Abstrak:
Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di MAN 1 Kebumen belum berjalan dengan optimal dan cenderung menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang masih terfokus pada guru (teacher centered), sehingga dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan siswa, salah satunya adalah discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Membuat rancangan pembelajaran Model Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran geografi materi biosfer dan antroposfer kelas X MAN 1 Kebumen, 2) Menganalisis implementasi Model Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran geografi materi biosfer dan antroposfer kelas X MAN 1 Kebumen, 3) Menganalisis keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi materi biosfer dan antroposfer kelas X MAN 1 Kebumen, 4) Menganalisis hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi materi biosfer dan antroposfer kelas X MAN 1 Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk double shoot case pretest -posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Rancangan pembelajaran discovery learning sesuai standar dan mendukung tujuan pembelajaran, 2) Implementasi model discovery learning pada materi biosfer dan antroposfer berjalan sesuai rancangan dan memenuhi kriteria model discovery learning, 3) Keaktifan siswa tergolong tinggi dengan keterlibatan yang baik selama pembelajaran, 4) Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan setelah penerapan model discovery learning, dimana meningkat dari 75,00% pada posttest pertama menjadi 87,50% pada posttest kedua.

Abstrak:
Introduction: Low back pain (LBP) is pain felt in the lower back area, either local pain or radicular pain or both. This pain is felt between the lower rib angle to the buttocks, namely in the lumbar or lumbosacral area and is often accompanied by pain spreading towards the legs. Purpose: This education aims to explain the prevention and benefits of Mc. Kenzie exercise in reducing lower back pain that can be done independently to prevent ongoing pain. Method: The method used is to educate teachers by practicing directly and promotional media in the form of leaflets to make it more attractive and easy to understand. Results: The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in knowledge from an initial score of only 16% then increasing to 100%. Conclusion: Delivery of health information regarding the prevention and treatment of lower back pain by teaching how to do Mc. Kenzie exercise shows a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Seputih Mataram, Central Lampung, where this exercise aims to reduce pain complaints, increase flexibility and mobility, so that teachers can handle pain complaints independently by doing exercises routinely and regularly.

Abstrak:
level training is a curriculum designed to enhance the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes of early childhood educators throughout the material-deepening phase of their professional tasks. This teaching strategy targets adults, namely early childhood educators. This study's objective was an advanced description of the andragogy training paradigm. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. It utilized data-gathering methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicated that the training was conducted in accordance with the andragogy philosophy. Training at the advanced level in managing the education and training process with an andragogy approach included: (1) planning learning designs; (2) implementing learning activities with methods and techniques appropriate for adult learning; (3) evaluating learning outcomes and diagnosing learning needs; (4) Creating an environment and climate that encourages individual learning; (5) Developing tools and strategies that facilitate collaborative learning; (6) Diagnosing unique learning requirements; and (7) Formulating training program objectives based on the needs of the learners. The andragogy training approach does an outstanding job of providing early childhood educators with advanced training and enhancing early childhood learning.

Abstrak:
Character education is very important for building a generation of the nation's successors who have noble character and positive behavior, especially amidst the increasingly complex challenges of the times. This article discusses the definition of character education, its objectives, and the benefits of implementing it in schools. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and the literature study method was employed to investigate various references related to the subject. The study results indicate that educational character is very important in shaping students' personalities, preventing bad behavior among teenagers, preparing a responsible generation, providing the tools for living in society, and supporting students' academic achievements. To achieve this, educational character must be integrated into the curriculum through practice, exemplary behavior, and collaboration between schools, families, and communities. Therefore, educational character is very important for building a generation of successors who are virtuous and behave positively. Especially in the face of increasingly complex challenges of the times, educational character can produce a generation that is not only cognitively intelligent but also possesses strong character.

Abstrak:
This study was conducted at SDN Grogol II for fourth-grade students with the aim of evaluating the influence of reading activities on vocabulary development in descriptive texts, both individually and in groups, in relation to students' ability to write descriptive texts at the elementary education level. In addition, the research also examines how mastery of sentence structures affects descriptive writing skills and assesses the impact of the combination of vocabulary and sentence mastery on writing performance. A qualitative approach was employed, using the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) technique to enhance students’ descriptive writing skills. The study consisted of two cycles implemented through Classroom Action Research. Prior to the implementation of the TTW method, there were several obstacles in the learning process, particularly in the influence of reading activities on vocabulary development, which affected students’ ability to compose descriptive texts. At that time, only 21 students, or 52.5%, had a good understanding of the material, while 19 students, or 47.5%, still lacked sufficient comprehension. However, after applying the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) method, a significant improvement was observed, with 100% of the students achieving scores above 60.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted in the fifth-grade class of SDN Lebak Kepuh 1 to examine active learning in the classroom that focuses on a student-based learning approach. This approach is important in encouraging students' critical thinking skills. The teacher is the main factor that influences students' motivation to actively participate in class discussions. The study aims to evaluate the role of the teacher as well as strategies that can be implemented to increase student activeness. The purpose of this study is to find out active learning strategies to increase the participation of fifth grade students at Lebak Kepuh 1 State Elementary School in the 2024/2025 school year. The study also highlights the teacher's contribution in motivating students and effective solutions to overcome learning obstacles. The method used is a literature study, with the results showing three main roles of the teacher as a facilitator, classroom time manager, and constructive feedback giver.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on students' creative thinking skills in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at SMP Negeri 8 Gorontalo. Creative thinking skills are one of the 21st century skills that need to be developed in the learning process, especially in social studies lessons that require analysis and solving social problems. This study employed a quantitative approach utilizing primary data from questionnaires distributed to students at SMP Negeri 8 Gorontalo. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, and the data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The analysis shows that the t-count for the project-based learning model variable is 6.060. To determine whether Ho is confirmed or rejected, the t-table was calculated at a 5% statistical significance level, resulting in a t-table of 1.701. The comparison indicates that the t-count is greater than the t-table. This leads to the rejection of Ho, implying a significant effect of the project-based learning model on students' creative thinking skills.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the influence of teachers‘ teaching variation skills and learning interest on student’ learning activities, both partially and simultaneously, in the subject of Social Science for class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Atinggola. The study adopted a quantitative approach utilizing a correlational method. The Primary data were obtained through questionnaire. The sample of the study consisted of 64 respondents. Furthermore, the data was performed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both teaching variation skliss and learning interest significantly influence students’ both patially and simultaneously. The partial influence of the teaching variation variable on learning activities is 29.6%, whereas the partial influence of learning interest on learning activities is 27,9%. The simultaneous influence of teaching variation and learning interest on learning activities is 57,5%, with the remaining 42.5% influenced by other unexamined variables.

Abstrak:
This study aims to describe the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers in shaping the character of students at MAN 2 Kota Bogor. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Civics teachers have an important role in shaping the character of students through exemplary, habituation, and learning moral and national values. Teachers act as motivators, facilitators, and mentors in instilling Pancasila values such as responsibility, honesty, and discipline. In conclusion, the role of Civics teachers is vital in shaping the character of students with integrity and high nationalism.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the impact of the implementation of PSAK No. 69 (Biological Assets) on market performance, with company performance acting as a mediating variable, in agricultural sector companies listed in Indonesia. PSAK No. 69 was adopted to improve transparency and reliability in the financial reporting of biological assets, which are a significant component in the agricultural industry. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data derived from the annual financial reports of companies and stock price information accessed via the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the official websites of relevant companies for the period of 2018–2023.The study investigates the relationship between the intensity of biological assets and company performance, as measured by Return on Equity (ROE), as well as the relationship between company performance and market performance, as measured by Stock Return. The analysis results indicate that the intensity of biological assets has a significant positive impact on ROE. However, the direct effect of biological asset intensity on Stock Return is not statistically significant. Nevertheless, the mediation test reveals that ROE has a significant positive effect on Stock Return, thereby confirming the mediating role of ROE in the relationship between biological asset intensity and Stock Return.These findings imply that the implementation of PSAK No. 69 indirectly affects market performance through its influence on company performance. This highlights the importance of financial performance as a transmission channel in understanding the market implications of accounting regulation changes. The study provides useful insights for investors, regulators, and other stakeholders in evaluating the financial and market consequences of biological asset accounting standards in the agricultural sector.
