Cage management is vital for farmers because it is related to providing a comfortable environment for broiler chickens. A study was conducted in CV. Mjj farm blessindo to find out the location, layout, and equipment needed in broiler maintenance in a close-house cage. The data collection methods consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes the results of observations and interviews, while secondary data comes from maintenance management guidebooks and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that the Mjj farm blessindo cage is well managed from all aspects so that the chicken's performance and production produce satisfactory values.

This study aims to analyze competency in improving accountability. This study uses the System Literature Review method using data sources from Mendeley, Publish or Perish 8 and Google Scholar with journal indexes Sinta 1, Sinta 2 and Sinta 3 as well as reputable international journals over a period of 5 years starting in 2019-2024. Article collection was carried out using the keywords competency and accountability. The results of this study indicate that competency formed by intellectual and physical abilities affects accountability and transparency, especially in village governance. Inadequate competency in village officials can hinder effective fund allocation, impact accountability and risk misallocation of funds due to weak monitoring and evaluation systems. Human resources are the main asset, and increasing competency in financial management among village officials is related to increasing accountability, in line with management theory, which emphasizes responsible and honest governance.

Beginning readingability in childrenage5-6years is a basic skill that is very important in supporting their academic development. One effective method for improving this ability is through interesting and interactive media, such as picture word cards. This media is designed to introduce children to basic vocabulary with the help of appropriate pictures, and remember these words. Using picture word cards can strengthen children's reading skills, because they combine attractive visual elements with direct reading practice. Through fun games and activities, children can gradually learn to recognize words, improve their reading fluency and enrich their vocabulary. This approach also provides a pleasant experience, makes the process of learning to read more interesting and reduces the anxiety that may arise in children when learning to read. In this way, picture word cards become an effective medium in supporting the development of early reading skills in young children.

Community Service Activities were carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto with the target of understanding legal socialization related to preventing deviant behavior from an Islamic legal perspective. Where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where children are not yet fully able to be independent. At this time, teenagers are at the stage of searching for self-identity which is full of various problems. One of the problems experienced by teenagers in their lives is related to deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is chaotic behavior that causes a teenager to be nervous, nervous and act uncontrollably. This behavior is often a reflection of anti-social personality in teenagers, we can see this from behavior that does not heed religious and social norms. Trigger factors can come from the individual teenager himself (internal) or outside the teenager himself (external). As parents, educators (teachers) should naturally contribute to resolving deviant behavior in adolescents. Emotional development in adolescents has not yet reached stability, so to help solve the problem we must understand its characteristics.

The tendency for students to experience excessive anxiety, commonly referred to as overthinking, stems from their habit of scrolling through and comparing themselves with the achievements of others on social media. This is one of the disorders that contributes to the mental health issues caused by frequent consumption of social media. A lack of religious knowledge plays a significant role in how individuals process information. The awareness of the importance of religious knowledge needs to be instilled in every educated student so that their academic pursuits do not overshadow their obligations as servants of Allah, who are still given the opportunity to accumulate good deeds. This research employed a qualitative approach over four days using a Google Form survey as the questionnaire tool. The purpose of this research is to process the data obtained to provide clear facts from the field.

The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of the Indonesian sharia market, the mechanisms involved, and the potential and challenges faced during its development. The method used in this study is a literature study using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely analyzing various factors, laws, and current developments related to the sharia market. The findings of this study indicate that the Indonesian sharia market has experienced significant growth due to stricter regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). However, there are still several problems in this market, such as the lack of public understanding of sharia principles and gaps in available sharia products. Nevertheless, the Indonesian sharia capital market has a lot of potential, including the ability to increase public awareness of sharia investment and the various investment products available.

Mental health is very important for society and individuals. However, the stigma of mental illness remains a major barrier for those who need support and treatment. Self-, social, and structural stigma are types of stigma that contribute to isolation and discrimination. The aim of this research is to find out how education and awareness campaigns can prevent the stigma of mental disorders. The methods used include analysis of literature on biological, psychological, and social variables that influence mental health, as well as analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention methods. The results show that public education, awareness campaigns, and programs in schools based on social media can significantly increase public understanding and reduce unfavorable stereotypes. In conclusion, preventing mental disorders requires a broad approach that includes education, early detection, and community-based intervention. In this way, society can create a friendly, supportive and stigma-free environment to improve everyone's mental well-being.

The UMKM digitalization is carried out by utilizing digital technology to expand the marketing of UMKM products through digital marketing. The method used is the observation method by going directly to the UMKM location. The selected UMKMs in this service are UMKM Dua Putra and UMKM Tempe and Soy Milk. After conducting a survey and finding the problems faced by these UMKMs, this service carried out the development of UMKMs by making UMKM product brands and logos, making Google Maps, and making QRIS. The results and benefits obtained from this activity are first, branding UMKM products by giving the name “Tempe Ndeso” and making a logo so that it can increase consumer attractiveness and increase sales. Second, location placement on Google Maps for UMKMs so as to facilitate buyer access and increase visibility. Third, the implementation of the QRIS payment system at the Dua Putra UMKMs for an integrated digital payment system to facilitate transactions and increase payment efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.The research method used is quantitative method, and uses a research population of 9 transportation companies. The sample technique used is purposive sampling method, the data in this study are financial statements in the form of ratios that represent each research variable and are processed using the SPSS Version 26 instrument measuring tool, the results of the t test (partial) Earning Per Share (EPS) hypothesis test research obtained that the tcount value < t table (0.559 < 2.036), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05) then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Return On Equity (ROE) obtained that the value of tcount < ttable (-0.377 > 0.05), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected (-2.036) with a sig value of (0.709> 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Net Profit Margin (NPM) obtained tcount < ttable (0.952 < 2.036) with a sig value of (0.348 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected, Based on these results it can be concluded that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no significant negative effect on Stock Returns.
