Natural Sciences (IPA) are the knowledge of nature, including living things, dead objects, and processes that occur around it. Natural science is a branch of science that is very broad and includes physics, chemistry, biology, and the science of Earth and Space. This study aims to explore the importance of natural science (IPA) in basic education, focusing on developing scientific skills and understanding of natural phenomena. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This approach aims to describe the phenomena that occur in science learning and analyze their effectiveness in increasing student understanding. The results showed that IPA learning has an important role in student daily lives. With an interdisciplinary approach that includes physics, chemistry, biology, and earth and space science, from the four IPA fields allow students to develop critical thinking skills and problem solving needed to face global challenges. Thus, natural science is very important in everyday life and also in understanding the relationship between humans and nature. Through a deep understanding of natural science, we can better appreciate the beauty of nature and play an active role in maintaining its sustainability for future generations.

Currently at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, there is an outreach to find new students for high school and equivalent schools which is carried out every year. The socialization process explains the steps for registering new students. In the future, it is hoped that many prospective students will register to become new students. In designing this simulation using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method, the stages in the MDLC method can make the simulation design in the form of animation complete. This research method provides information using instruments with a qualitative approach. This method collects data provided or obtained from sources, both written and verbal. A qualitative approach is carried out by interviewing sources directly, making direct observations from the field. The beta test results show that the animated simulation video for new student admissions at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi obtained an average percentage of 87%. The highest percentage score was 93% for the assessment of the first question regarding sound quality and the fourth question regarding whether the animated simulation video could be played well.

This research is motivated by the lack of use of technology-based learning media in Indonesia mathematics learning for grade IV students at SD Negeri SUKARATU 6. Student learning activities seem monotonous so that students are less enthusiastic about learning mathematics. This research aims to analyze usage wordwall game learning media on students' interest in learning mathematics. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was carried out in class IV of SD Negeri Sukaratu 6, totaling 30 students as research subjects for mathematics subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The results of the research prove that the wordwall learning media is an interactive media that is easy to use in the learning activities of grade IV students at SD Negri Sukaratu 6. So, it can be concluded that the wordwall learning media can increase students' interest in learning mathematics.

The COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted Indonesia, leading to substantial socio-economic disruptions and widespread social anxiety. In response, the government implemented a range of measures, including restrictions and mandatory health protocols, to control the virus. Although the pandemic is officially declared over, the risk of infection remains. Therefore, continued adherence to health protocols is essential. This study aimed to identify the key factors driving public compliance with health protocols in the post-pandemic period within Indonesia, providing valuable insights for policymakers to prevent future outbreaks. The findings revealed that knowledge emerged as the most significant determinant of community adherence to ongoing health protocol implementation. Consequently, the government must consistently emphasize the importance of adhering to health protocols whenever individuals are outside their homes.

Welfare is crucial in the economy, indicating that people are able to meet their basic needs, such as food and clothing. Moreover, the existence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) greatly supports the achievement of this welfare by providing economic opportunities that help people access their living needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a literature study approach supported by secondary data. The results of this study reviewed from an economic aspect state that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in improving community welfare. The greater the welfare, the better the country's economic growth and development. In addition, there is legal support through various regulations designed to support the development of MSMEs and realize community welfare.

This paper aims to determine digital leadership. Change management capability affects human resource performance protocol through personal competencies as intervention variables in local government institutions throughout Central Java. Quantitative methodology is used in this study, and 150 regional head protocols from all regencies and cities in Central Java are involved. The data shall be scrutinized by employing a quantitative methodology via statistical examination, specifically the structural equation modeling - partial least squares (PLS-SEM), which is designed to facilitate path analysis incorporating latent variables. The study results indicate that change management capability and digital leadership significantly impact individual capability and protocol HR performance. It is proven that individual capability functions as a link between two independent variables and human resource performance. In the era of disruption, digital leadership and the ability to manage change are very important to improve protocol adaptability.

Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model prototype, menggunakan React JS untuk front-end, Express.js untuk back-end, dan Firebase sebagai database. Proses pengembangan meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan uji coba. Setelah website inventaris Toko Berkah Lestari berhasil dibuat, dilakukan uji coba blackbox testing dan validasi input. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa website berjalan dengan baik dan telah dihosting, sehingga dapat diakses melalui tautan https://berkah-lestari-4c4d4dc7163e.herokuapp.com. Lebu Digita (LeDig) is a program to realize a Smart Village or 'Smart Village' which aims to change the use of digital technology both in community services and in village government administration. The implementation of this program has used sufficient resources, both in terms of funds and other resources provided by the Indramayu Regency Government. This program aims to achieve the development strategy that has been planned by the Indramayu Regency Government and surrounding villages with the main goal of providing digital-based services for the Indramayu Regency Community. The use of a digital-based system must also be supported by strengthening user competencies through a digital literacy training program for village communities. This community service program aims to increase public awareness of information security in using digital media in the LeDig Program can increase productivity, expand markets, and create new jobs in Indramayu Regency. This community service activity also resulted in a measurement of the level of public awareness of information security using an instrument developed based on the COBIT 2019 Framework. From the results of this measurement, it can be determined the follow-up to the community service program that will be carried out next for the community using the LeDig program in Indramayu Regency, the implementation of which was carried out by a research team from the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta in collaboration with partners from UNIZA, Malaysia.Lebu, Digital, Indramayu, Security, information.

This research examines illocutionary speech acts according to Searle's theory in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis. This research aims to describe the form of illocutionary speech acts in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis, describes the contextual meaning in the short story Robohnya Surau. This research uses qualitative research with a stylistic approach. The research data used are dialogues in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and even discourse that indicates illocutionary speech acts. The source of research data is the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis. The results of this research found utterances that were indicated as illocutionary speech acts in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navois as many as 15 stories. Based on 15 speech data, four types of illocutionary speech acts and their forms were found, namely assertive speech acts totaling 8 utterances (stating 5 utterances, suggesting 3 utterances, and complaining 1 utterance), directive speech acts totaling 2 utterances (ordering 1 utterance and giving orders 1 utterance), expressive speech act of 1 utterance (blame 1 utterance), and declarative speech act of 3 utterances (surrender 1 utterance, decides on 1 utterance, and permits 1 utterance). The meaning of the speech is adjusted to the context of the speech. From these results, the form of assertive speech acts is most often found in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis.

This article discusses the use of noun phrases in health news in Suara Merdeka newspaper in September 2024. The purpose of writing this article is to identify the use of noun phrases by analyzing the types of noun phrases in depth, research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on modificative noun phrases, coordinative noun phrases, and appositive noun phrases. The research method in writing this article uses a descriptive method, a theoretical approach to language, based on data collection using the simak catat technique, and using agih analysis to select data in the study. This research uses informal and formal data presentation techniques delivered in narrative or explanatory form, and presented in tabular form. The result of this research shows some discussion: (1) Identification of modificative noun phrases found as much as 29 data, (2) Identification of coordinative noun phrases found as much as 3 data, (3) Identification of appositive noun phrases found as much as 2 data. This research is expected to be useful as a learning medium, especially in the syntactic field unit, namely noun phrases.
