. While writing this article is done by identifying and seeking information from relevant data, analyzing the results, then developing and conveying ideas based on the researcher's understanding. Learning outcomes are expected to be more optimal with the use of learning media that is not boring for students. The solution that can be used with these problems is the use of flipbook media. The use of flipbook learning media is expected to be able to overcome the difficulties experienced by students in learning to write short story texts and students are not easily bored in participating in learning.
 

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on the buying interest of Shopee application users in Banjarmasin City.The research method used is quantitative method. The number of samples used by 106 respondents was taken by purposive sampling. Data collection using online questionnaires. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistics, instrumental testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. This test uses the help of SPSS 26 statistical software.The results of this study show that lifestyle variables (X1) have a significant positive influence on buying interest variables. The hedonic shopping motivation variable (X2) has a positive influence on the buying interest variable. Based on simultaneous testing, lifestyle variables (X1) and hedonic shopping motivation variables (X2) on the buying interest of shopee application users together have a significant influence.
 
 

Regional taxes in Indonesia can be classified based on the level of regional government, namely regional taxes at the provincial level and regional taxes at the district/city level. One source of regional tax revenue comes from motor vehicle tax (MVT) payments. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax in Kediri Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using several methods including descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. In this research, the results showed that taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Katang Kediri.

AEFI or Post-Immunization Adverse Event is a medical condition that is assumed to be related to immunization. Reactions that arise due to AEFI include high fever, abscesses/festering, seizures. The 2018 Lampung Provincial Health Office report noted that 32.6% experienced AEFI with the largest number being those experiencing high fever, namely 29.5%, festering 8.3%, seizures 0.97%, and others 0.57%. Reducing or controlling and controlling fever in children can be done in various ways, including pharmacologically and physically (non-pharmacologically), namely by using heat energy through conduction and evaporation methods. the effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung in 2024. Type of analytical survey research with a Post test Only Control Design approach. The research results showed a decrease in baby's body temperature after DPT immunization in the intervention group and control group after being given shallot compress with an average difference of 1.060. The results of the paired t-test obtained a p value = value 0.000 (p <0.05). there is an effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung

Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis ritel yang semakin ketat, sangat penting untuk mengembangkan strategi yang dapat menarik lebih banyak perhatian pembeli terhadap produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak promosi penjualan dan tampilan toko terhadap pembelian impulsif. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 97 konsumen yang berbelanja di Matahari Departement Store Solo Grand Mall. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup promosi penjualan, tampilan toko, dan pembelian impulsif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) serta SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa promosi penjualan dan tampilan toko memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Indonesia's population reached 282,477,584 in 2024, presenting significant challenges in waste management, especially in densely populated areas. In Sidoarjo, the waste volume amounts to 598 tons per day, with a recycling rate of only 7-9%. The Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) program in Bluru Kidul village aims to enhance waste management through the promotion of anaerobic composters, which convert organic waste into compost. This community service initiative involves identifying issues, observing conditions, formulating solutions, and educating on the importance of household waste management, particularly organic waste, for producing useful plant fertilizer. This outreach session provided residents of Desa Bluru Kidul with new understanding and skills to utilize used gallon containers as anaerobic composters and organic waste as raw material for oxygen-free compost, thereby supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12, which focuses on environmentally conscious consumption and production in villages

Penilaian agitasi merupakan salah satu penilaian yang dilakukan untuk menilai status agitasi dan sedatif pada pasien perawatan khusus. Penggunaan ventilasi mekanis menyebabkan terjadinya agitasi pada pasien yang mempengaruhi manajamen sedatif pada pasien. Instrumen agitasi dapat menjadi acuan secara objektif, namun pengaplikasiannya masih jarang digunakan pada pasien perawatan khusus. Casse report ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan risiko yang didapat pada Ny. L di ruang perawatan khusus tanpa penilaian agitasi secara objektif.  Ny. L berusia 52 tahun yang di rawat di ruang Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Kota Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pasien mengalami gagal nafas dan terpasang ventilator dengan terapi sedatif dexmedetomidine. Pasien terpasang restrain pada kedua tangannya dan tampak gelisah. Penilaian agitasi secara objektif dan berkala tidak dilakukan oleh perawat. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan kegagalan dalam proses penyapihan pada Ny. L dengan ditandai adanya penurunan kondisi pasien hingga terjadi perubahan ventilator pada pasien yang memperpanjang Length Of Stay pasien di ruang intensive. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan risiko perburukan dapat terjadi pada pasien intensive Ketika pemantauan agitasi tidak akurat dan tidak valid diantaranya  meningkatkan ketergantungan terapi sedatif dan ventilasi, Length Of Stay pasien lebih panjang, hingga proses penyapihan ventilator jangka panjang lebih dari 7 hari.
