<p>The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational commitment, organizational climate, and work security on job satisfaction. Effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and work security on turnover intention. PT Karya Mitra Nugraha Semarang. This research is analytical, which explains the influence between research variables and facts. In this study the population is all employees of PT Karya Mitra Nugraha Semarang who are respectable 530 people. While the sample in the study was 85 people. The data analysis technique in this study is Path Analysis. The results showed that the commitment variable was positive and significant for job satisfaction, positive and significant for job satisfaction, positive and significant for job satisfaction. Negative and significant job satisfaction on turnover intention, negative and significant organizational commitment to turnover intention, organizational climate does not have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Negative and significant job security on turnover intention.<em></em></p>

<h2><em>Tax is the biggest income for the state and one of taxes which imposed on taxpayers is motor vehicle tax. Normatively, for all citizens who have fulfilled the requirements as taxpayers and have motor vehicles, they should not forget to pay the tax. But in reality, there are still many taxpayers who have not complied and fulfilled their tax obligations. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of administrative penalty, awareness of taxpayers, interest rates on tax penalties, and tax payment procedure on the level of taxpayer compliance. We used accidental sampling method on motor vehicles tax payer to determine the sample. There are 144 taxpayer respondents who are willing to participate and whose data can be processed. Multi linear regression was used to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that the interest rates on tax penalties have the greatest influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. While the awareness factor of taxpayers actually has the smallest influence on taxpayer compliance.</em><em></em></h2>

Obtaining a quality education is the foundation to creating sustainable development. Education can help locals to develop innovative solutions for the world’s problems. Schools then have a very important role to play in achieving quality education. In addition to improving quality in the academic field, developing quality school human resources is also very important task to do. Schools need to support the human recources or children’s development by creating child-friendly schools. In the preparation phase of creating the child-friendly schools, there are several im parts that need to be considered and carried out, such as open discussion or constultation with the children as student in order to identify children’s needs and accommodate children’s aspiration. The focus group discussion and interviews with representative students from Salatiga founds there are needs and problems that need to be addresses on preparing the child-friendly schools: 1) on school policy: schools need partipations of all stake holders in developing school policy of violence against student, and specific detail of that upcoming policy, clearer and safer violence reporting mechansism for children; 2) on learning activities: unbalance treatments and discrimination towards students (based on social status, religion, and race or ethnicity), lack of educators’ capacity on understanding the diversity of character and students’ potential, treatments from educator that decreasing students’ condidence, teachers behavior that contains offensive SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and social class), and violence cases both physically and verbally in schools activities; 3) on educators component; lack of understanding of child rights and child-friendly schools, lack of implementation of child rights and child-friendly schools; 4) on facilities and infrastructure: evacuation routes for natural disasters and fires, clean toilet facilities and changing rooms that can protect students from sexual crimes attempts; 5) on students participations and; 6) stakeholders participations: lack of stakeholders and students involment on preparing child-friendly school in Salatiga.

<h3><em>Mico Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in stability, job creation and economic development of the nation. Thus, MSMEs need to acquire the attention of all parties by paying attention to the potential that exists in each region especially in the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC). This research is generally aimed to describe: MSMEs Strategy in facing AEC. This research uses descriptive explorative approach by analyzing MSMEs strategy in facing AEC. The survey was conducted on five featured clusters of MSMEs in Semarang City namely batik cluster, food processing cluster, handicraft cluster, tourism cluster and milkfish cluster. The population of this study consists of MSMEs entrepreneurs who joined MSMEs clusters in the city of Semarang. Selection of Semarang city as a research location is determined based on the consideration of economic development plan aspect especially in the field of trade. Determination of the MSMEs entrepreneur samples is done purposively based on the consideration of homogeneity and real condition of MSMEs clusters in Semarang City. The number of employer samples is 78 people. Data obtained from the field of research are analyzed descriptively by using Internal-External Matrix model. This study resulted in the conclusion that to face the era of AEC, the appropriate strategies for MSMEs in Semarang city is the strategy of growth through horizontal integration.</em></h3>

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) tujuannya adalah untuk membantu usaha mitra agar dapat meningkat dan berkembang lebih baik daripada sebelumnya. Pada Mitra Penjahit perempuan di Kota Madiun, Program PKM membantu mengembangkan usaha mitra melalui pelatihan teknik jahit dan penggunaan teknologi dalam membantu promosi produk agar lebih eksis atau lebih dikenal di masyarakat luas. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara penguasaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki mitra secara efektif dan efisien, agar dapat meningkatkan manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan mitra. Dengan perbaikan dari pilar manajemen pada mitra akan membuat produk mitra semakin dikenal dan diakui oleh masyarakat.

Air merupakan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari yang sangat penting, sehingga keberadaan dan kelayakannya harus sangat diperhatikan untuk memperoleh kualitas yang baik. Di daerah perumahan Sumengko Wringin Anom Kabupaten Gresik, belum ada jaringan distribusi air layak konsumsi (PDAM), sehingga masyarakatnya menggunakan air dari sumur bor (air tanah), yang mempunyai kandungan endapan lumpur mineral tanah dan berbau. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemfilteran air tanah merupakan salah satu cara untuk diterapkan dengan menggunakan teknologi yang dirancang sehingga hasilnya berupa air layak konsumsi bagi masyarakat. Untuk pengelolaan sistem filter akan dibuat sentral penyediaan air layak konsumsi untuk distrik di perumahan Sumengko. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan untuk membantu proses kerjasama yang digunakan untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) yang direalisasikan merujuk pada hasil penelitian  kemudian mengadakan survei dengan  mitra masyarakat di perumahan Sumengko Wringin Anom Kabupaten Gresik. Kegiatan PKM pemfilteran air layak konsumsi dengan tenaga hybrid yang direalisasikan adalah air tanah disedot menuju permukaan, kemudian difilter dengan filter air secara elektrik. Sumber tenaga listrik yang dibutuhkan untuk menyedot air dan filter elektrik dihasilkan dari tenaga hybrid. Tenaga hybrid yang dimaksud adalah berasal dari tenaga surya dan dari listrik PLN. Dua sumber listrik tersebut akan berfungsi secara simultan, dengan prioritas tenaga surya. Pada saat tenaga surya mencukupi maka semua kebutuhan listrik dari pompa air dan filter air akan dipenuhi oleh tenaga surya, tetapi apabila tenaga surya berada di bawah batas operasional kebutuhan pompa dan filter air maka secara otomatis operasional akan dipenuhi oleh listrik PLN.

AbstractThe accuracy of capacity evaluation at signalized intersections is an important component in planning, design, operations and management of urban road networks. In analysis, a guide or manual is needed that is relevant to existing traffic conditions. One method that can be used to analyze signal intersections is the method of microsimulation. The microsimulation method used is VISSIM simulation. The intersection was chosen as the survey location, namely the Tlogosari - Semarang intersection which has 5 intersection arms. <p class="Abstract">Accounting computerization students are taught to have accounting information system mindset, to apply, review, and develop the science underlying accounting information system engineering thoroughly. In addition to mastering several applications in accounting field, students also know how a software accounting works. Students of this department are taught to be experts in computer system be it software and hardware, particularly in accounting computer field.</p><p class="Abstract">The population in this research is S1 and DIII students of Accounting department at universities and colleges in Semarang Municipality with some considerations. The sample is taken using Purposive Sampling. Meanwhile, the data are collected by distributing questionnaire. The data analysis method used is difference test with Independent Sampel t Test, where this test is employed to figure out whether or not there is a mean difference between two unrelated sample groups.</p><p class="Abstract">There is indeed a difference in students comprehension on the initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation. From the mean rank values of the three variables, it can be seen that students from Diploma program understand initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation better than students from Bachelor program. This is because students from Diploma program receive more lessons on accounting both theoretically and practically, thus they understand the topics better.</p>

The case of human trafficking in NTT has become an unresolved case. Most of the case of human trafficking in NTT are migrant workers. Human trafficking cases are effected by the actors involved in the network of problems. ANT (Actor Network Theory) is used as a review to describe the various roles of actors in human trafficking networks and is used to find the point of problem of human trafficking cases in NTT. The results of this study indicate an indication of the onvolvement of actors of human trafficking groups participating in trafficking networks. And poverty is a major factor in the rise and fall of human trafficking in NTT. And the poverty is a major factor in the unstoppable of human trafficking in NTT. The results of this study also led to the solution of economic empowerment as a way out of poverty to end human trafficking cases in NTT.

<p><em>Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia puts the cooperative as the pillar of our national economy. However, its contribution to national economy is hardly significant due to several constraints; among them is human resources.The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of self-actualization and compensation towards the working performance of multi-purpose cooperative managers by using quantitative approach.</em><em> </em><em>This research used purposive sampling technique and collected a sample of 114 multi-purpose cooperative manager of 168 population using. Binary regression is used in descriptive statistics test.The results show that both self-actualization and compensation have significant influence towards the working performance of multi-purpose cooperative managers in Semarang.</em></p>
