Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the evolution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and its challenges in the digital economy over the past 15 years, focusing particularly on Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was employed, utilizing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, resulting in the analysis of 36 selected articles from an initial pool of 291. The results indicate a significant increase in CRM adoption, especially among SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting that CRM enhances customer loyalty, satisfaction, and operational efficiency while also fostering innovation. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, data security concerns, and a lack of technological knowledge persist. This research contributes to existing literature by providing insights into CRM adoption trends and challenges, emphasizing the need for integrated security measures and support for SMEs to maximize CRM benefits.

Abstrak:
The postpartum period is a recovery period, postpartum care is needed so that mothers can make psychological adaptations in the postpartum period, Postpartum depression is depression that occurs in women after giving birth, which occurs within a period of 4 (four) weeks, several months or even several years if not treated, the purpose of this community service is to provide education to pregnant women and postpartum mothers regarding the prevention of the dangers of postpartum depression, this activity is to increase mothers' understanding of the dangers of postpartum depression. This community service activity was attended by pregnant women and postpartum mothers at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center which was attended by 18 people. This activity method was carried out twice by providing a pre-test, lecture and continued post-test by filling out a questionnaire. In the evaluation, interviews were conducted with pregnant women and postpartum mothers to determine the dangers of postpartum depression. The results achieved in community service activities at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center were that postpartum mothers gained knowledge about the dangers of postpartum depression and there was an increase in knowledge about the dangers of postpartum depression. The pre-test results were 58.82%, there was an increase in the post-test which showed post-test knowledge of 82.35%. The conclusion is that education for pregnant and post-partum mothers can prevent post-partum depression.

Abstrak:
The health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) is a legal entity specifically assigned by the government to administer social security. Seen in the vision and mission of the Long Term Develompment Plan For the Health Sector 2005-2025, namely that the community is expacted to have the ability to access quality health services and also obtain heald insurance, namely that the community gets protection in meeting their basic health needs. Especially for the people of Binjai city, to see the level of satisfaction of peolbe using BPJS Health in the city of Binjai, it is necessary to build a clustering that can group the level of satisfaction in each domicile. Data Mining Grouping using the K-Menas Clustering algoritma metdhod, which is a process of processing quite large amounts of data using statistical methods, this producing a group of data. It is hoped that clustering can complete the grouping of satisfaction levels of BPJS user commuites in the city of Binjai. There are 400 data from correspondent responses from the community regarding the level of satisfaction in using BPJS Health in the city of Binjai. From the results of trials with 400 data carried out with MATLAB, it was found that group 3, cluster 1, had 244 data, cluster 2 had 69 data, cluster 3 had 87 data, group 4 cluster 1 has 78 data, cluster 2 68 data, cluster 3 has 109 data, group 5 cluster 1 has 63 data, cluster 2 has 63 data, cluster 3 has 145 data, cluster 4 has 24 data, cluster 5 has 100 data.

Abstrak:
Introduction: Low birth weight babies are babies whose birth weight is <2500 grams, which is caused by maternal, nutritional, age, parity and economic factors. Objective:To determine the characteristics of mothers with LBW incidents at RSUD dr. HLM Baharuddin, M.Kes 2023. Method: This research was quantitative descriptive, conducted at RSUD dr.Baharuddin, M.Kes on mothers who gave birth to low birth weight babies for the period January - June 2023 with a sample of 30 mothers determined by total sampling. Results: LBW occurred in mothers aged 20-35 years, namely 23 people (76.67%), mothers with multiparous parity, namely 18 mothers (60%), mothers with a birth interval of ?2 years, namely 25 mothers (56.67%) , 18 mothers (60%) suffered from the disease, and the highest incidence of LBW was in mothers with ?high school education as many as 19 mothers (63.33%).Conclusion: Mothers with LBW incidence at the age of 20-35 years were 23 mothers (76.67%), Age <20/>35 years 7 mothers (23.33%), Primiparous parity 8 mothers (26.67), Multiparous 18 mothers (60%), Grandemultiparous 4 mothers (13.33%), Birth interval <2 years 5(16.67%), ?2 years 25(56.67%), 18 mothers with disease (60%) 12 mothers (40%) did not suffer, had ?junior high school education 11(36.67%) and ?high school education 19(63.33% )

Abstrak:
Jasa ekspedisi di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang mengesankan seiring perkembangan e-commerce yang tak tertahankan. Kebutuhan akan jasa ekspedisi tidak terelakkan mendukung perkembangan masyarakat yang menempatkan e-commerce sebagai gaya hidup. Banyaknya pilihan dan tawaran jasa ekspedisi, sering membuat masyarakat lebih selektif dalam memilih jasa ekspedisi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan bobot kriteria terbaik berdasarkan preferensi pengguna dan menentukan urutan jasa ekspedisi terbaik yang bisa dipilih untuk melakukan pengiriman produk. Sistem dibangun menggunakan algoritma Weighted Product (WP) untuk menganalisis kriteria, melakukan perhitungan, dan merangking alternatif jasa ekspedisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai perusahaan ekspedisi. Sistem dirancang untuk mengakomodasi preferensi pengguna dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria sesuai dengan kepentingannya. Hasil dari uji sistem menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Weighted Product (WP) mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang akurat dan efisien untuk jasa ekspedisi terbaik, dengan peringkat tertinggi: JNT dengan nilai bobot V sebesar 0,215, diikuti oleh Shopee Express: 0,213, JNE dengan nilai 0,195, SiCepat: 0,186, dan Anteraja: 0,191. Dengan adanya sistem ini, konsumen dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih informatif dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam memilih jasa ekspedisi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan memberikan solusi yang bermanfaat bagi konsumen maupun pelaku usaha.

Abstrak:
Chicken and duck eggs are highly nutritious food products that are popular among the Indonesian community. However, their perishable nature leads to a decline in quality if not further processed. The salting process is a simple preservation method that can also enhance the flavor of salted egg products. To produce salted egg products with high organoleptic quality preference, a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is implemented as a quality decision-making method based on: (1) the experts viewpoints on the importance level of organoleptic criteria, and (2) the scores of organoleptic tests for the criteria of texture, taste, and appearance. In this study, chicken and duck eggs were processed into salted eggs using a salting mixture made of a blend of scouring ash and table salt with a mass ratio of 5:4 and 5:6, resulting in product combinations coded as CE-5/4, CE-5/6, DE-5/4, and DE-5/6. Data processing results on the importance level from the experts viewpoints using the AHP method resulted that the criteria for texture, taste, and aroma had final priority weights of 0.244, 0.617, and 0.139, respectively. Final decision-making using the SAW method indicated that the highest to lowest final preference scores were obtained by products CE-5/4, DE-5/4, DE-5/6, and CE-5/6, with the final preference scores of 0.979, 0.963, 0.931, and 0.906, respectively. The results demonstrated that AHP and SAW were successfully implemented to assist in making decisions regarding the quality of salted egg products based on their organoleptic characteristics.

The Influence of the Quality of Decorative Coral (Coral) Products in Increasing Sales at CV Bali Samudra Anugrah. Supervised by Ratnawati and Mauli Kasmi.A very important factor for a company in carrying out purchasing and sales transactions is quality. Quality is one of the attractions or desires of consumers. In developing products, companies have a greater opportunity to gain new customers, of course if the products sold meet expectations. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence, relationship or correlation, magnitude of perception, and significance of the quality of decorative coral (Coral) products on increasing sales at CV Bali Samudra Anugrah. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is quantitative using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.

Abstrak:
This research examines the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for demand prediction and supply chain management in Indonesian e-commerce firms. E-commerce businesses face significant challenges in predicting consumer demand fluctuations and maintaining supply chain efficiency. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from eight e-commerce companies to evaluate the impact of AI on demand forecasting accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and operational cost reduction. The findings show that AI improves demand forecasting accuracy by 30%, accelerates delivery times by 40%, and reduces operational costs by 20%. However, data quality remains a key challenge in maximizing AI performance. This research contributes to the literature on supply chain management and AI, offering practical insights for companies aiming to enhance their operational efficiency through AI adoption. Recommendations include improving data quality, employee training, and gradual AI implementation to achieve optimal outcomes.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality at Puskesmas Pulorejo, Ngoro District on patient satisfaction. Variables that affect patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Pulorejo, Ngoro sub-district are room facilities, doctor services, nurse / officer services. This study uses associative quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, observation and documentation. This data was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to patients visiting the Pulorejo puskesmas in Ngoro sub-district. The population in this study were patients who sought treatment at the Pulorejo Health Center, Ngoro sub-district, sampling using purposive sampling. The analytical test tool in this study used SPSS with the analysis method of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and R2 determination coefficient test. In this study, it was stated that there was a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Pulorejo Health Center, the doctor's service variable had an effect on patient satisfaction, the nurse / officer service had a persial effect on patient satisfaction at the Pulorejo health center, and the variable room facilities, doctor services, and nurse / officer services had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.
