Abstrak:
This research aims to describe the pupil personnel administration conducted in Sanggar Anak Alam (SALAM). SALAM is a form of Teaching-learning activity centre which is based in nature. The method used in this research was qualitative research. The data were collected through the interview, observation, and documental study. The results of this research are: (1) in the recruitment process of students, SALAM gets many helps from media to promote their service, moreover the accountability of the process and the funding of education which are conducted become the essential thing to obtain parents’ trust and make them enrol their children at SALAM. (2) Related to the grouping and guiding: (a) the number of students in each group only consists of about 15 students, (b) the academic and non-academic guiding are based on four pillars of education which consists of food, health, environment, and social-culture, (c) the guiding of interest is conducted through the interest class, (d) there is student guiding through the forum of parents. (3) The evaluation of students can be conducted every time, but the implementation is different for each student. It occurs because the learning method used is research method. Whereas, for the report of students’ learning achievement, there are three methods used, they are: students’ learning process note based on the research for one semester, students’ attitude notein the learning process for one semester, and students’ body skill note in the learning process for onesemester.

<p>Terciptanya pendidikan yang berkualitas diperlukan kinerja guru untuk berbagi pengetahuan yaitu dengan menyumbangkan pengetahuan kepada guru lainnya (<em>knowledge donating</em>) sehingga mampu melibatkan peran yang berbeda terkait dengan penyedia dan peneriman pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh <em>self efficacy</em> dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru denga <em>knowledge donating</em> sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 119 guru pada Sekolah Yayasan Islam Teuku Umar Semarang diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 98 responden. Alat analisisnya adalah Partial Least Square.</p><p>Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa <em>self efficacy</em> dan kompetensi profesional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap <em>knowledge donating</em>. Sedangkan<em> self efficacy,</em> kompetensi profesional dan <em>knowledge donating</em> juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.<em> Knowledge donating</em> terbukti mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara <em>self efficacy</em> dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.</p><p><em>The creation of quality education requires the performance of teachers to share knowledge by contributing knowledge to other teachers (knowledge donating) so as to be able to involve different roles related to the provider and recipient of knowledge. This study aims to examine empirically and analyze the effect of self efficacy and professional competence on teacher performance with knowledge donation as an intervening variable. The results of distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers at the Teuku Umar Islamic Foundation School Semarang obtained a sample of 98 respondents. The analysis tool is Partial Least Square.</em></p><p><em>The test results show that self efficacy and professional competence have a positive influence on knowledge donating. While self efficacy, professional competence and knowledge donation also proved to have an effect on teacher performance. Knowledge donation proved to be able to be an intervening variable between self efficacy and professional competence on teacher performance.</em></p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Java Prima Abadi di Divisi Pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana pengendalian internal di perusahaan dan penipuan yang terjadi di perusahaan ini.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, menggunakan triangulasi sumber data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan diskusi kelompok terarah, dan kecukupan. Prinsip dasar informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa masalah penipuan di perusahaan, masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT. Java Prima Abadi masih merupakan audit internal yang lemah dan ada beberapa fungsi dalam deskripsi pekerjaan pembagian tugas kepada karyawan, perlu untuk meningkatkan kontrol internal dan pengawasan untuk menghindari penipuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi kawasan Srigunting Semarang. Potensi kawasan ini perlu adanya rancangan identitas visual sebagai bentuk bentuk promosi wisata kota Semarang yang notabene pemerintah masih aktif untuk meningkatkan promosi wisata lokanya. Penelitian ini bermaksud merancang identitas visual bagi Kawasan Srigunting, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kualitatif. Sebagai sebuah kegiatan komunikasi persuasif, perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan A-A Procedure. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini bermaksud memberi kontribusi pemerintah kota Semarang khususnya dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata untuk merancang identitas visual kawasan Srigunting agar memiliki identitas yang dapat dijual kemasyarakat dan dapat menambah daya tarik stakeholder untuk meningkatkan promosi kota Semarang

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities

Abstrak:
The research in dynamic with the title “attractant Marina shore of Marina Semarang in increased the number of tourist visits” purposes aimed at finding an attractant of the Marina shore of Semarang with the analysis and identified using the tourist methods, accessibility, ameniti and ansilari.
This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. The scpersonal technique used observation to the field, online interviews with data sources, the visitors and tourism and tourism later were documented in photographs. Kualitative analysis using data processing from data finding, then on alaysis and developed to the conclusion.
From research results suggest that the beach Semarang beach is fairly good, but is less optimal in their breeding. In addition it was also found how the development efforts and difficulties in the management of which can be developed and is given advice for completion.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to describe the role of Perum Perhutani in tenurial conflict resolution in the forest area of Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Semarang, especially in Resort Pemangkuan Hutan Ringinpitu Bagian Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (BKPH) Tanggung using descriptive methods with in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The informants are the inhabitants of the Ringinpitu village Tanggungharjo District Grobogan Residence and officers from Perum Perhutani. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. Perum Perhutani has implemented Collaborative Forest Management (PHBM) as a strategy for tenurial conflict resolution and can be classified as problem solving strategy and conflict resolution alternative. Dynamics of the approach used in conflict resolution in RPH Ringinpitu start with a legal approach as well as public consultation, mediation and negotiation. RPH Ringinpitu uses three of four kinds of conflict resolution alternatives which are public consultation, mediation and negoitation.

Abstrak:
Tempeh industry is a typical household business that requires little investment and has few workers. Efficient marketing could optimize the income of tempeh’s producers. This research aims to understand the marketing efficiency and factors that affect the purchasing margin of tempeh in selected areas. This research will study the value of farmer’s share and the marketing margin of tempeh to evaluate the commerce efficiency. The sampels are the producers and sellers. 58 tempeh’s producers are selected by the simple random sampling method. The sellers, on the other hand, are chosen using the snowball sampling, a technique that tracks down the marketing process. The variable studied in the research are as follows: 1) producer’s tempeh’s selling cost, 2) tempeh’s selling price on commercial institution, 3) marketing cost, 4) total amount of sold products, 5) numbers of marketing institution where the product passes, 6) the marketing margin, 7) the farmer’s share, and 8) marketing efficiency. The research finds three marketing channels on the case study areas. The first channel is from the producers to tempeh. The second channel is form producers to retailers to consumers. The third channel is from producers to peddlers to consumers. By using the farmer’s share, the calculation of commerce efficiency. The leading cause is the lack of middlemen. Moreover, the double regression analysis show the retailers tempeh selling cost (X4) to be the dominant factor in the marketing margin of tempeh.

Abstrak:
Bananas are one of horticultural plants with a large production potential in Indonesia. There are two types of bananas in Indonesia, namely that can be eaten immediately and which must be processed first before eaten. Processed bananas are very abundant and one example is a snack called Ledre. One of the Ledre Banana processing industries in Malang City is UD Dua Putri Dewi. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategies used by UD Dua Putri Dewi by using SWOT Analysis as the research method. The results of the analysis show that each factor in the marketing strategy has a varied score. In the strength of the ledre’s banana UD Dua Putri Dewi, the highest score of the indicator score was the delicious ledre banana with a score of 0.189. Weakness factor has the highest score score indicator is the incomplete regulation of the implementation of production and fund management, including SOP (standard of operation and procedure) with a score of 0.121. The opportunity factor (Opportunity) has the highest indicator score, which is very useful government support with a score of 0.206. Threat factor (Threat) has the highest score of the indicator, namely the number of competitors who are increasing and competitive with a score of 0.154. The marketing strategy in UD Dua Putri Dewi using SWOT analysis is in quadrant I which is a strategy that supports aggressive strategies. At that position UD Dua Putri Dewi is in a situation where its strength is taking advantage of opportunities. Thus, the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstrak:
Yogurt is a type of beverage classified as a refreshment drink which is produced through a fermentation process that uses Lactic Acid Bacteria. Most legumes have been widely used as raw materials in the making of a milk known as vegetable milk. Legume milk contains amino acids that are almost equivalent to the amino acid content of animal milk so it can be used as a base substitute material for fermented animal milk. Processed green bean milk yogurt is a form of food diversification. Skim milk is a low- fat milk added in the production of green bean milk yogurt, and yogurt starter is an important factor in the process of yogurt making. The purpose of the study is to determine the effects of the addition of yogurt starter and skim milk on the quality of green bean milk. The research design is 2-Factor Factorial Design arranged with Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Factor I consists of 2 levels, namely 12 grams of skim milk and 15 grams of skim milk; factor II consists of 3 levels, namely 15 ml, 20 ml, and 25 ml of starters. Observation variables consist of pH, total acid, viscosity, protein content, lactic acid bacteria, organoleptic aroma test, organoleptic texture test, and organoleptic taste test. From the results of this study, the highest results obtained in the treatment consist of: a) 12 grams of skim milk and 25 ml of 8.13%,Total Acid, Organoleptic Aroma Test 4.57, Organoleptic Texture Test 4.73; b) 15 grams of skim milk and 25 ml of starter of pH 4.17, Viscosity 8.67 cP, protein content 0.94%, Lactic Acid Bacteria 2933.33 x 103 CFU / mL, Organoleptic Aroma Test 4.57, Organoleptic Texture Test 4.61, Organoleptic Taste Test 5.02.
