Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province during the 2014-2024 period. The women's quota is an affirmative policy designed to increase women's representation in the legislature, regulated by Indonesia's electoral law. Although this policy has been implemented, there are still various challenges that hinder women's participation in politics, including cultural, social, and structural barriers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Deputy Chairman of DPRD , Legislative Candidate, Academics , Sociologist and Law/ Political observers, as well as analysis of official documents and related reports. The results show that despite an increase in the number of women in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD ) of DKI Jakarta Province , the women's quota has not fully achieved its goals. Some of the factors that affect the effectiveness of this quota include the lack of support from political parties, strong gender stereotypes, and obstacles in the recruitment and selection process of female candidates. This research also found that the existence of women's quotas alone is not enough to increase women's participation in politics. Further efforts are needed, including political education for women, capacity building for female legislator candidates, and reforms in the political party system to support greater involvement of women. In conclusion, the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province still faces various challenges in its implementation, and additional strategies are needed to overcome these obstacles in order to achieve more equitable and inclusive representation.

Abstrak:
Leadership in the Islamic perspective is a sacred trust given by Allah to humans as His vicegerents on earth to prosper the world and safeguard the well-being of the community. Leaders are required to possess key qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and the ability to convey the truth, as well as being faithful, pious, just, professional, and responsible. The stories of Prophet Adam and Prophet David in the Qur'an illustrate the immense responsibility and the risks of succumbing to desires, which can be overcome through introspection and repentance. An ideal leader should use the Qur'an and hadith as guidance to achieve justice, welfare, and blessings for themselves and their communities, serving as a foundation for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Abstrak:
This study reveals the potential of ChatGPT in supporting students' mathematics learning. However, the study's results also show challenges in utilising ChatGPT, such as inconsistent answer quality and potential student dependence on technology. This indicates the need for a more holistic approach to integrating ChatGPT into the learning process. This study aimed to analyse ChatGPT's ability to answer quantitative knowledge and mathematical reasoning questions, assess students' prompting abilities with ChatGPT, evaluate the use of ChatGPT, and measure the extent to which students' mathematical, creative and critical abilities have increased. This study uses an Embedded Design type of Mixed Method approach. The population in this study were all high school students who took the Tridaya Tutoring Program 2024/2025. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the sample selected was all 20 students from class XII of Tridaya Tutoring High School. The research instruments used were written tests, namely multiple-choice questions and documentation studies of screenshots of ChatGPT answer results. The study results showed that the t value for measuring creative and critical abilities was 6.691 and 7.151. It was found that there was a significant difference between the test scores obtained before and after the treatment. This shows that the instructions given to students can improve their test scores. ChatGPT can help students in learning as a virtual tutor. However, it should also be noted that not all questions can be answered. Some even have different answers. This makes students dissatisfied with the results obtained. This is where students are trained in critical thinking why this can happen. In addition, the student's prompting technique for ChatGPT is also considered. There is a need for creativity in prompting so students can further explore the answers from ChatGPT. Although they can answer any question, guidance from the teacher and independent verification are needed regarding the answers given by ChatGPT so that the desired answer is by expectations.
Penelitian ini mengungkap potensi ChatGPT dalam mendukung pembelajaran matematika siswa. Namun, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tantangan dalam memanfaatkan ChatGPT, seperti kualitas jawaban yang tidak konsisten dan potensi ketergantungan siswa pada teknologi. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang lebih holistik untuk mengintegrasikan ChatGPT ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan ChatGPT dalam menjawab pertanyaan pengetahuan kuantitatif dan penalaran matematika, menilai kemampuan prompting siswa dengan ChatGPT, mengevaluasi penggunaan ChatGPT, dan mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan matematika, kreatif, dan kritis siswa meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mixed Method tipe Embedded Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA yang mengikuti Program Bimbingan Belajar Tridaya 2024/2025. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan sampel yang dipilih adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMA Bimbingan Belajar Tridaya yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis, yaitu soal pilihan ganda dan studi dokumentasi berupa tangkapan layar hasil jawaban ChatGPT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t untuk mengukur kemampuan kreatif dan kritis adalah 6,691 dan 7,151. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai tes yang diperoleh sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa petunjuk yang diberikan kepada siswa dapat meningkatkan nilai tes mereka. ChatGPT dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar sebagai tutor virtual. Namun, perlu diperhatikan juga bahwa tidak semua soal dapat dijawab. Bahkan ada yang jawabannya berbeda-beda. Hal ini membuat siswa tidak puas dengan hasil yang diperoleh. Di sinilah siswa dilatih untuk berpikir kritis tentang mengapa hal tersebut dapat terjadi. Selain itu, teknik prompting siswa untuk ChatGPT juga diperhatikan. Perlu adanya kreativitas dalam prompting agar siswa dapat lebih mengeksplorasi jawaban dari ChatGPT. Meskipun dapat menjawab soal apa saja, diperlukan arahan dari guru dan verifikasi mandiri terkait jawaban yang diberikan ChatGPT agar jawaban yang diinginkan sesuai dengan harapan.

This study aims to increase the author's knowledge and insight. While the goal is to collect and solve every problem found by researchers specifically describing the preservation of local Malay culture through extracurricular dance arts rentak bulian at Sma Negeri 1 Seberida Indragiri Hulu Regency. In this study, the researcher uses Sedyawati's theory (2007) which discusses protection, utilization, development. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The author made observations and then interviewed several sources. The author reviewed the documentation of the information data that the author had obtained. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of dance extracurricular activities at Sma Negeri 1 Seberida. In the preservation of Rentak Bulian dance at SMAN 1 Seberida, protection is carried out by providing extracurricular dance activities, starting from costumes, make-up, properties are also preserved in the provision of this extracurricular activity, the development of preservation by presenting dance not only for healing ceremonies but also for entertainment events and competitions. As well as utilization to support student abilities and consciously introduce Rentak Bulian dance to the community so that the existence of the dance is not lost

Reza Indragiri Amriel's book "Ajari Ayah, Ya Nak!" was published in 2014 and offers a fresh perspective on the crucial role of parents, particularly fathers, in educating and guiding their children. The author invites readers to consider how father-child interactions can become a process of mutual learning, with a focus on the father's role as an educator and how children learn from their own experiences. The aim of this abstract is to examine the messages and values contained in the book, as well as its connection to the progress of family education in Indonesia. The book emphasizes the importance of fathers being actively involved in their children's education and how this can influence their character in the future. This article seeks to understand how Reza Indragiri Amriel portrays the role of fathers in family education and how this influences the personal development of children. We do so by employing a qualitative approach. The findings are expected to provide readers with an understanding of the importance of parental collaboration in educating their children.

Abstrak:
Clean drinking water is a basic necessity with increasing demand due to population growth and rising health awareness. This study aims to evaluate the business feasibility of PT. Bumi Daha Sejahtera in producing clean drinking water, focusing on three key aspects: marketing, human resources (HR), and environmental impact. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal a significant market potential for drinking water in the company’s operational area with moderate competition levels. In terms of HR, the local workforce is sufficiently available and can enhance their competencies through training programs. From an environmental perspective, the company can minimize negative impacts by adopting eco-friendly technologies and complying with regulatory standards. The study concludes that PT. Bumi Daha Sejahtera’s business is feasible, provided that these aspects are managed sustainably. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing effective marketing strategies, continuous employee training, and proper environmental management to ensure business sustainability.

Abstrak:
Introduction: This study explored the role of mass media in enhancing tsunami preparedness among young adults on the southern coast of Central Java, a region highly vulnerability to tectonic events. Mass media, with its extensive reach and persuasive influence, played a significant role in disaster communication, shaping public awareness and preparedness.
Methods: Guided by Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and neuroscience perspectives, the research examined how cognitive and emotional responses to disaster information influenced preparedness behaviors. A survey was conducted with 175 respondents aged 18-24 from Calaca, a high-risk tsunami zone. Among these, 91 respondents had prior disaster experience, with 60.38% relying on mass media as their primary source of emergency information.
Findings: The survey results showed that 74.9% of respondents indicated readiness for disaster preparedness. The study integrated the ELM framework with cognitive neuroscience, emphasizing modification to critical element such as ability to process information and the nature of cognitive processing. These adaptations supported more effective, persuasive disaster communication.
Originality: The finding underscored the potential of mass media as powerful stimulus, shaping cognitive responses and preparedness behavior. This research contributed to understanding the interplay between disaster communication, cognitive processes, and behavioral outcomes, offering insights for designing targeted interventions to enhance preparedness.

The current digitalization era makes people adapt to technological developments, including in terms of payment transactions. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has emerged as a practical and simple digital payment solution, but for MSMEs, especially the elderly (4060 years) or the general public, there are still many challenges. This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training and community service in increasing the use and understanding of QRIS among elderly MSMEs and the general public in Sukadami Village, South Cikarang District. Through participatory training methods and quantitative approaches, this study measures the impact of the service program on digital literacy and the level of QRIS adoption.

An effective school payment system will trigger the performance of the agency to be better than before. Web-Based School Administration Payment System Application at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin, In the world of education, an efficient and integrated administration system is very important to maintain the smooth running of academic and management processes, including data management of students, teachers, and school management. Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School (SMPI), as one of the educational institutions in the region, experiences problems in administrative management. The administration system used is still manual, especially in terms of recording student data, recapitulating grades, and paying tuition fees. This causes various problems such as data input errors, loss of important records, and delays in delivering information to related parties. . Therefore, the implementation of a Web-based Administration System at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin is a relevant solution. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and improve the quality of school administration services. With a web-based system, it is expected that the administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately, and transparently.
