The aims of this study were (1) to describe the types of figurative language that are contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge; and (2) describe the implications for learning literature in high school. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, in line with the findings of the study, namely in the form of a description of the types of figurative language repetition in the Anthology of Teacher's Poetry about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge and their implications for learning literature in high school. This type of research is qualitative, because the data findings are not obtained by statistical calculations (quantitative) but in the form of phrases, clauses and sentences contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and Secrets of Knowledge. The results of this study show the following data, namely (1) the figurative language of repetition contained in the Teacher's Poetry Anthology of a Book and the Secret of Knowledge is a repetition of alliteration type of figure of speech consisting of nine quotations, the alliteration figure of speech in these quotations gives rise to an aesthetic impression of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the mesodiplosis type has one quote, the figure of speech of mesodiplosis in these quotations emphasizes the meaning of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition which is the type of repetition of five quotations, the figure of speech of repetition in these quotations raises the affirmation of meaning and adds to the aesthetics of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the epistrofa type has three quotations. the figure of speech of epistropha in these quotations raises the affirmation of the meaning of the poem, thus the dominant form of repetition used in the Anthology of Guru's Poetry About a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge is a form of repetition of the alliteration type. (2) The implications of the analysis of figurative language in the book Anthology of Teacher Poems About a Book and Secrets of Knowledge for the learning of literature in high school can provide an understanding of the types of figurative language of repetition in a poem. These implications can be used as additional teaching materials to improve students' ability to understand the building blocks of a poem while at the same time creating a work of poetry.

This journal was created to examine the implementation of the authority of curators and investigators on general confiscation of bankruptcy against criminal confiscations in the settlement of bankrupt assets and their legal certainty. The method used in this research is normative juridical research. The results of the study show that the curator and investigator in carrying out their authority are both based on the laws and regulations, but in practice there is a dispute over the authority attribution between the curator and the investigator regarding confiscation, as referred to in Article 31 paragraph (2) of Law Number 37 year 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Obligations for Payment of Debt with Article 39 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. So that the judge's decision aims to provide legal certainty for the litigants, namely between the curator and investigators and/or the prosecutor's office regarding disputes over authority regarding confiscation, namely between general confiscation and criminal confiscation. 
 
                          

Inventory Information System in a retail trading business plays a fairly important role, especially if the goods sold consist of various types and with a fairly high turnover rate. One of the problems that often arise in an inventory system is that the number and condition of goods available in the warehouse cannot be known with certainty. This can result in goods being stored in the warehouse for too long, excessive, lacking or even running out of inventory.
Besides, the use of a good inventory system is expected to reduce the risk of loss or misuse of inventory, because each type of goods has been classified regularly and allows it to be checked at any time. In short, management will be able to quickly and easily find out the existence and changes in the inventory of goods in the event of a purchase and sale of goods.
 
 

The aims of this research are (1) to describe the form of code mixing in Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari, (2) describes the function of code mixing in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari.
The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this study is to describe the form of code mixing and the function of code mixing. The data analysis technique used in this study is using library techniques and reading and note-taking techniques.
The results of this study indicate that there is a code mixing event in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari. First, the form of code mixing found in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari totaling 251 data. The data specifically relates to the inclusion of elements of English into Indonesian. (1) mixed code in the form of words, there are 143 data, (2) mixed code in the form of phrases, there are 55 data, (3) mixed code in the form of clauses, there are 11 data, (4) mixed code in the form of repetition of words, there are 2 data, (5) mixed code in the form of expressions or idioms, there are 3 data, and (6) code mixing in the form of baster, there are 37 data. Second, the code mixing function contained in the novel Resign! (2018) Almira Bastari's work is (1) to respect the interlocutor there is 1 data, (2) to emphasize a certain intention there are 23 data, (3) to show self-identity there are 30 data, (4) as the influence of the subject matter there are 2 data, (5) as speech opponent specifications there are 192 data, (6) as quotations there are 3 data. As for the code mixing function, the inclusion of English elements into Indonesian as sentence inserts and as repetition was not found by the researchers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the compensation dimension on the motivation and performance of MSME marketing employees in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking 54 MSME employees in Yogyakarta randomly as many as 54 MSME marketing employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between the dimensions of compensation on motivation; there is a significant effect between compensation on employee performance. Overall indirect effect, then incentive compensation is the variable with the strongest influence on performance through work motivation variables. It can be explained that incentives are the driving variables for increasing work motivation and performance because a lot or less of their income is very dependent on whether or not incentives are good. Simultaneously, the compensation system for salaries, incentives, and benefits has a strong influence on performance through work motivation, with a total determination coefficient is 0.822.

This study aims to (1) describe the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (2) describe the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (3) describe the relevance of the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in literature learning in high school.
The method used in the research is a qualitative description method. The data in this study were sentences, dialogues, and paragraphs in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The data source in this research is the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata published in February 2021 published by PT Bentang Pustaka with a total of 336 pages. The data collection technique is done by using the library / reading technique, taking notes, and then entering it into the data collection table. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The validity of the data was obtained through source triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are four characters who have an obsession, Desi is one of the characters who has an obsession with Desi's obsession, which is obsessed with finding students who are geniuses in mathematics in Ketumbi's village. (2) inner conflict in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are ten characters who have inner conflicts, Desi is a character who often experiences inner conflicts. (3) the relevance or relevance of the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in learning literature in class XII high school with basic competencies. 3.3 Analyzing fiction in novels.

<p>Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di kelurahan Purwoyoso Kecamatan Ngaliyan   Kota Semarang melalui pemasaran online sehingga omset penjualan meningkat<em>. </em>Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi maka permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman dari pelaku UMKM terhadap teknologi <em>digitalisasi marketing</em> berupa pemasaran online yang masih dinilai belum cukup maksimal serta belum ada pendampingan UMKM menuju <em>Digital Marketing</em>.</p><p>Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  ini  adalah  memberikan  pelatihan  Pemasaran  Online  bagi  pelaku  UMKM  di kelurahan Purwoyoso Kecamatan Ngaliyan   Kota Semarang agar omset penjualan meningkat. Manfaat  yang   diharapkan  dengan  adanya  kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  yaitu  para peserta (pelaku) UMKM mempunyai pengetahuan, pemahaman, ketrampilan dan kemampuan dengan   penggunaan teknologi  <em>digital marketing   </em>tentang bagaimana   mengelola usaha UMKM   melalui  Pemasaran Online.</p><p>Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan adalah pendekatan <em>participatory training</em>, yaitu pendekatan yang menekankan pada partisipasi penuh dari mitra dan pendampingan dalam mencapai tujuan. Pendekatan <em>participatory training </em>dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah pembelajaran dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan.</p><p>Rencan target luaran berupa jurnal PkM, media masa cetak dan sertifikat HKI dan Video pelaksanaan yang di-<em>upload </em>di <em>youtube</em>.</p>

Penggunaan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran, metode dan media dalam pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu bidang studi yag sulit dipelajari oleh siswa di sekolah dasar yaitu IPA. Fakta di lapangan ditemukan bahwa guru dalam menyampaikan materi hanya menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi belum optimal, pembelajaran fakta dan konsep masih mengandalkan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar, siswa kurang dilibatkan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII masih kurang, dan siswa mudah lupa terhadap pelajaran yang telah dipelajarinya karena hanya menghafal tidak secara langsung mengamati media belajar yang nyata sesuai materi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan suatu penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan penerapan metode eksperimen upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar IPA pada Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan daya serap kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 68,82% dan 84,49%. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 60,00% dan 90,00%. Dan peningkatan ketuntasan individu pada Siklus I dan II masing-masing sebanyak 12 dan 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen memiliki efektivitas dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA pada siswa Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022.
 
 

Mystical is a spiritual effort in realizing the social relations that prevail in society. Mystical as an understanding that gives teachings that are secret or all-secret, hidden, dark, and veiled in darkness, so that they are only known, known, or understood by certain people,especially their adherents.
This study aims to describe the mystical forms and beliefs of the Ma'anyan Dayak people towards mystical matters including: (1)Mystical forms in the novels Minyak Bintang, Dalung, and Kariau (2) Public beliefs in mystical elements contained in the novels Minyak Bintang, Dalung, and Kariau (3) implications for literature learning in high school class XII.
This research approach uses a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. The data sources used in this study are Novels, Wawaacara, and field notes. The data in this study are Neno Cristiandi Neno's novel Minyak Bintang, Dalung, and Kariau and interviews with speakers conducted in Jaweten Village and Garinsing Village, East Barito Regency. Data analysis of this study was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.
The results of research on mystical forms and people's belief in mystical things and implications for literature learning in high school show (1) How mystical forms in the novels Minyak Bintang, Dalung, and Kariau. (2) there are five mystical forms(3) there are three public beliefs in mystical things. The results of this study can be used in novel learning in high school class XII, especially in competency 3.8. interpreting the author's view of life in the novel being read.

Jasa tunda merupakan jasa yang diberikan oleh pelabuhan untuk mendorong atau menarik kapal keluar atau menuju dermaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian tarif pelayanan tunda kapal yang berlaku saat ini di Pelabuhan ParePare dengan kemampuan dan kemauan bayar pengguna jasa. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode ATP dan WTP. Hasil analisis diperoleh tarif variable pelayanan tunda yang berlaku saat ini sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan bayar pengguna jasa karena ATP responden lebih besar dari tarif yang berlaku saat ini, tetapi belum sesuai dengan kemauan bayar pengguna jasa karena WTP responden lebih kecil dari tarif yang berlaku saat ini. Tarif tetap untuk kapal 500 GT – 3500 GT sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan bayar pengguna jasa karena ATP responden sama dengan tarif yang berlaku saat ini, tetapi belum sesuai dengan kemauan bayar pengguna jasa karena WTP responden lebih kecil dari tarif yang berlaku sekarang ini. Kapal berukuran 3501 GT – 8000 GT, tarif yang berlaku saat ini sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kemauan bayar pengguna jasa karena ATP dan WTP responden sama dengan tarif yang berlaku saat ini. Kapal berukuran 14.001 GT – 18.000 GT, tarif yang berlaku saat ini sudah sesuai dengan kemapuan dan kemauan bayar pengguna jasa karena ATP responden sama dengan tarif yang berlaku saat ini, tetapi belum sesuai dengan kemauan bayar penguna jasa.
