Abstrak:
Stick exercise training is a form of community fitness intervention aimed at improving motor skills, particularly among adults. This community service activity was carried out in RW 06, Kalibanteng Kulon Village, involving 20 participants, mostly women. The method used was direct training through a participatory approach, beginning with problem identification, followed by a pre-test, stick exercise session, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ motor understanding and skills, with scores increasing from 52% in the pre-test to 82% in the post-test. The 30% increase indicates the effectiveness of training methods using simple equipment like sticks. This program not only provides physical benefits but also encourages active community participation in fun, accessible, and healthy activities. Stick exercise training has proven to be an appropriate educational and preventive medium for sustainably developing motor capacity within the community.

In global competition, companies must be able to set competitive selling prices. Production cost components such as raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs are all included in the cost of goods manufactured. This study analyzes the COGS with Job Order Costing at PT. XYZ, a make-to-order company. The study was conducted by comparing COGS with Job Order Costing between Box Roller Conveyor and Bag Stop & Go Belt Conveyor as well as material usage and outsourcing. The results of the study indicate that Job Order Costing at PT.XYZ accurately traces the contribution of material costs and outsourcing to total production costs, and evaluates efficiency and cost control on each project with different characteristics. The use of Job Order Costing shows that Bag Stop & Go Belt Conveyor has a higher COGS of Rp299,655,813 than the COGS of Box Roller Conveyor of only Rp209,740,142. The cost structure shows that outsourcing is the most dominant component, reaching more than 98% of HPP on Bag Stop & Go Belt Conveyor, while raw material costs contribute less than 3%, so it can be concluded that the outsourcing vendor management strategy greatly affects the efficiency of production costs at PT. XYZ.

Abstrak:
Patient safety is a fundamental component of healthcare quality and a key indicator of hospital performance. Ensuring its implementation requires not only technical competence but also psychological and organizational support. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and coaching on the implementation of patient safety among nurses, with responsive culture as a mediating variable at Hospital X, Bekasi. A quantitative approach was employed using a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 162 nurses in inpatient units using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that both motivation and coaching have significant direct effects on the implementation of patient safety. In addition, both variables significantly influence the development of responsive culture, which in turn also has a significant effect on patient safety. Responsive culture serves as a strong mediating factor, reinforcing the relationship between individual-level factors (motivation and coaching) and organizational safety outcomes. These findings indicate that motivated nurses who receive structured coaching within a responsive organizational environment are more likely to engage in safe practices. This study contributes to the growing evidence that human and cultural factors are critical in improving patient safety outcomes. It also provides practical recommendations for hospital leaders to focus on motivation strategies, coaching mechanisms, and cultural transformation to build safer healthcare systems. Future research is suggested to involve multiple institutions and integrate qualitative methods for deeper contextual understanding.

The research with the title Application of Fire and Gas Detection Systems takes place at the North Field Expansion Project (NFXP). The methods used are direct observation, interviews, simulations and literature studies. The objectives of the study were to determine the application of fire and gas detection systems, and to determine the challenges in the application of fire and gas detection systems in the North Field Expansion Project (NFXP). The results obtained show that the Fire and Gas Detection System implemented at NFXP is in compliance with international safety standards, and the system is able to detect fire threats and gas leaks with high efficiency through advanced detector technology, automatic response, and integration with other safety systems such as IPS and HVAC. The effectiveness of the system is reflected in the ability to detect threats in less than 5 seconds, with detection coverage that meets the target of 90% by one detector and 85% by two or more detectors. The main challenges in the implementation of fire and gas detection systems include extreme environmental conditions, such as corrosion due to exposure to seawater and high temperatures, and false alarms that reach around 15%. Another obstacle is the lack of technical training for personnel in operating and maintaining the system.

Abstrak:
Perineal robekane is a birth canal wound that can occur spontaneously due to a stiff perineum, precipitate labor, wrong delivery leadership, lack of good cooperation with the mother during the birth process, improper use of manual maneuvers. Perineal robekane due to episiotomy expands the birth canal due to large, premature babies, abnormalities in location and delivery with vacuum forceps. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of perineal robekane in normal delivery at PMB Roslina,S.Keb in 2023 with a population of all women giving birth normally with a total of 80 mothers. The research method used a cross sectional and sampling technique, data analysis using square test. In this study, it was found that there was a relationship between the age of the mother and the incidence of perineal robekane in normal delivery, a significance p-value = 0.000 (a <0.05), while the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal robekane had a significance p-value = 0.000 (a <0.05) and the relationship between BBL and the incidence of perineal robekane, p-value = 0.000 (a <0.05). So there is a relationship between age, parity and BBL with the incidence of perineal robekane. There is a significant relationship between the appropriate age factor, and BBL and the incidence of perineal robekane in normal delivery.

This study explores the representation of adolescent trauma through the character of Hannah Baker in Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a psychological literary analysis approach, the research applies Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory and the concept of complex trauma to investigate how environmental systems contribute to psychological deterioration. The analysis identifies five levels microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and chronosystem that each fail to provide the support Hannah needs, ultimately leading to her emotional collapse. Key findings reveal that direct peer betrayal, institutional neglect, weak family-school communication, cultural normalization of victim-blaming, and cumulative unresolved trauma collectively influence the protagonist's declining mental health. The study demonstrates that trauma in adolescence is rarely the result of a single incident but rather the accumulation of systemic failures over time. The findings imply that educational institutions and communities must adopt trauma-informed frameworks and foster empathetic, interconnected support systems to protect vulnerable youth.

Abstrak:
This study examines the integration of Islamic values in the development of science and technology in the Society 5.0 era through a qualitative literature study. The research analyzes three main aspects: (1) the concept of tadabbur alam (contemplation of nature) in the Qur'an as an epistemological foundation, (2) critique of secular science from a tawhidic paradigm perspective, and (3) implementation models in Islamic higher education. Findings reveal that the Qur'an provides a comprehensive epistemological framework connecting empirical observation, rational reasoning, and spiritual internalization. Case studies at UIN Bandung and UIN Surabaya demonstrate successful curriculum integration models such as "Revelation Guides Science" and "Integrated Twin Towers." The study concludes that Islamic epistemology offers solutions to contemporary challenges including ecological crises, technological ethics, and meaning crises in modern science. Strategic recommendations are proposed for policy makers, Islamic universities, and technology developers to operationalize this integration. Keywords : Islamic epistemology, Ccience integration, Society 5.0, Tadabbur alam, Tawhidic paradigm
