Learning outcomes are a series of skills, knowledge, attitudes and values ??obtained by students in their thinking process during learning activities. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X-4 students on opportunity material by applying the problem based learning model assisted by wordwall media. To see an increase in learning outcomes, classroom action research was carried out for two cycles using the method of observation and analysis of test results with research instruments in the form of pretest posttest questions in the 2023/2024 academic year. The subjects of this classroom action research were 34 students from class X-4 at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The research results showed a consistent increase in learning outcomes over two cycles in the opportunity material. Before the action was taken there were 18 students who had not reached the KKM and only 16 students had completed it so the percentage of completion was 47.05% with an average learning outcome of 67.76. In the first cycle, the number of students who completed their learning outcomes reaching the KKM increased to 28 with a completion percentage of 82.35% and an average learning outcome of 78.23. In cycle II, the number of students whose learning outcomes achieved the KKM consistently increased so that there were 31 with a completion percentage of 91.17% and an average learning outcome of 89.54.

This study began with the problem of low Mathematics learning outcomes of class X-5 students of SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya, which were below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 75. This study aims to improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of class X-5 students of SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) conducted in two cycles in the 2023/2024 academic year with 37 students. The data collection method in this study used observation techniques. The instruments used were pretest and posttest questions. The results of the analysis showed that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model succeeded in improving students' Mathematics learning outcomes in statistics material. Student learning outcomes increased from the pre-cycle to cycle I and to cycle II. Before the action, only 10 students achieved KKM with a classical completion percentage of 27.02%. In cycle I, the number of students achieving KKM increased to 26 with a classical completion percentage of 70.27%. In cycle II, the number of students achieving KKM increased again to 31 with a classical completion percentage of 88.57%.
 

Public speaking is an ability that a person has to be able to speak in public with the aim of conveying an idea or information. Public speaking is an important skill to have in this day and age. However, in reality, public speaking becomes a scary thing for some people. This is due to feelings of anxiety, fear, nervousness, and lack of confidence in their own abilities. The existence of public speaking seminars and training is expected to increase self-confidence and eliminate feelings of fear when faced with such situations. The activity entitled "Berani Bicara, Berani Berdakwah" was carried out with 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. From the activities that have been carried out at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ula NU 08 Sullamul Hidayah, children can learn and dare to show public speaking skills during the event. Not only that, the children also began to control their negative feelings, such as fear, anxiety, and lack of confidence

This study was conducted by looking at the low learning outcomes of class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya in the previous material, namely SPLTV. This study was conducted with the aim of improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in the quadratic equation material by implementing a cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type using the help of wordwall. This study is included in classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study used were 36 class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The research data were obtained through pretest, observation, and posttest. The analysis data from the pretest and posttest results were in the form of quantitative data which would be used to determine the increase in student learning outcomes. While the analysis data from the observation results in the form of qualitative data were used as a guideline to improve and perfect learning activities from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the results of the study that has been carried out, it shows that implementing a cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type using the help of wordwall on the quadratic equation material can improve the learning outcomes of class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The classical completeness of the pretest cycle I was 44.4%. After the implementation of the TGT type cooperative learning model, there was an increase to 77.8% in the posttest of cycle I. In cycle II, it increased again to 94.6% with a classical completion target of 85%.

Dish soap is a basic necessity whose demand continues to increase. Dish soap making training has proven to be an effective effort in empowering communities, especially women, and encouraging economic independence. This activity not only transfers new knowledge and skills, but also opens up sustainable business opportunities. By utilizing local ingredients, the community can produce quality dish soap at a more affordable cost. By producing their own, the community not only saves expenses, but also has full control over the quality of the products produced. In addition, this dish soap making training can also strengthen solidarity and increase the added value of local products.

The success of the learning process is highly desired in school education. One of the key factors in achieving success is the teacher's selection of appropriate methods for delivering the lesson material in class, which contributes to students' learning outcomes. In mathematics instruction, particularly on the topic of Statistics in class X-7 at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya, the results have been unsatisfactory, with an average score of 59 for the 2023/2024 academic year. Therefore, improvement is needed through the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning model. The subjects of this study are students of class X-7 at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya for the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of 36 students. This study involves a mathematics teacher and an observer. The data collection tools used include formative tests, observation sheets for the teacher, students, and group discussion activities, as well as reflection questionnaires on the learning process. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the application of the TAI cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class X-7 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya on the topic of Statistics. This study is expected to encourage teachers to implement the TAI cooperative learning model in Statistics to enhance students' learning outcomes in Mathematics.

Character can be formed and developed which is a person's characteristic from human behavior. Character can also be influenced by various things such as the human family's own experiences, the surrounding environment, religion, and a person's personality. The aim of Community Service (PKM) in the religious sector by the KKM group 40 of Cikerai Village is to increase children's participation in the formation of religious character through positive activities, namely religious activities. This needs to be done considering technological developments and the digitalization era that is currently trending in society. This PKM method uses a PKM approach based on community participation actions. The PKM results show that religious activities in the Cikerai Subdistrict area are quite strong in the community considering that there are still religious figures and community leaders who still adhere closely to religious and cultural principles. So there was collaborative participation from both children and religious leaders around the Sambidingko Village mosque as well as KKM students who took the initiative to hold this religious activity.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the serious health problems in Indonesia, especially in areas with environmental conditions that support the breeding  of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. This research aims to provide counseling on health and waste management in an effort to reduce the risk of dengue transmission in Nolokerto Village. This service method is by conducting direct counseling at the Nolokerto Village Hall on August 3, 2024 and involving the local community. The results obtained show that intensive socialization and active community participation in environmental cleaning and waste management have a significant influence on the reduction of the number of dengue cases. The socialization carried out succeeded in increasing public awareness about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness as a measure to prevent dengue. In addition, good waste management, including waste segregation and the removal of mosquito breeding grounds, has proven effective in reducing the population  of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes

This research aims to analyze the operation of the Cargo Hold Bilges System in preventing flooding on MVs. Meratus Malino. Researchers conducted this research while conducting a Sea Practitioner (PRALA) for 12 months starting from January 29 2023 to February 5 2024 on board the MV. Meratus Malino is a container carrier type ship managed by the shipping company PT. The Meratus Line operates domestic shipping services on the route Jakarta-Surabaya-Makassar-Bitung-Anggrek (North Gorontalo)-Surabaya-Jakarta-Bawean-Jakarta-Semarang. The population in this study was the MV crew. Merastus Malino consisted of 20 people, while the sample was the crew of the MV ship. Meratus Malino who is in charge or has responsibility for operating the Cargo Hold Bilges System totals 16 people consisting of the MV deck crew. Meratus Malino totaling 9 people and MV engine crew. Meratus Malino numbered 7 people. This research method uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach, while for the data source the researcher uses secondary data sources, while the data collection instruments are questionnaires, field studies and interviews. The results of this research show that in operating the Cargo hold Bilges system, a system and several components such as the bilge pump, ejector, seachast valve, injection valve connected to the bilge pump and hydraulic valve are needed which can function properly and more optimally in ship operational activities. . And to prevent flooding in the hold, it is necessary to check the hold regularly and if you see standing water in the hold, immediately make an order to empty the hatch so that the hatch is dry and the cargo remains protected from flooding in the hold.

The demographic bonus that will occur in Indonesia in 2045 is a challenge as well as an opportunity to immediately prepare competent human resources. The effort to prepare quality human resources is to link and match vocational education with the industrial world through the application of Collaborative Work Based Learning (WBL-K) in internships. The implementation of WBL-K aims to ensure that vocational education has a high level of efficiency and relevance to the needs of the industrial world. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the application of the WBL-K model in the form of internships to improve the competence of polytechnic students. This research is an experimental research conducted at the Jakarta State Polytechnic. The instruments used in this study are in the form of pre-test and post-test questions. The data analysis used in this study is N-Gain and N-Gain difference test using the t-test to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the WBL-K model. Based on the results of the practicality and effectiveness test of the WBL-K model developed, it can be concluded that from the practicality and effectiveness test in the experimental class, the criteria are obtained that the WBL-K model is quite practical and effective in improving student competence.
