Abstrak:
Education standards in Indonesia still face various challenges, especially in Tahai Jaya Village where there are still educational problems such as limited Merdeka curriculum books, unstable lesson schedules, and the low reading ability of grade 3 elementary school students, reflecting broader educational challenges. To overcome this, KKN students took the initiative to carry out free tutoring in Tahai Jaya village. The aim of this free tutoring program is to help improve the quality of education in Tahai Jaya village. The method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The results of free tutoring activities in Tahai Jaya Village have succeeded in improving the quality of education in the area. This activity involves active community participation and is carried out for a month using interactive methods. As a result, students show increased motivation and learning abilities, especially in completing school assignments. Parents also felt the positive impact of this activity, because their children were more enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Abstrak:
This article explores the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for enhancing efficiency in public communication within the BANI era (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible). The aim of this research is to investigate how AI can improve the effectiveness of public communication amidst uncertainty and complexity. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review, analyzing data from relevant journal articles, books, and case studies. The study finds that AI plays a crucial role in addressing system fragility through misinformation detection, reducing public anxiety by providing personalized and responsive information, and managing uncertainty and complexity through predictive analysis and data simplification. The results indicate that AI can enhance the efficiency and clarity of public communication but must be complemented by stringent regulations and ethical considerations to ensure responsible use. With the right approach, AI can be an effective tool in improving public communication in this challenging era.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning activity of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive inferential method. The population was all class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung totaling 274 students and a sample of 35 people was determined using Purposive Sampling. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 34 items. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Pedagogical Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.619> rtable (? = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334. b) Test of significant relationship obtained tcount value = 4.524 > ttable (? = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042. 2) Test of influence: a) Test of regression equation, obtained regression equation Y ?="16.36" + 0.65X. b) Test of regression determination coefficient (r2) = 38.3%. 3) Hypothesis test using F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = (? = 0.05, dk numerator k = 21, dk denominator = n-2 = 35-2 = 33) which is 20.43 > 1.62. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This research aims to determine the strategy for realizing social harmony in Islamic and Christian communities in Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Natal Regency, knowing the forms and forms of social harmony and the efforts made to create social harmony in Islamic and Christian communities in Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Regency. Christmas 2024. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Social harmony is compatibility, suitability, balance and justice which provides a sense of security, peace and prosperity to all mankind. Broadly speaking, it means the existence of brotherhood and togetherness between religious communities even though they are different in terms of ethnicity, race and class. The results of this research show that in the villages of Promisematogu and Lambou Dahlul Ihsan, each religion teaches to live in peace and tranquility. The importance of awareness among the adherents of each religion makes it very easy to establish social harmony in society. So that people can live in peace, help each other, respect each other, in everyday life. Religious figures also often emphasize the importance of tolerance as a basis for peaceful coexistence. By implementing the Dalihan Na Tolu system, the kinship system has an important meaning that looks at the relationship between Islamic and Christian communities in the kinship system incorporated in Dalian Na Tolu, overcoming relationships that are built on the basis of inter-religious brotherhood.

Abstrak:
This research is classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). The topic is changing forms of energy in class IV-B students, SDN Pakis 01 Surabaya. The number of students in the class consists of 25. The data collection method used consists of observation, tests, and documentation. The learning model applied is problem-based learning (PBL). The research results show that the learning model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) can significantly improve student learning outcomes in science subjects. The pre-cycle results showed a completion rate of 32%; in cycle 1, it increased to 56%, and then in cycle 2, it increased to 80%. Implementation of learning models (problem-based learning) has succeeded in achieving the expected targets and can effectively improve student learning outcomes, especially in class IV-B at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya in the 2024-2025 academic year. The learning model of problem-based learning (PBL) is also known for its effectiveness in building students' critical thinking skills so that it can help make the learning process easier.

Abstrak:
This research aims to improve students' learning experience in Pancasila education through interactive video media at SDN 1 Pakis Surabaya. The research used a spiral-based PTK method with a total of 25 students, with a focus on planning, action, observation and reflection. The research results show a significant increase in, student learning outcomes after video interactivity. This research shows that the use of interactive videos in the Pancasila education program at SDN 1 Pakis Surabaya significantly improves student learning outcomes. Based on the data collected, it appears that the use of interactive videos can improve students' understanding of the material, especially on teacher-led learning topics that prioritize good behavior in the surrounding environment. The increase in learning outcomes as seen from the average student score from 68 to 75 shows that this media is effective in helping students meet the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that have been set. with a percentage in the initial condition of 41%, in cycle I which was proven to be 83%, and the percentage in cycle II was 100%. In addition, every student succeeded in achieving the learning objectives in cycle II, with a statistically significant average increase. Observations also showed that student activity and motivation increased, indicating that interactive videos had a positive impact on both academic performance and behavior.

Students often have difficulty understanding the concepts of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), especially at the elementary school level. This difficulty is caused by the lack of variety of learning methods that are capable and attract students to actively participate in learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class IV C students in the elastic movement material in science and science lessons. This research applies the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model which uses Mystery Box media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which consists of two cycles. The instruments used include pretest and posttest as well as observation sheets. The data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively to measure the increase in learning outcomes from one cycle to the next. The research results show that implementing PjBL with Mystery Box media improves student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was significant improvement, although some students had not reached the target. In the second cycle, learning outcomes continued to improve, with the majority of students reaching or exceeding the KKM. The percentage obtained from the pretest and posttest results was from 56.73% to 74.62%.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this classroom action research is to use the problem-based learning paradigm to improve the skills of twenty-four fourth-grade students at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya in producing transitive and intransitive sentences. Methods such as observation, testing, and documentation were used to collect data. Two phases formed this investigation. Students of class IV A improved their learning outcomes for the formation of transitive and intransitive sentences according to the classroom action research. In cycle I, the average score was 72, or 45%, or 11 students. In cycle II, it jumped to 80, or 83%, or 20 students. This study found that in the 2024-2025 academic year, students in class IV A at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya were able to improve their capacity to create transitive and intransitive sentences by using the problem-based learning paradigm. Problem-Based Learning is known as a learning method that involves identifying a problem and then assigning students to solve it, thus making students more active and able to understand the material during the learning process.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the Positive and Significant Relationship Between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior in the School Environment of Grade XI Students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research method is a quantitative research method. The population of this study included all grade XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung who were Protestant Christians totaling 141 people, but only 36 people were determined as samples taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 42 items, 20 items for variable X and 22 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior of Students in the SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung Environment. This is proven by: 1) The positive relationship test obtained the value of rxy = 0.597> rtable = 0.329, thus it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) The significant relationship test obtained the value of tcount = 4.336> ttable = 2.042. Thus Ha which states that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Relationship between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior of Students in the School Environment of Class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted.

Stunting in Tapanuli Selah district will be 39.4 percent in 2022, and in 2023 it will decrease by 15.6 percent. Community empowerment in the health sector develops Community Resource Health Efforts (UKBM) namely Posyandu. Posyandu organizers are health cadres, elected by the community. Increasing the ability of cadres to manage posyandu activities, especially regarding basic health services to the community, is carried out by training by health workers. Muaratais Health Center was inaugurated on July 15 2023, the newest sub-district expansion in South Tapanuli Regency. The Muaratais Health Center area has 15 villages, in each village there is a posyandu, an average of 4 cadres and there are new cadres who have never attended training. The service team agreed with the Community Health Center to carry out training for posyandu cadres on monitoring the growth of toddlers. Training materials, toddler growth, measuring body length, height and weight using tools available at the posyandu, infant ruler, microtoise, portable electric body weight. The training participants consisted of 20 health cadres, appointed by the community health center to represent the posyandu in their work area. Training activities were carried out for two days in the community health center meeting room. Lecture, question and answer, simulation and demonstration methods. Trainees' knowledge about monitoring toddler growth is getting better. Skills in using the growth monitoring tools available at posyandu category are sufficient. Skills at the advanced stage are continued by the posyandu supervisor.
