The high birth rate in Indonesia is one of the major problems and requires special attention in handling it. One form of special attention from the government in overcoming the high birth rate is implementing comprehensive family planning. The national family planning movement is prepared to build optimal human resources, characterized by increasing community participation in meeting the needs to be able to build prosperous families in the context of family planning services. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between family support and the participation of Women of Childbearing Age in the Family Planning Program at the Aramo Health Center, Aramo District, South Nias in 2023. The results of the cross-tabulation study showed a relationship between family support and the participation of women of childbearing age in the family planning program at the Aroma Health Center, South Nias in 2023 with a P value of 0.000 (P value <0.005), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Suggestions for midwifery services to provide education to increase family support with the participation of women of childbearing age.

Indonesia is a country with a vast diversity of cultures, religions, and ethnicities, which makes it one of the most pluralistic societies in the world. Multicultural education is present as a strategic approach to instill the values of tolerance, inclusion, and social harmony in the midst of this diversity. This article explores the nature of multicultural education in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic education, which emphasizes respect for differences as part of the sunnatullah. Through literature research methods, this article discusses the concept, implementation, and challenges of multicultural education in the national education system. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented through the development of diversity-based curriculum, teacher training to manage multicultural classrooms, and the creation of an inclusive educational environment. The Islamic perspective provides a strong philosophical and normative foundation to support multicultural education, such as the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith that emphasize the importance of tolerance and intercultural dialogue. However, the implementation of multicultural education faces challenges, including cultural resistance from exclusivity groups and limited resources in schools, especially in remote areas. This article recommends strengthening the socialization of multicultural values, developing contextual teaching materials, increasing teacher training, and allocating adequate resources as solutions to overcome these challenges. By integrating Islamic values in multicultural education, Indonesia can build a generation that is tolerant, inclusive, and able to maintain social harmony in the midst of diversity. This article contributes to enriching the discourse of multicultural education and offers practical solutions for its implementation.

This study examines the impact of green talent management practices on HR performance quality in eco-friendly hotels in Central Java, Indonesia, using a phenomenological approach. Through in-depth interviews with 24 participants across six star-rated hotels, direct observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions, the research explores how green HRM practices influence employee performance and career development opportunities for young talent. The findings reveal that eco-friendly hotels have implemented various green talent management practices including environmentally-conscious recruitment, sustainability training, green performance management, and employee involvement in environmental initiatives. These practices positively impact multiple dimensions of employee performance: task performance through improved resource efficiency; contextual performance through enhanced teamwork; adaptive performance through increased innovation capability; and environmental performance through strengthened pro-environmental behaviors. The effectiveness of these practices is influenced by top management commitment, integration with business strategy, training quality, organizational culture, and resource availability. Young employees perceive involvement in green initiatives as valuable for developing leadership skills, expanding professional networks, and enhancing market competitiveness, although they identify the need for clearer sustainability-focused career paths. The study contributes to GHRM and talent management literature by explicating the mechanisms linking green talent management with performance outcomes in the hospitality industry context, while providing practical implications for hotel managers seeking to enhance both environmental sustainability and human resource performance. The research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to green talent management that aligns environmental priorities with employee development and organizational strategy.

This study aims to examine the impact of social media on the religiosity of students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), focusing on both the positive and negative effects, as well as the factors influencing these outcomes. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, relying on literature review and data collection through observations of social media use in students' religious activities. The findings indicate that social media can strengthen religiosity by providing access to religious content, forming religious communities, and enhancing religious knowledge. However, challenges such as the spread of hoaxes and the diversion of attention from worship also exist. In conclusion, careful management of social media is essential to maximize its positive impact on students' religiosity. The study recommends improving digital religious literacy, critical religious education, and guidance in social media use.

Abstrak . Latar Belakang: Fasilitas layanan kesehatan memegang peranan penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan yang bermutu, termasuk pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis yang terpadu. Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan yang andal sangat penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan data medis yang akurat, mendukung evaluasi layanan kesehatan, dan menyederhanakan proses administrasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis di fasilitas layanan kesehatan, dengan fokus khusus pada struktur dan implementasi sistem tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka naratif. Data dikumpulkan dari 10 artikel ilmiah yang diambil melalui Google Scholar berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Ekstraksi dan sintesis data dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis di fasilitas layanan kesehatan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, prevalensi dokumentasi manual yang rentan terhadap kehilangan data, dan implementasi teknologi informasi yang belum optimal. Beberapa fasilitas kesehatan telah memulai adopsi sistem digital untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pelaporan. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan yang efektif, regulasi yang lebih kuat, dan peningkatan kapasitas teknologi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan implementasi sistem rekam medis di fasilitas kesehatan.

Peneltiian ini berfokus pada transformasi kelompok bermain menuju Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) di Indonesia, yang merupakan pendekatan komprehensif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dengan mengintegrasikan aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, pengasuhan, dan perlindungan. Fenomena ini mencermintakn pergeseran paradigma dalam pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak dasar anak. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, kontribusi teoretis, faktor-fakotr yang mempengaruhi transformasi, serta gap yang ada dalam literatur terkait. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dalam jumlah penelitian terkait PAUD HI, dengan penekanan pada pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung, kesadaran pemangku kepentingan, dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Meskipun demikian, terapat kekosongan penelitian dalam evaluasi jangka panjang dan pedoman praktis untuk implementasi PAUD HI. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih mendalam dan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mendukung pengambangan PAUD yang lebih holistik dan integratif di Indonesia.
 

Ketidaksetaraan pendidikan masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Artikel ini membahas bagaimana optimalisasi sumber ajar dapat menjadi solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan educational inequality.  Dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab ketidaksetaraan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran pendidikan, distribusi sumber ajar yang tidak merata, dan kualitas guru yang belum optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keagamaan serta komunitas dapat memperbaiki akses dan kualitas sumber ajar dalam PAI. Dengan strategi ini diharapkan kesenjangan pendidikan dapat dikurangi dan kualitas pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia.

Penelitian ini membahas pendekatan analisis rasio dalam melihat kinerja keuangan daerah melalui laporan keuangan pemerintah. Keuangan daerah yang sehat sangat penting untuk mendukung pembangunan dan pengelolaan sumber daya, sehingga evaluasi yang tepat terhadap kinerja keuangan diperlukan. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, yang menganalisis jenis-jenis rasio dalam laporan keuangan pemerintah, serta metode analisis yang dipakai untuk menilai kinerja keuangan daerah. Jenis-jenis rasio yang dianalisis meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, rentabilitas, efisiensi, dan pertumbuhan. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis vertikal, horizontal, rasio keuangan, dan benchmarking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun analisis rasio memberikan gambaran objektif dan relevan mengenai kondisi keuangan daerah, tantangan utama terletak pada ketersediaan data yang akurat dan kesesuaian rasio dengan kondisi spesifik daerah. Oleh karenanya, penting bagi pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan standarisasi rasio dan meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan untuk mendukung analisis yang lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan analisis rasio dapat menjadi alat yang sangat berguna untuk menilai kinerja keuangan daerah, namun memerlukan perbaikan dalam hal data dan standarisasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penerapannya.

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors consisting of inflation, rupiah exchange rate, and interest rates on stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consists of manufacturing companies listed on IDX during the research period, selected using purposive sampling method. The results show that among the three macroeconomic factors studied, only the rupiah exchange rate has a significant influence on the stock returns of manufacturing companies. This is due to the characteristics of the manufacturing industry which has a high dependence on imported raw materials, so that exchange rate fluctuations directly affect the company's financial performance and stock returns. Meanwhile, inflation and interest rates did not show a significant effect on stock returns of manufacturing companies during the study period.

The development of church members serves as a crucial foundation for strengthening Christian ministry. This effort aims to nurture a congregation that is mature in faith, character, and service, enabling them to actively introduce Christ to the world. The church faces significant challenges in increasing congregational participation, particularly among the younger generation, who are often more focused on digital life. Therefore, continuous training is essential to fortify the faith of the congregation and prepare them to engage in Christian ministry. Effective training methods include fellowship, Bible teaching, mentoring, and social service. This development not only strengthens relationships among congregation members but also equips them to serve in various aspects of life. Through ongoing development, the church will produce a congregation that is strong in faith, active in ministry, and ready to face the challenges of the times.
